Nice property in a great location close to the action. Pool and hot tub were nice, as were the rooms and continental breakfast. Property is just under a mile from the heart of downtown sister bay. It’s walkable, but also very easy to find free parking in one of the public lots by the beach.

Check-in was quick and easy. I was also allowed to check in early. Parking was close. Owners and staff were very nice! The pool and hot tub shut down at 10 pm and unfortunately so does the fire pit. So, if you're looking for very quite after 10, this is your place! Also, there are only steps to get down to the bottom level of the building, so if you have a suitcase, be prepared to pull it up the grassy hill. Only a 3-4 minute drive to downtown Sister Bay. Overall, nice place!

We enjoyed this property very much. Rooms outside the pool area was very convenient. Wonderful firepit area and new grills. Having access to the lobby for coffee, tea or juice after hours was wonderful. Down the road from the piggy wiggly and all things Sister Bay. So convenient. Look no further. You will not be disappointed in this beautifully updated Inn.

Safe and simple parking lot. Easy check-in and checkout processes. Ice, coffee, water, juice available in main lobby building. Rooms recently updated, they look much better but still have some of the older building smell lingering. Great hot tub and fire pit areas. Convenient location, quick 4-5 min drive to downtown Sister Bay. Overall would recommend!

We loved this inn! Beautiful property and the rooms were well maintained and updated nicely. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Staff was professional. We're going back next year. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Sister Bay Inn was very clean and it was clear that there were property upgrades made since the photos were posted on Google. Breakfast provided was limited, and not a hot breakfast. Room was clean and well supplied, Lobby was clean with a friendly, helpful staff. Pool, hot tub, fire pits were also maintained and checked by staff at the end of the night. The only thing that was an issue for us was our room was damp and smelled musty. Ventilation could be improved on the back, separate building.

My sister and I stayed a few nights in Sister bay and stayed here at the Inn. It was cute, quaint, clean and offers a lovely continental style breakfast daily. The rooms have been updated and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always smiling and ready to help. The grounds of the property are so cute! The evening firepit was a bonus! Definitely recommend!!

The property is close to amenities. Hotel is clean. Wish I had a firmer mattress. Although free breakfast, is a grab and go and does not open until 8AM. Would have liked to get a fresh brewed coffee at 7. Owner was not familiar with different activities or sites in the area when asked. Should get familiar with eating places in the area Lure is a great restaurant that is close; and Door county is known for cherries; we wanted to go Cherry Picking. One is in Sister Bay down the street!

The staff was very friendly and the location is great. i left some clothing there and they were also kind enough to really look for it as it was in the sheets and are returning them to me. Rooms are simple and comfortable and the fire pit is great.

Inn was in very convenient location for us and was very clean and nice. However desk was only open 8:00-8:00 so it was difficult to check in or out or request or purchase items in lobby. Service for towels was only outside the door and we received the wrong towels--not the ones we needed. No refills on coffee service, cups, etc..

We spent 3 nights at a different hotel in Sister Bay and decided to extension our trip for one more night and had to find a room last minute. I booked at Sister Bat Inn thinking it looked decent based on the pictures and descriptions. I honestly didn’t expect much, especially with the understated facade. I was pleasantly surprised. The reception area is super clean and welcoming. I met the owners and they are dedicated and friendly. Excellent customer service. The rooms are clean and welcoming, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The outdoor areas are well maintained. The pool and hot tub are clean, I even witness the owner himself get in the pool in the morning making sure everything was clean and working properly. I used the grill provided to make steak in the evening and the staff helped me set up the grill, again, excellent and caring staff. It is an excellent hotel for the price, great value, highly recommended.

The location is perfect as you are close to many restaurants and shops. Al Johnson's is a 20-30 min walk, although it's a bit hilly. The staff at the inn are super friendly and there's a good variety of snacks for breakfast. It's a cute hotel that's nice and quiet. For the price, this is a good place to stay.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of downtown Sister Bay. The walk is about a half mile, but it was do-able. The proximity to the other hot spots of Door County, like Bailey’s Harbor and Egg Harbor, while also being close to downtown Sister Bay was excellent. Would stay here again.

Safe and simple parking lot. Easy check-in and checkout processes. Ice, coffee, water, juice available in main lobby building. Rooms recently updated, they look much better but still have some of the older building smell lingering. Great hot tub and fire pit areas. Convenient location, quick 4-5 min drive to downtown Sister Bay. Overall would recommend!

Absolutely loved this place. The couple running it does a wonderful job and you can tell the love what they do. The pool and hot tub were kept up well and the landscaping around the property was very pretty. The continental breakfast is enough to get you going each day and they have ice, water, and juice available all day. This is within walking distance to the Top of the Hill shops (including the Piggly Wiggly) and you could walk to Sister Bay as well (it's a bit of a walk but still doable). Would definitely stay again!

Made a reservation at the last minute. Nicely remodeled. Outside is beautiful. Remodeled room very nice. Could use new carpeting. Breakfast is basic but nice options.

My sister and I stayed a few nights in Sister bay and stayed here at the Inn. It was cute, quaint, clean and offers a lovely continental style breakfast daily. The rooms have been updated and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always smiling and ready to help. The grounds of the property are so cute! The evening firepit was a bonus! Definitely recommend!!

The staff was friendly, but the bathroom shower was not cleaned upon arrival and they specifically said they don't service the room at all. It made me very uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was not worth picking this location.

We enjoyed this property very much. Rooms outside the pool area was very convenient. Wonderful firepit area and new grills. Having access to the lobby for coffee, tea or juice after hours was wonderful. Down the road from the piggy wiggly and all things Sister Bay. So convenient. Look no further. You will not be disappointed in this beautifully updated Inn.

Good stay overall. Looks like a beautiful backyard area. Standard options for a light breakfast. Basic queen room was recently refreshed, no closet, nice small sofa but not an ideal setup if you like to watch TV from bed. Bathroom was small, wish there was space for another towel rack.

Staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was nice, and the pool and fire pit were fun for the whole family. The air conditioner could not keep up with the heat so it was warmer than I would have preferred in the room, but it was ok. I would stay here again.

The place was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was the pool closed a little early. The fire pit was a nice area for people to talk and get to know each other. The location was close to downtown Sister Bay.

The front desk was nice and accommodating. I liked the chairs right outside of the room to sit at and enjoy the view. Our room faced the pool/backyard. The pool was clean and had some pool toys which was nice for my daughter. The room layout was nice, had a bench area to sit and able to hang up clothes. Shower was clean. Morning continental was a nice surprise. Overall, The front staff was really nice. Checking in and check out. They seemed to really care about our stay. It was less than a mile away from 42/where all the shops, restaurants are, nice to be tucked away from there for the night.

A cute little motel near Sister Bay. Continental breakfast was simple but nice. Grounds were well kept with nice outside areas including tables and chairs, pool, and hot tub. Would be great if hot tub was open from 7am to 10pm instead of just 9am-9pm so it could be used before getting ready for the day and after being in town and seeing the sunset. King room was good size and large low entry shower. Would also be great if both side tables (we were in room 102) had outlets- my side had a lamp but no place to plug in so I plugged in my phone, watch, and laptop on the desk on the opposite side of the room. Bed was a little firm for me but could easily be fixed with a mattress topper.
