Fräscht rum och badrum, rent. Det var mer som en lägenhet där man hade sitt egna rum med ett delat kök. Va lyhört och folk som spelade musik i högtalare på morgonen. Köket hade ca 4 bestick som dessutom va smutsiga. Området sänkte betyget då det kändes väldigt otryggt, vi gick endast till tågstationen för att åka in till Venedig och tillbaka. Bra att de va nära till tågstationen eftersom man inte ville vistas i boendeområdet.

All rooms are on the first floor of a small building in a quiet road just four minutes from the Mestre train station where you can get trains to Venice for 1.5€. It is also just two minutes from a bus stop where you can catch the number 2 bus that also go to Venice for the same 1.5€ tariff. My room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom benefited from a window. Air conditioning worked well and there was a small fridge. There is also available a communal kitchen with a larger fridge, hob, kettle, crockery, etc. There are plenty of restaurants within five minutes walking and a large and convenient supermarket within two. Beds are a bit too soft for my taste but not uncomfortable. Rooms get tidied and towels changed daily providing you leave by 10 am. Staff are not on site all the time but they are flexible and very helpful. Wi fi is poor and should be improved but other than that I was very satisfied and would certainly stay there again should I return to Venice.

I'd recommend this property if travelling to Venice, the room was large, clean and tidy room, very well located to travel around! We had a late check-in around 12.30am - 1am, make sure you let the property know when you arrive, but expect to wait and there isn't a breakfast even though the picture shows one.
