Warm welcome, friendly staff, great location. Small but lovely hotel - we stop in Rome every time we fly to Italy to visit our family and want to make this our regular place to stay. Gorgeous rooftop bar as well.

This is a great little hotel that is impeccably designed. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Great location and enjoyed the area. Roof top bar is nice, but a little noisy if you are on the 5th floor.

The rooftop bar was really cool; great views with a fun and unique drink menu. The complimentary breakfast was also served on the rooftop which made for a really lovely start to the day.

Room was OK but the glass shower was in the bedroom, not the bathroom in one of the more unusual room arrangements I have ever seen. Bed was comfortable and bathroom amenities were fine except the aforementioned shower. Elevator was tiny and we had to make two trips to get our luggage downstairs as there was not enough room for luggage and two people. Roof top bar and breakfast area were great except in a rainstorm (chilly and windy) during breakfast hours as seats are outside. Front desk personnel were helpful and hotel is centrally located.

Overall good stay with great hotel staff - very accommodating and friendly. The one downside for us - because our room was on the top floor it was right below the rooftop bar. It was fairly loud in our room for several hours late at night (people stomping up and down the stairs, dragging chairs/tables, etc.). We would still stay here again, would just avoid the top floor.

The Hotel Otivm is very small with very limited dining facilities. It is modern, clean, and reasonably priced. There is absolutely no parking, even dropping off and picking up guests is difficult. Overall, it is nice, but very small and a bit crowded including a tiny elevator that only accommodates two people at a time. Not a hotel for everyone.

We had such a great stay at this hotel, The location couldn’t have been better. It’s right near all the major historical sites like Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum, so we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. There are also tons of great restaurants in the area, which made it easy to find a good meal after a long day of exploring. One fun surprise was finding an Irish pub just a few minutes away where we watched an F1 race on large screens, it was such a cool way to mix in a bit of home with the Roman experience. The highlight of the hotel has to be the rooftop patio. The view overlooking the upper part of Piazza Venezia is absolutely beautiful. The rooftop bar has a really creative cocktail menu, a mix of modern drinks and traditional touches. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rome, whether it’s for a quick trip or a longer stay. It gave us the perfect mix of comfort, location, and atmosphere.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Roooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Only downfall was we were on the second floor and our only window was a low small one that gave a view of the street and sidewalk that folks can see right in as the walk by and the street noise for the loader vehicles can be heard. We were hardly louging in the room so we just closed the drapes for the prvacy. The windows were good to reduce the noise and the traffic was minimal at night. Overall, a good staty.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful! The rooms are modern and clean. I was amazed at how quiet the room is given it faces a very busy street. The location is fantastic, close to shopping, dining, and attractions.

My wife and I stayed at the Otivm Hotel 2 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it so much we stayed there again when we returned. The Otivm is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and made us feel as though we were at home. Upon entry, we were welcomed with cappuccinos. Since we arrived early, they offered to secure out luggage while we explored. During our time there, they offered several recommendations. The cleaning staff left our room very clean. The mini bar options are pretty solid as well. With regard to the rooftop breakfast, there are plenty of options - many of which are delicious pastries. One thing that stuck out to us both times we stayed, was that the staff greeted us by our names. Lastly, the location is wonderful! We were often less than 15 minutes from any attraction we wanted to visit. This really is such an amazing hotel and we recommend it to everyone we know staying in Rome!

Wir durften drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbringen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Falls dies nicht gewünscht ist, sind auch genügend Busse oder der Hop on Hop off Bus in der Nähe. Das Hotel war sauber, jedoch war z.B. der Wasserkocher defekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Schade fand ich, dass es das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Dachterrasse nur von 8-10 Uhr gab. Es wurden zwar Lunchboxen angeboten, jedoch konnten diese mit dem Buffet nicht mithalten und wollte man z.B. den Vatikan besuchen, musste man aufgrund der geringen Zeitspanne aufs Buffet verzichten. Daher würde ich das Hotel eventuell nicht nochmal buchen. Ich würde es toll finden, wenn das Buffett von 7-10 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen würde. Cocktails kosteten 20 Euro, waren es jedoch bei dem Ausblick wert.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Otivm Hotel for five nights and had a spectacular time! Every member of the front desk staff was so helpful and friendly, and the property itself is situated in a perfect spot that makes it easily accessible no matter where in Rome you wander that day. The rooms are clean and spacious with good views of the surrounding neighborhood, and windows that open all the way to fully take in the city sounds. All in all, we had zero problems with our stay and would certainly stay here again next time we return to Rome!

Great location near buses to Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Could also walk to all of these sites plus Colesseum except for Vatican. Room was super clean and roomy for a city hotel. Everyone at the front desk spoke English-but it is polite to start with Buongiorno or Buonasera.

Good location in Rome, but situated along a busy and noisy street. Our rooms were surprisingly quiet until 7:45am when we were woken up by people running on the stairs outside. Quite shabby and worn rooms. Could really use some love.

Staff was lovely - room was clean. The rooms were just very, very dark. We only stayed there one night but if we had the entire trip it would have been hard since it was just so dark.

The Otivm Hotel could easily rely on its prime location in the heart of Rome—step outside and you’re instantly immersed in history. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the warm and attentive staff, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I stayed in a single room, which was dorm room sized —but after the initial surprise, I found it cozy and well-appointed. Overall, this is a charming and comfortable hotel, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Rome.

It was fairly loud in our room for several hours late at night (people stomping up and down the stairs, dragging chairs/tables, etc.). We would still stay here again, would just avoid the top floor.

Hotel was well positioned for main sight seeing activities, room was clean and staff were friendly enough. However my room was dark, had bars on the windows and looked out to a bit of a dump yard, it also had no where to sit other than on the bed. Felt like I was in a cell rather than a nice hotel.

Perfect location! We had a wonderful stay here…the staff are amazing! Ariana especially made us feel very special and well taken care of! Beautiful rooftop breakfast in the morning. Everyone we encountered were fantastic! We are coming back to Rome in a few days and will stay here again!

The staff displayed extreme rudeness and offered no assistance when my husband fell sick with food poisoning. Our room was positioned directly above a parking garage, subjecting us to the incessant noise of its opening and closing throughout the night, causing our room to shake each time.

My wife and I stayed at the Otivm Hotel 2 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it so much we stayed there again when we returned. The Otivm is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and made us feel as though we were at home. Upon entry, we were welcomed with cappuccinos. My husband and I stayed here on our very first visit to Rome over a week ago, and then again at the end of our trip when we ventured back to Rome several days later from our travels. Arianna was exceptional, and so very friendly. I am sad I did not remember everyones name but I can say that all of the staff were, from receiption, to the rooftop bar to housecleaning very amazingly friendly and made you feel special. I love this hotel, the room we were given with terrace is stunning. Rooftop patio and breakfast is also exceptional. A feast for the eyes as well. Not in a good location safety wise I think this hotel need secure locking doors so at night not just anyone on the street can walk in. I would say there is better options in the city it’s very over priced for the quality of the hotel

The hotel is in a wonderful location within walking distance to the Pantheon, coliseum, and many restaurants and shops. There's a food/wine market very nearby. The breakfast was good. I only wish the bar had been less expensive for evening drinks.

We very much enjoyed the rooftop bar, where the interesting cocktails were accompanied, to our surprise, by delicious and quite filling antipasti/tapas. Anyway, the view was sufficient to make our stop at the bar a memorable experience. And the breakfast was tasty as well. We hope to return soon.

We were traveling with another party and really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, fun location and rooftop views. Breakfast offerings were very good and the staff went out of thier way to make sure we enjoyed the meal.

Wir durften drei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbringen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Falls dies nicht gewünscht ist, sind auch genügend Busse oder der Hop on Hop off Bus in der Nähe. Das Hotel war sauber, jedoch war z.B. der Wasserkocher defekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Schade fand ich, dass es das Frühstück auf der wunderbaren Dachterrasse nur von 8-10 Uhr gab. Es wurden zwar Lunchboxen angeboten, jedoch konnten diese mit dem Buffet nicht mithalten und wollte man z.B. den Vatikan besuchen, musste man aufgrund der geringen Zeitspanne aufs Buffet verzichten. Daher würde ich das Hotel eventuell nicht nochmal buchen. Ich würde es toll finden, wenn das Buffett von 7-10 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen würde. Cocktails kosteten 20 Euro, waren es jedoch bei dem Ausblick wert.

Fun 4 nights in to Rome to view the major sites! Concierge provided helpful suggestions and called taxis for us. We couldn’t control the AC which could have been better on the 90 degree day. Roof top bar had nice views but only served drinks that were quite expensive.

When I needed a taxi, they ordered one right away, and they even booked a van to the airport at a great price. I had a great stay at Otivm Hotel. The location is fantastic and made it incredibly easy to explore Rome on foot. My room was clean, comfortable, and had very good air conditioning, which was very appreciated during the August heat. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also loved the rooftop terrace, which is a beautiful place to relax with a drink after a long day exploring the city. A fantastic home base in Rome, and I would absolutely stay here again.
