The property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. My only wish is that they provided more of the basic items that suite hotels usually do. You can ask at the front desk, but it’s a lot you have to ask for. As for the front desk host and hostesses, they are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I give each and every one of them 5 stars.

everything was great. The front desk was very helpful and very sweet. The one thing I will say is that the shower floor was a little chipped up or just stained but you expect that from a hotel that’s been there for a while. It just needs a little update other than that, though everything was very clean.

Room smelled of cat urine, poorly cleaned furniture. Initial front desk agent (young black lady)was pleasant & accommodating. Was offered another room for a temporary time pending availability of same room size but after inspection of the offered "better room" with unwiped food stains on table , decided it was best not to even spend a minute here. Not worth risking our health (asthma). She agreed that we would get a full refund and noted this in the system for manager to approve next day. Unfortunately manager refused to give a full refund and insisted on charging for a day despite us spending less than a minute to inspect the room. Intend to file a complaint with NJ dept of public health and BBB. If you charge & allow animals in a room , then it is also your obligation to ensure it is cleaned and sanitized in a proper way before offering it to new guests. How anyone can think it is ok to have cats urine stays on walls and floor is ridiculous.
