This is a turn-of-the-century Victorian that was beautiful. Fully remodeled and very nicely furnished. Justin checked us in and gave us a tour. Breakfast was yummy! We highly recommend this spot in Georgetown and we will be back!

This was a great find! Lovely building, fits perfectly with Georgetown. Anyone who wants a charming experience in the city should check this out. Breakfast was delicious too! Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at the Rose Street Bed and Breakfast! Not only is the house itself beautiful, inviting, and comfortable, but Jaime is a kind and thoughtful hostess who has a real gift for gentle hospitality. And there were many fun things to do there, just within the house! We cannot recommend the Rose St. B&B highly enough!

Quaint B&B with plenty of shared living spaces furnished with antique furniture that is more interesting to look at than functional. There were home made brownies out, but they were uncovered and stale by check-in time. The other guests were nice, and people seemed to mingle as much as they wanted. There are three living rooms, but only a few guest rooms. Since it's a former old house, and therefor close quarters, there are gaps under the bedroom doors and you will hear your neighbors when they shower at 6 am. We stayed in a pretty, large, clean room with a comfortable bed, sitting area and nice bathroom with tub and local hand scrubs and soaps that were lovely. The breakfast sausages, toast and coffee were very good, but our potatoes, the main course, were undercooked. It's on the west side of town, one of the last houses before you head up Guanella Pass, so it's beautiful and quiet. Easy walk to town.

Justin & Jamie were amazing. The breakfast was spectacular. It was an enjoyable stay. Definitely listen to some vinyls in the common area.

I loved the old Victorian house and how they tried to keep original features with modern amenities. It is not handicap friendly but I should have asked. Our hostess Jaime was amazing and breakfast was delicious 😋

Quaint B&B with plenty of shared living spaces furnished with antique furniture that is more interesting to look at than functional. There were home made brownies out, but they were uncovered and stale by check-in time. The other guests were nice, and people seemed to mingle as much as they wanted. There are three living rooms, but only a few guest rooms. Since it's a former old house, and therefor close quarters, there are gaps under the bedroom doors and you will hear your neighbors when they shower at 6 am. We stayed in a pretty, large, clean room with a comfortable bed, sitting area and nice bathroom with tub and local hand scrubs and soaps that were lovely. The breakfast sausages, toast and coffee were very good, but our potatoes, the main course, were undercooked. It's on the west side of town, one of the last houses before you head up Guanella Pass, so it's beautiful and quiet. Easy walk to town.

This is a turn-of-the-century Victorian that was beautiful. Fully remodeled and very nicely furnished. Justin checked us in and gave us a tour. Breakfast was yummy! We highly recommend this spot in Georgetown and we will be back!

Standouts:location was wonderful, we walked everywhere. Jamie was so lind and our breakfasts were delicious. The shower was AMAZING, comfy beds and the cutest place to stay!

This was a great find! Lovely building, fits perfectly with Georgetown. Anyone who wants a charming experience in the city should check this out. Breakfast was delicious too! Would highly recommend to anyone.

I loved the old Victorian house and how they tried to keep original features with modern amenities. It is not handicap friendly but I should have asked. Our hostess Jaime was amazing and breakfast was delicious 😋

This property was lovely in all types of ways. Clean bed, restroom and shower. I loved the uniqueness of the decor and furnishings. Jamie was so nice and breakfast was great! Cannot wait to visit again!

Justin & Jamie were amazing. The breakfast was spectacular. It was an enjoyable stay. Definitely listen to some vinyls in the common area.

The biggest problem was that the owner was not feeling well, so when we had a problem with the door lock, she did not want to believe us. She said her app showed it was working. I felt like she was calling me a liar. I had to insist that she come and see the problem for herself. Everything about the stay and the town was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. She said she was going to comp our stay when we told her we would find another place for breakfast. We'll see if that shows up as a refund on our credit card.

This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away.
