Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was very nice! Pool doesn’t seem to get cleaned often they had a broken drain right near shallow area where children walk. Lots of stuff in drains on edge and tile doesn’t look to be cleaned. Ladies running slide were super friendly and made sure kids enjoyed it. Bar by slide pool was great, everything is expensive so be prepared. We will come again!

I did the reservation when we thought our son was coming in town for a football tourney, he was hurt the next morning after I booked. I tried to get them to work with me and refund some portion of my stay given the circumstances. The gentleman was not helpful and said it was due to the price reduction through Expedia, which is not true I checked their website and not much of a price difference at all. I called the travel insurance people and they said it would not cover this situation. I am sure they could have rebooked it.
