Impression: Terrible There are numerous safety concerns, and inconsistencies for the online posting on nearly every aspect of the rental. Missing rooms, missing amenities, etc. It would be easier to isolate the good things than to carry on about the bad. I'm going to leave it short and sweet. Rent from a different host. You'll thank me. This host is barely communicative, and the listing is not as advertised.I have an investigation ongoing with VRBO for this property. There are so many issues that VRBO already refunded us their fees.

Good property, conveniently located near airport and New York. Catch the bust to New York on the same block. Good communication with property manager. Property Manager made sure the home was what we needed. Thanks!

The owner / property manager is evasive and does not communicate effectively. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling, the sink in the bathroom downstairs stopped working, and the faucet in the kitchen has a motion detection sensor on it that is very annoying. The hot tub is very old and not worth the extra money. The bedding and towels are very low quality. There is zero privacy in the backyard. The house is functional but is not worth the premium price the owner is charging. The profile online is misleading and does not accurately describe the house.
