Great location and customer services even though we booked last minute after the check in time they responded right away to get us into the room. Super clean and safe.

Hotel is in a BAD part of Naples that we didn’t feel safe getting out of a car after dark. This was advertised as a hotel but was really a B&B AirBNB type individual owned property that doesn’t really function past 7 pm. We had a cab drop us off and we were stuck on the doorstop of a sketchy building that has no access with a key entry after hours. They should advertise more clearly the type facility this is and it doesn’t work after 7 pm…. We had to have a host travel to let us in, all the while we are standing on the street with bags in an undesirable area. Inside the unit it’s fine and nicer recently renovated. I would not stay here again and NOT recommend this to travelers passing through. Maybe if you wanted to make this a hub for an extended visit it would work, not as a hotel overnight.

The stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location of the hotel was simply perfect. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Preis/Leistung war absolut gut. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend, trotz Bhf Garibaldi in der Nähe, super save und ruhig. Historisches Zentrum zu Fuß gemütlich erreichbar. Forza Napoli 😎
