Calm and peaceful place, walking distance form the Coimbatore airport is absolutely fabulous. Clean, perfect linen, lovely design - made my trip relaxing. Also the chef and the team of the restaurant (and hotel in general) are so professional and kind, no words. Highly recommended if you do no need to spend all your time in the city center.

I had a pleasant stay with Fairfield. Chef Shakti in the kitchen made us feel more welcome and the food was delicious. He was friendly and made us feel at home. I had left my phone charger in the lobby and the team were happy to ship it to me as well. Unfortunately one of our colleagues booking was lost in the system and the front desk staff seemed unapologetic, but the rest of us had very nice stay. The front desk staff can be trained better to show empathy.

Overall, my colleague gave this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. I transferred my booking to him because I had to cancel my business trip. Based on his feedback the cleanliness was below expectations. The towels had an unpleasant smell, which was disppointing and affected the overall experience. That said, the staff were friendly and courteous which was definitely positive. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards, as better cleanliness would make for a much better guest experience.

The chech in was ok ,but despite calling for help for luggage ,no one turned up for 15 minutes,we managed,also facilities including gym is limited no swimming pool for the cost, food was average.confusion still prevail,if Expedia took our payment,one staff said paid,the other said no, hope I didn't pay twice.just good for transit.

The chech in was ok ,but despite calling for help for luggage ,no one turned up for 15 minutes,we managed,also facilities including gym is limited no swimming pool for the cost, food was average.confusion still prevail,if Expedia took our payment,one staff said paid,the other said no, hope I didn't pay twice.just good for transit.
