Min kæreste og jeg havde det bedste ophold her på stedet! Vi blev modtaget med en varm velkomst og grundig forklaring om både stedet, nærområdet og øen. Vores værelse var fantastisk med god seng, alt hvad man har brug for i et køkken, aircon og fane som virkede upåklageligt samt et rigtig dejligt miljø på stedet med pool, liggestole og cabana lige ud til vandet. Hvis vi kommer til Seychellerne igen, skal vi kun bo her.
Min kæreste og jeg havde det bedste ophold her på stedet! Vi blev modtaget med en varm velkomst og grundig forklaring om både stedet, nærområdet og øen. Vores værelse var fantastisk med god seng, alt hvad man har brug for i et køkken, aircon og fane som virkede upåklageligt samt et rigtig dejligt miljø på stedet med pool, liggestole og cabana lige ud til vandet. Hvis vi kommer til Seychellerne igen, skal vi kun bo her.

We stayed at le Nautique Luxury Apartments for 12 days and it has been great. Located close to one of the best beaches in Mahe, Anse Forbance (5 min by car). We were impressed by the location and the kindness of all the staff. Everyday the all team will look after your house and make sure everything is clean and bedsheets/towels are changed You have washing machine free to use anytime, sunbeds, bbq and complimentary kayak to use The house was extra clean and we had all we need to cook pur food! Annalise is super nice and ready to help in every moment We had a maintenence problem during the evening and it was sorted in 5 minutes. Everyone has always a beatuiful smile that makes this place unique. Cannot wait to go back again! Angelica&Maurizio

un excellent séjour. Le cadre est parfait, l'équipe est présente et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont très propres et très bien décorées. La clientèle est discrète. Les équipements à disposition sont très utiles (kayak, piscine, serviettes de plage). Il y a des très belles plages à proximité, des jardins et des magasins pour l'essentiel. A recommander fortement pour décompresser.!

We had a great stay in Le nautique. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We loved using the barbecue for cooking our fish, enjoying the pool and watching the ocean. We hope we will come back soon.

We stayed 5 days and had a wonderful stay, the apartment is well equipped and we loved the little balcony, it's nice there is a small pool to cool down. All the employees are very nice, and they also helped organize a tour for us. I can highly recommend.

This property was a wonderful home away from home experience with the sand & waves crashing feet away from your patio. The apartment was fully appointed with everything needed. It was spotless, bright,inviting. no bugs inside or out. The bed was the BEST I've ever slept in & my husband now wants to purchase it. Oh and have I mentioned the bath products yet? Superior! Lots of water toys available & gated property. clothes washer also. Owner made sure your stay was going smoothly thruout & property well groomed& very quite. Needless to say we hated to leave and already planning another trip from US. Thank you all, we miss you already.

Die Unterkunft ist rund um perfekt. Alles ist super sauber und wird täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt. Die MitarbeiterINNEN sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Besitzerin heißt einen super herzlich Willkommen hnd gibt direkt jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps. Hier wird echt an alles gedachte und wir können die Unterkunft für Familien (wir sind mit ubserer 1 1/2 jährigen Tochter gereist) als auch Paare nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay of 8 days at this property. The property is clean. The apartment is in very good conditions, well equipped and had everything we needed.The staff is courteous and just outstanding in many aspects. We booked a year before our stay and Annalise made sure we had all our questions timely and correctly answered. She helped book taxi for pickup and drop off, car rental and so on. Everyone, including the guests, during our stay was just amazing. We will get back to Seychelles and stay at the same property.

We loved everything about our stay at Le Nautique. Our studio apartment was fabulous, very comfortable and well appointed. The property is immaculate and shows pride of ownership. Annalise and Michelle were great to deal with and helped with transfers and car rental as well as being a wealth of information for our day trips around the island. We would love to go back someday!

There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

Lovely apartment right on the water. Everything new and modern and well equipped. All the staff were pleasant and helpful, especially Natacha and Raj (?) . We would recommend highly and tell others they really should count on renting a car while here to get around the island.

Amazing place to be based for a 4 night trip on the island. Annalise was super helpful in all aspects of advising where to eat and which beaches to visit. Apartment was spacious, modern, clean and kitchen was well equipped!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean rooms with new amenities. Our check in was very smooth and the property manager Annalise was so helpful. We were given a map, she also organised us a car for our entire stay, which cost us less than what we had found online. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. The walk in shower was lovely, and had good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would come back for sure, thank you!

The rooms were extremely comfortable & each room had a fantastic view of the water. The place was impeccably maintained by Michelle and her team. It is a family run place. Located near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend renting a car to go around the island (which they can help organise).

We loved everything about our stay. From our host Michelle a beautiful lady who made our trip and my birthday so special. To the place itself which was lovely and fresh. The ocean just outside the apartment made it very special. The early mornings and evenings very breathtaking. We definitely comeback. Thank you for your hospitality.

Helt fantastisk. Anläggningen är så fin och välskött och alla som jobbar är så trevliga och tillmötesgående. Fixade taxi, hyrde bil och löste så uthyraren kom till oss och lämnade bilen på plats till ett bra pris.

Le Nautique was a great stop over place for us. The communication from Annalise before our arrival was faultless and so helpful. We were so stoked by the location of the venue from the airport and Anse Royale. The rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I’m sure we will be back and would absolutely recommend this property to everyone we know. Thank you so much for being great!

Our time at this hotel in Seychelles was nothing short of perfect. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredibly friendly and service-minded staff—and the owners were just as warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly cared for and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Always very clean. Beautiful views, but no beach. Easy walking into town for restaurants and shops. Close to bus stops. Thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at Le Nautique for two nights upon our arrival to Seychelles. The manager was very kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning, which we appreciated. The development itself is small, nice, and cozy — a comfortable place to stay. However, if direct access to a sandy beach is important to you, please do thorough research before booking. Despite the pictures showing a sandy beachfront, the property does not actually have one. Instead, the shoreline is rocky with strong currents, making it unsafe for swimming, especially with toddlers. The owners mention that a sandy beach appears during low tide, but from our experience, this seems to be a very limited and seasonal occurrence. So if you’re traveling with young children or want easy beach access, this may not be the ideal choice.

Préparation et accueil de qualité, effectué avec prévenance. Appartement avec équipement moderne, fonctionnel, déco refaite, et propreté irréprochable autant à l'intérieur que sur le jardinet extérieur. Quelques autres points à noter: marcher quelque peu pour faire ses courses ou diner à Anse Royale (10 min), mais ça permet de découvrir. Baignade dans la mer non conseillée en période de mousson du sud-est, mais c'est vrai sur toute la côte sous le vent.
Préparation et accueil de qualité, effectué avec prévenance. Le Nautique är ett fantastiskt ställe på många sätt. Vi tillbringade vår smekmånad här och kunde inte ha haft det bättre. Personalen är vänlig, hjälpsam och tillgänglig. Boendena är rena, rymliga och mysiga. Det är dessutom nära till en mindre by med flera bra restaurangalternativ och mindre supermarkets. Det finns ingen riktig strand till boendet, men det är inte långt till vackra stränder om man vill gå till fots. Hyra bil är dock ett måste, för att upptäcka ön och alla dess vackra platser. Men allt du behöver finns även ifall du bara vill hänga på boendet och dess närhet. Det enda ”negativa” är väl just att det inte finns en riktig strand i direkt anslutning, men det är en petitess i sammanhanget. Vore även trevligt med en mindre bar (vilket hotellet, som även finns på La Digue, har). Inget av detta sänker dock betyget från en klar femma. Rekommenderas mycket starkt!

Incredibly clean and quiet waterfront property. <2 miles to the closest shopping and restaurant center. You can get food delivered to your room. Management is top notch and so are the rest of the staff members.

Our stay at Le Nautique was wonderful. The team there is very helpful and gentle. Always willing to help and assist when needed. The property is a great very small community with a stunning view on the Indian’Ocean. Every day I enjoyed the sunrise watching the sea ! The flat itself was great, cozy and well furnished. It is really well thought ! Location wise, Anse Royale is quite central and you could easily go on the other side of the Island or up North close to the capital. You have beaches around that are just unbelievable

Many thanks to Michelle and her team for providing us with such a lovely holiday home and all their care and support during our stay. Very spacious apartment, beautifully clean and with lovely swimming pool and grounds. Off road secure parking was included and appreciated.
