Tudo perfeito na habitação: Limpeza, equipamentos, roupa de cama, toalhas e tudo o que é necessário. Localização estratégica. Tudo por perto (Carrefour Express a 100 m, cafeteria para refeição matinal se não quiser cozinhar, farmácia, etc.). Apenas uma ressalva. Fui de carro e o estacionamento é perto mas a diária é um pouco cara. Não usei o carro para conhecer as atrações de Sevilha. Fiz tudo a pé. Ótima localização. Agradeço ao Juan e família. The apartment was as described. Large, modern, clean. It is partially below ground but very well lit. The location is fabulous, walking distance to everything. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

The property is exactly as advertised. Fabulous location within walking distance to the must see sites. Very comfortable beds, nuce kitchen. The room.could have been cleaner but for the location and price I was okay with spending a little time cleaning.

This property was not what I expected. When we first arrived I opened the fridge and it was dirty. I cleaned it thinking ok maybe somebody forgot. The windows were all opened to allow fresh air. The issue is because it is at ground level the noise is intense. When you close the windows the noise goes away, which is great, but the problem is the smell from the sewer drains is awful. The shower in the downstairs bathroom leaks so much that it was unusable unless you wanted to clean up and mop a bunch of water everytime. So to advertise this as two showers is a bit false. I notifed the owner who said the syphons in the drains dont work. So we covered all the drains with wet towels whiched helped, but for Vrbo to give this a premiere host rating felt misleading. We have used that rating and so far all, but this place have deserved it. The extra guest charge was also a bit high when the bathroom downstairs was really just a half bath and not suitable for two couples.

Overall, we had a great time in Seville. The neighborhood is where we like to stay. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. Checkin was straight forward. Only one thing to consider, there is a lot of street noise at night so bring ear plugs.

Es una de las mejores estancias que hemos tenido cuando hemos viajado. El apto es maravilloso, muy limpio, lindo, bien decorado y comodo. Super centrico, con montones de lugares para comer o beber cerca. Los dueños del apto muy amables y serviciales, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier duda o pregunta. Altamente recomendable.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and very well situated. Communication with regards to check-in was great. My only complaint was that you could not heat the main room at the same time as getting breakfast ( boiling water & using microwave) as the power went out. As this is mostly below ground it was extremely dark and difficult to find a light source in order to turn the power back on by locating the electrical panel.

My only complaint was that you could not heat the main room at the same time as getting breakfast ( boiling water & using microwave) as the power went out. As this is mostly below ground it was extremely dark and difficult to find a light source in order to turn the power back on by locating the electrical panel.

This was on a quiet side street so not much road noise. The basement apartment lacked natural light so it felt claustrophobic. The lighting inside is very corporate and intense….. nothing cozy about this place. The lower bathroom had a very small leaky shower that caused big puddles and was a slipping hazard.

This apartment is centrally located within walking distance to everything that you want to see. The air conditioners in each bedroom which was a big plus! There’s a plaza across the street with the best tapas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is nicely located and I had a good experience communicating with the property manager. However, the property is old and we could not run too many appliances at the same time otherwise it would cause a short circuit. Additionally, the hot water capacity is limited so with the four of us, we all had to take very quick showers to conserve the hot water.

The apartment is situated on a narrow lane in the centre of Seville. The apartment itself was ideal for the 3 pertsons staying there as we all had an individual bedroom with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and two showers, the upstairs bathroom being particularly nice. It is a short walk to the Mushrooms and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and the river, which makes it an ideal base. There are a number of good bars and restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes and budgets and a really well stocked Carrefour Express supermarket just around the corner. The only downside we found was that because of the narroww alleys and tall buildings, you tend to hear people going to work early morning who seem to be unable to moderate the volume of their voice and shout their conversations. This is no fault with the apartment, but is just part and parcel of living in such confined areas of Spain. I am sure that hotels in the area suffer the same, so don't let this put you off. I certainly managed to get back to sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! All in all, we had a great time in Seville and for the price, this was a great place to stay and good value.

This is the neighborhood we love in Seville. The restaurants and shops in the Plaza Alfalfa are just around the corner and the Setas are a short walk. It is easy to walk to the historic area. The living space in the apartment was perfect for our family of four and the bedrooms are comfy and cool with AC that worked even when the temperatures topped 100F.

Great apartment overall. Only a couple of negatives: stairs were a bit scary with no handrail and in the bedrooms you could hear the people walking in what sounded like high heels! Other than that it was great!

Not only is this house gorgeous and in an absolutely beautiful area, but the host was the best we could have ever expected. I was robbed on our last day in the city and they took the keys to the apartment. Juan and his wife were so kind and apologetic even though it was my fault and not theirs. They helped us quickly and changed the locks the same day. Its so nice to know there are such good people out there. Highly recommend anyone stay here!

This apartment is centrally located within walking distance to everything that you want to see. The air conditioners in each bedroom which was a big plus! There’s a plaza across the street with the best tapas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is situated on a narrow lane in the centre of Seville. The apartment itself was ideal for the 3 pertsons staying there as we all had an individual bedroom with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and two showers, the upstairs bathroom being particularly nice. It is a short walk to the Mushrooms and about a 20 minute walk to the cathedral and the river, which makes it an ideal base. There are a number of good bars and restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes and budgets and a really well stocked Carrefour Express supermarket just around the corner. The only downside we found was that because of the narroww alleys and tall buildings, you tend to hear people going to work early morning who seem to be unable to moderate the volume of their voice and shout their conversations. This is no fault with the apartment, but is just part and parcel of living in such confined areas of Spain. I am sure that hotels in the area suffer the same, so don't let this put you off. I certainly managed to get back to sleep in one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in! All in all, we had a great time in Seville and for the price, this was a great place to stay and good value.

This is the neighborhood we love in Seville. The restaurants and shops in the Plaza Alfalfa are just around the corner and the Setas are a short walk. It is easy to walk to the historic area. The living space in the apartment was perfect for our family of four and the bedrooms are comfy and cool with AC that worked even when the temperatures topped 100F.

Overall, we had a great time in Seville. The neighborhood is where we like to stay. The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. Checkin was straight forward. Only one thing to consider, there is a lot of street noise at night so bring ear plugs.

Our stay was great. The place was clean and very well situated. Communication with regards to check-in was great. My only complaint was that you could not heat the main room at the same time as getting breakfast ( boiling water & using microwave) as the power went out. As this is mostly below ground it was extremely dark and difficult to find a light source in order to turn the power back on by locating the electrical panel.

This property was not what I expected. When we first arrived I opened the fridge and it was dirty. I cleaned it thinking ok maybe somebody forgot. The windows were all opened to allow fresh air. The issue is because it is at ground level the noise is intense. When you close the windows the noise goes away, which is great, but the problem is the smell from the sewer drains is awful. The shower in the downstairs bathroom leaks so much that it was unusable unless you wanted to clean up and mop a bunch of water everytime. So to advertise this as two showers is a bit false. I notifed the owner who said the syphons in the drains dont work. So we covered all the drains with wet towels whiched helped, but for Vrbo to give this a premiere host rating felt misleading. We have used that rating and so far all, but this place have deserved it. The extra guest charge was also a bit high when the bathroom downstairs was really just a half bath and not suitable for two couples.
