Hotel molto carino e pulito, lLa camera è bella, spaziosa ed accogliente. Lo staff molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione è molto buona e viene servita in una graziosissima verandina. L’hotel è situato in una delle zone più belle di Roma: l’Aventino. Quartiere incantevole ed elegante e non caotico, ma vicinissimo al Circo Massimo ed al Colosseo. La metropolitana è a due passi. Dall’hotel sono facilmente raggiungibili tanti luoghi storici da visitare. Nella zona ci sono anche tanti buonissimi ristoranti. Raccomando vivamente di prendere il vostro soggiorno in questo hotel.

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 night family stay at the Sourire. It is well located with many of Rome's famous sights and attractions very accessible, and the Metro being just down the hill was very convenient for us to travel to the Ryder Cup. The rooms are spotless, and well appointed. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful, and we appreciated the option to eat outside in the pleasant small garden. For us though it was the personal service offered by all the staff that sets this hotel apart as a gem, that we look forward to returning to. Grazie!

I chose this place during our first night in Rome on NY’s eve knowing that it’s a short walk to Circus Maximus where party and fireworks are happening. The staff is friendly and helpful, willingly suggested places to dine etc. It’s the best spot for sure if you’re looking to party like locals on New Year’s eve. We even saw all the fireworks from our 3rd floor room - nice view. The room we got is quite small but it’s to be expected in EU in general. They do provide amenity kits which is quite nice. Breakfast selection is great - offering bread, pastries, cold cuts etc. Parking is available across the street from the hotel and I even saw a spot for an electric car.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location to Trastevere and Colosseum area! Great for walking to sights and restaurants. The bonus was the breakfast room with lots of choices of pastries and other breakfast items.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sourire. The location is great: 10-15 minutes from the Collosseum and Baths of Caracalla. The rooms were very clean (#1 priority for my wife). Breakfast was abundant, with lots of delicious desserts, and they had a couple of gluten free options (prepackaged muffins and Melba toast). No matter what time we had breakfast, there was always lots of everything. The breakfast manager Marina was amazing, very accommodating and nice, we really appreciated her hospitality, she did her job above and beyond. The reception staff, all of them, were also extremely cordial and welcoming, we felt well taken care of! We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

駅から思ったよりは遠くなく、とても快適でした。 スタッフも皆さん親切で過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティは石鹸、ボディーソープ、コットン、シャワーキャップがありました。 パジャマや歯ブラシはありません。 冷蔵庫もあるので買ってきたものを冷やすこともできます。 朝食の種類も豊富でハムやチーズなどもありとても美味しかったです。 次にローマに行く際もぜひ泊まりたいです。 It was clean and tge stuffs were kind. The breakfast was delicious and had many dishes.

Struttura molto carina e curata. A differenza di quanto indicato sul sito la reception è presidiata h24. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata e in bagno sarebbero utili un paio di mensoline attorno al lavabo.

Had a lovely few days. We had a large family room which was very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. Plenty to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a fridge in the room to be able to put drinks in to keep cool.

There are so many reasons that our family of five loved our stay at Sourire. The first reason is the staff. It really feels like you’re staying at a family owned business. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel like you’re a part of their family. There is someone on staff working 24 hours a day at the front desk. Not only are they so kind anytime we asked for anything, but they always did it with a smile and went above and beyond. They really took pride in their hotel, and in their jobs. Whether it was the manager or the cleaning staff, they all really cared to do their best for us. The rooms are very nice and clean. Don’t expect American size hotels though. European rooms are always smaller. They had everything we needed, including Wi-Fi, hairdryer, nice comfortable beds, closets and our room had a small balcony even. Finally, I have to write about their continental breakfast. I wasn’t expecting the variety of foods that they had every day. I was presently surprised each morning with the selection of their continental breakfast. They had every fresh fruit and my kids loved their pastries. It was always fun to wake up and see what new additions were added to the breakfast buffet. Again don’t expect American style with pancakes and waffles but more like an European style upscale continental breakfast. My favorite was the choice of fresh squeezed orange juice that they deliver to you upon request. If we come back to Italy, staying at Sourire will be our top choice.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property or its amazing staff! Cozy, clean and charming rooms and breakfast space. The staff really made our stay! Each of them went above and beyond to help us enjoy every moment of our visit. I broke my hand on a tour and got back to the hotel too late to eat anywhere near there and the night staff not only showed concern but put a yummy tray together for us and brought it up to our room within minutes! They answered all our many questions and provided us with great suggestions for restaurants and transportation. We hope to return to Rome in the future and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else.

They went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast before an early departure or a tour. All of the breakfast was set up almost an hour ahead of their regular schedule.

The staff were very polite and accommodating. Location of hotel in a more tranquil area after a busy day of traffic and crowds. There were many restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance to choose from.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff! The hotel was clean and in a very convenient location to Trastevere and Colosseum area! Great for walking to sights and restaurants. The bonus was the breakfast room with lots of choices of pastries and other breakfast items.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sourire. The location is great: 10-15 minutes from the Collosseum and Baths of Caracalla. The rooms were very clean (#1 priority for my wife). Breakfast was abundant, with lots of delicious desserts, and they had a couple of gluten free options (prepackaged muffins and Melba toast). No matter what time we had breakfast, there was always lots of everything. The breakfast manager Marina was amazing, very accommodating and nice, we really appreciated her hospitality, she did her job above and beyond. The reception staff, all of them, were also extremely cordial and welcoming, we felt well taken care of! We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

We have just returned from a wonderful 5 night family stay at the Sourire. It is well located with many of Rome's famous sights and attractions very accessible, and the Metro being just down the hill was very convenient for us to travel to the Ryder Cup. The rooms are spotless, and well appointed. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful, and we appreciated the option to eat outside in the pleasant small garden. For us though it was the personal service offered by all the staff that sets this hotel apart as a gem, that we look forward to returning to. Grazie!

Kamer was heel schoon en netjes. Personeel ook vriendelijk. De afstand tot de bezienswaardigheden was wel wat ver. Het ontbijt was echt om te huilen.

Had a lovely few days. We had a large family room which was very comfortable. The breakfast was really nice. Plenty to choose from. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice to have a fridge in the room to be able to put drinks in to keep cool.

I chose this place during our first night in Rome on NY’s eve knowing that it’s a short walk to Circus Maximus where party and fireworks are happening. The staff is friendly and helpful, willingly suggested places to dine etc. It’s the best spot for sure if you’re looking to party like locals on New Year’s eve. We even saw all the fireworks from our 3rd floor room - nice view. The room we got is quite small but it’s to be expected in EU in general. They do provide amenity kits which is quite nice. Breakfast selection is great - offering bread, pastries, cold cuts etc. Parking is available across the street from the hotel and I even saw a spot for an electric car.

駅から思ったよりは遠くなく、とても快適でした。 スタッフも皆さん親切で過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティは石鹸、ボディーソープ、コットン、シャワーキャップがありました。 パジャマや歯ブラシはありません。 冷蔵庫もあるので買ってきたものを冷やすこともできます。 朝食の種類も豊富でハムやチーズなどもありとても美味しかったです。 次にローマに行く際もぜひ泊まりたいです。 It was clean and tge stuffs were kind. The breakfast was delicious and had many dishes.

This was a cute boutique hotel with great staff! The location was convenient to walk to most main areas around the Colosseum area within 15 min. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the coffee was the best! We specifically chose this hotel for its location and the fact it had AC. Unfortunately our floor’s AC went out the day we arrived. Exploring Rome in 104 degree weather and coming back to a warm room was not pleasant. The staff did the best they could by putting a standing fan in our room but it just didn’t cool it much at all. Would have been a 5 star stay if not for this, but still recommend this hotel. And hopefully it will be working fully for you!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Mit kurzem Fußmarsch erreicht man beispielsweise das Kolosseum. Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend. Parkplätze sind öffentlich und in der Gegend wird oft in Mietwägen die Scheibe eingeschlagen, in der Hoffnung Gegenstände entwenden zu können. So ging es auch uns. Das Personal hat uns hier aber super freundlich weiter geholfen. Abzug bekommt bei uns das Hotel nur aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit. Die Geräusche im Hotelgebäude und der angrenzenden Nachbarzimmer sind deutlich zu hören.
