O quarto era limpo, cama confortável, mas era muito frio o quarto, o aquecimento não era bom. E todas as manhãs entrava algum funcionário homem para verificar alguma coisa, achei isso desconfortável já que era um quarto só de meninas. O elevador era muito antigo e de difícil acesso. Mas no geral Era tudo ok! A cama era boa e o banheiro amplo e limpo.
O quarto era limpo, cama confortável, mas era muito frio o quarto, o aquecimento não era bom. E todas as manhãs entrava algum funcionário homem para verificar alguma coisa, achei isso desconfortável já que era um quarto só de meninas. O elevador era muito antigo e de difícil acesso. Mas no geral Era tudo ok! A cama era boa e o banheiro amplo e limpo.

Het hostel was vrij modern, schoon en goed geregeld. Ze hadden pasjes om binnen te komen, lockers in de kamers die vrij ruim waren en het was allemaal goed verzorgd. Ook niet heel gehorig. De douches waren fijn en ze hebben wel een gezellige plek beneden om een biertje of cocktails te drinken en andere mensen te spreken. Ook was het ontbijt prima, maar wel vrij simpel. Na 2 dagen ben je er denk ik wel vrij snel op uitgekeken. Maar ze hadden toast, ham, kaas, musli, kleine croissants en een koffiemachine. Ik was erg tevreden over mijn verblijf.

This hostel is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is close enough to the Duomo Cathedral area to walk. The staff was super helpful when I had some unexpected technology issues! The dorm rooms were super clean and spacious. The "atmosphere" of the building was simply charming....from the marble steps and adorable old wooden-door elevator to the subtle music playing from a piano down the street. It truly captures the atmosphere of Milan.

Cobram um absurdo pela taxa de turista. Elevadores velhos e disfuncionais. De todos os rececionistas só as raparigas eram simpáticas e um rapaz de cabelo comprido. Em relação ás limpezas do quarto expulsavam as pessoas de lá e ainda atiravam com as coisas dos clientes para o chão. Happy Hour super caro. Só vale o valor pela localização

The hostel is incredibly well organized, from where the rooms are to the other facilities: laundry room (they offer a paid laundry service in which they do your laundry on one working day), kitchen, balcony, bar etc. The reception answers your questions clearly and objectively, they provide you with a chance to store your luggage in the basement when you check out early, the (paid) breakfast is very complete and well prepared, that's including both a coffee and a juice machine. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on in hostels, the heating is neither under nor overpowered, just enough for you to feel comfortable but not have trouble sleeping. The bathrooms are well maintained and although shared, you can easily and privately take your showers without any intrusion or discomfort (I would however suggest the addition of more and perhaps hangers in the shower cabin). Each bed has a light spot and outlet plug, plus a couple of usb ports. There's space for you to store a bottle of water or a book above your pillow and the pillow area has a small covering so that people won't intrude in your sleeping. A curtain would have made it beyond reproach. Access control is safely done by card tapping so no unauthorized people have access to the dormitory area. Lockers are provided, they are spacious and safe. The bonus is the vintage elevator, which overloads class and cuteness!

Good hostel, was good how there was a kitchen and a terrace and a lift so u dont have to take the stairs. But when i booked it it said free breakfast was included and it wasnt. it also said there was air con and there was no air con so it was hot at night.

I’m on a 2 week trip in Italy and started in Milano for 3 nights. The hostel was very clean with lots of extra shower and bathroom space. That was private which was nice if you didn’t feel comfortable showering in the rooms bathroom. Also the location is great as well. Short walk to the Doumo area and a bunch of other things as well. Plus they had lime scooters all over the city. So for the valve it’s great compared to the hotel prices!

Positivos: limpieza, comodidad, ubicación Mi estadía en el hostel fue muy buena. La habitación era cómoda y muy limpia, cambiaron las sábanas en los tres Dias que estuve, algo que no ocurre en todos los hostels. El baño también estaba muy limpio. El colchón muy cómodo, y el aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba excelente.el personal fue siempre muy amable. El único negativo: las camas no tienen cortinas separadoras, y la habitación no tenía persianas que cerrasen o black out , por lo que si son sensibles a la luz para dormir , lleven mascarilla!

Tudo correu bem. Mas os banheiros (apesar de serem dentro do dormitório, o que foi uma boa surpresa), precisam de alguma manutenção. Nada sério ou que comprometa, mas estavam molhados, ganchos para roupa faltando, torneira pingando. A cama era confortável. O armário não cabe mais do que uma mochila ou mala de bordo, era bem pequeno. Os lençóis são bons. Para usar toalha precisa pagar, poderia ser cortesia.
Tudo correu bem. Mas os banheiros (apesar de serem dentro do dormitório, o que foi uma boa surpresa), precisam de alguma manutenção. Positivos: limpieza, comodidad, ubicación Mi estadía en el hostel fue muy buena. La habitación era cómoda y muy limpia, cambiaron las sábanas en los tres Dias que estuve, algo que no ocurre en todos los hostels. El baño también estaba muy limpio. El colchón muy cómodo, y el aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba excelente.el personal fue siempre muy amable. El único negativo: las camas no tienen cortinas separadoras, y la habitación no tenía persianas que cerrasen o black out , por lo que si son sensibles a la luz para dormir , lleven mascarilla!

Good hostel, was good how there was a kitchen and a terrace and a lift so u dont have to take the stairs. But when i booked it it said free breakfast was included and it wasnt. it also said there was air con and there was no air con so it was hot at night.

Pros: Great location, big room, good breakfast, kind staff. You get everywhere easily from there and the hostel has nice things like a shared kitchen, terrace, bar, and bags storage if you need. Cons: The room was full of mosquitoes, it needs an urgent intervention. TV didn’t work properly and was not A/C in the room, so it was a hot night…

El aire acondicionado no funciona, no sé cuál es el concepto de hostel que le quieren dar, Pero es tan muy lejos de una buena calidad, el aire acondicionado no funciona, si se abre la ventana entra un olor a caño, entiendo el concepto de hostel pero sí las camas son tan pegadas, Podrían valorar poner una sábana en cada cama para tener un poco de privacidad y claro que el aire acondicionado funcione, porque es asfixiante.

Verso mezzanotte e mezza di martedì sera (17 febbraio), al ritorno in ostello, sono andato al bar per comprare una bottiglia d’acqua che costava 1.20 euro. Ho dato 5.20 euro, poi il dipendente mi ha detto che non aveva 4 euro di resto nella sua cassa. C’erano un sacco di spiccioli nel vassoio delle mance però, quindi gli ho suggerito di darmi il resto da lì, lui ha rifiutato. Poi ho detto che con gli spiccioli miei, potevo arrivare a 0.85 euro e ho chiesto se poteva bastare, lui ha detto di no; e mi ha suggerito di pagare con carta. Gli ho spiegato i motivi per cui sono contrario all’uso delle carte di credito (le commissioni pagate dai negozi alle multinazionali che gestiscono le carte di credito impoveriscono il 99% e arricchiscono gli stra-ricchi; la marginalizzazione del contante sta anche spingendo la società moderna in una dipendenza tecnologica sempre più soffocante nonostante la scienza ci abbia spiegato più volte in questi anni i pericoli delle nuove tecnologie sulla salute mentale dell’essere umano, ecc.). La cosa è finita che sono andato a letto senza aver bevuto acqua. Pessimo servizio! Non era mica colpa mia che non c’era sufficiente resto nella cassa; il dipendente poteva almeno accettare i miei 0.85 euro. This hostel is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is close enough to the Duomo Cathedral area to walk. The staff was super helpful when I had some unexpected technology issues! The dorm rooms were super clean and spacious. Cobram um absurdo pela taxa de turista. Elevadores velhos e disfuncionais. De todos os rececionistas só as raparigas eram simpáticas e um rapaz de cabelo comprido. Em relação ás limpezas do quarto expulsavam as pessoas de lá e ainda atiravam com as coisas dos clientes para o chão. Happy Hour super caro. Só vale o valor pela localização

The place is about 7 mins walk from the no 9 tram to Metro Centrale. Quiet neighbourhood. Safe. Clean. Best part of the stay is going on a Lake Como tour with a smart funny guide called Emanuel. He’s good at reading the room, attentive, catered to our every need and knew not to tell us too many boring history. We have had so many animated entertaining conversations; alleviating the outing the most enjoyable one I had in Italy. Highly recommend Emmanuel to anyone who wants to see Italy. Thank you Emmanuel. I’ll never forget you.

I’m on a 2 week trip in Italy and started in Milano for 3 nights. The hostel was very clean with lots of extra shower and bathroom space. That was private which was nice if you didn’t feel comfortable showering in the rooms bathroom. Also the location is great as well. Short walk to the Doumo area and a bunch of other things as well. Plus they had lime scooters all over the city. So for the valve it’s great compared to the hotel prices!

Het hostel was vrij modern, schoon en goed geregeld. Ze hadden pasjes om binnen te komen, lockers in de kamers die vrij ruim waren en het was allemaal goed verzorgd. Ook niet heel gehorig. De douches waren fijn en ze hebben wel een gezellige plek beneden om een biertje of cocktails te drinken en andere mensen te spreken. Ook was het ontbijt prima, maar wel vrij simpel. Na 2 dagen ben je er denk ik wel vrij snel op uitgekeken. Maar ze hadden toast, ham, kaas, musli, kleine croissants en een koffiemachine. Ik was erg tevreden over mijn verblijf.

The hostel is incredibly well organized, from where the rooms are to the other facilities: laundry room (they offer a paid laundry service in which they do your laundry on one working day), kitchen, balcony, bar etc. The reception answers your questions clearly and objectively, they provide you with a chance to store your luggage in the basement when you check out early, the (paid) breakfast is very complete and well prepared, that's including both a coffee and a juice machine. The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on in hostels, the heating is neither under nor overpowered, just enough for you to feel comfortable but not have trouble sleeping. The bathrooms are well maintained and although shared, you can easily and privately take your showers without any intrusion or discomfort (I would however suggest the addition of more and perhaps hangers in the shower cabin). Each bed has a light spot and outlet plug, plus a couple of usb ports. There's space for you to store a bottle of water or a book above your pillow and the pillow area has a small covering so that people won't intrude in your sleeping. A curtain would have made it beyond reproach. Access control is safely done by card tapping so no unauthorized people have access to the dormitory area. Lockers are provided, they are spacious and safe. The bonus is the vintage elevator, which overloads class and cuteness!

Adorei ter me hospedado nesse albergue super charmoso e organizado. O prédio é uma graça, o café da manhã maravilhoso, honestíssimo, fiquei num quarto só com mulheres e banheiro privativo e voltaria sorrindo! Tenho 54 anos e tem todas as idades ali. Ótimo mesmo!
Adorei ter me hospedado nesse albergue super charmoso e organizado. O prédio é uma graça, o café da manhã maravilhoso, honestíssimo, fiquei num quarto só com mulheres e banheiro privativo e voltaria sorrindo! Tenho 54 anos e tem todas as idades ali. Ótimo mesmo!

It was close to everything but also out of the way enough that it was quiet at night. The beds were great but and the bathroom was fine was well but looked like it could have done with a slightly more thorough cleaning, but it really wasn’t that bad. I would definitely and stay again if the opportunity came up! The breakfast was simple but very good as well

It was generally fresh hotel in a rather good location. However, the ”box” for personal belongings was really dirty and needed a wipe (I slept in a top-bunk). Also, the duvet had some stains as well, but the sheets where fresh. The bathroom was also a bit dirty, but I checked in very late so I don’t know if it was my room-mates fault or not. The absolute worst part however, was the lack of AC. It’s been really warm in Milan the latest couple of days, and it was not possible at all to sleep in the crazy warm room. So don’t go here when it’s hot outside, cause I did not get any sleep. The personal wasn’t that talkative, but they got the job done and smiled.

An absolutely terrible experience. We arrived at 10 PM and checked into our private room. We turned on the AC, but after an hour, the room was still at 29°C. The receptionist told us to just wait. By midnight, the thermostat hit 30°C. When I asked for another room or a solution because it was impossible to sleep, the night receptionist was incredibly rude and sarcastic. He mockingly said he wasn't a technician and couldn't do anything to help. The next morning, a more honest staff member admitted the entire building's AC was broken and they were waiting two weeks for a part to fix it. We couldn't sleep at all and had to book a different hotel for our second night. For just €20 more, we got actual quality and safety. The issues didn't stop there: the staff is completely unprepared; the towels are tiny and rock-hard; breakfast is very basic; and there was a foul smell in the stairs and elevator. To make matters worse, they still haven't refunded my second canceled night, penalizing me for their own failure. They actually had the audacity to offer a €20 voucher as an apology for a room that cost nearly €100! I am escalating this to consumer protection authorities. I felt completely unsupported by both the hotel and the Hotel.com app. Stay away!
