Kooringal, Unit 8/105 Soldiers Point Road

The unit was absolutely lovely - comfortable beds and waterfront views. Everything we needed for our stay - it was well fitted out. The key pick up and return return was via a real estate in the opposite direction - about a 25 min round trip. No tea / coffee / milk provided. Was more real-estate-rental that 'Stayz-y', however this did not detract from the quality of the property.

This apartment was quite delightful, great for 1 or 2 couples. Nice decor, clean, views that made you feel like you were on the water and a pretty swimming beach just a short walk on manicured lawns , around the corner. Pub and club just up the road, all well within walking distance. There is no air con, but the fans and sea breezes kept us quite comfortable in hot weather. We will be returning, we loved it.
