This is an older property but my room was nicely remodeled and clean with a good bed. The exterior still looks rundown, but Room 317 was just fine: a decent room at a fair price. The pool is empty and overgrown. If you just want a good night's sleep at a fair price, this works!

Host was very nice. Motel exterior is rough - but it matches the setting of San Andreas, old West motif. The room itself was very clean and up to date. It really was a pleasant stay.

Everything was fine- as others have stated, the outside looks to be under renovation, but rooms are nice and new. Staff friendly, but on the Orbitz page for the hotel it clearly states that pets are $15/night. They charged me $30. When I realized this, Orbitz called them and they refused to refund, giving some excuse that made not sense (like that was for a different website and the room discount cancels that pet rate). They did not honor the price. Orbitz ended up giving me a coupon, which is great, but I wasted a bunch of time. I chose that hotel based on that pet fee and then they didn't honor it.

Overall, this hotel was the right choice for us for the one night we needed. Our only complaint was that it was not as clean as we would have liked. You could see dirt build up along the bathroom baseboards and build up around the toilet and floor. If needed, I would stay again, but not for more than a night.

Room was clean in most places. Towels were awful and they only gave 2 and one hand towel. The bed was not comfortable. The shower temperature fluctuates. The people above us were stomping all day and night. Also, there were 2 cockroaches in the room.

Well…the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down with mold. There were Funyuns under the bed and super noisy neighbors until late.

Check-in was easy. The room, however, was upsetting but considering the low price and our last minute travel plans, we dealt with it. They did allow for my service dogs to stay so that's a plus. The room was full of flies, the bathroom ceiling had mold and a gaping hole, there was toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, the room smelled of cigarette (we asked for non-smoking), the smoke alarm was ripped out, there was dirty clothing and trash in the drawers, and the bed sheets had trash on them. We aren't big on complaining and had limited options so we stayed. I wouldn't suggest having kids stay here. It is next to a cute historic street for San Andreas and also some food options. Convenience stores nearby as well.

The property manager is obviously trying to upgrade the property but the new items are going to quickly turn due to lack of maintenance. The floors and walls were filthy. As we walked up to the room the scent of Fabuloso was overwhelming. It was not rinsed from the floor, thereby making our feet stick and the floor filthy as we walked. The smell gave us all headaches and we barely made it through the night. The property manager was respectful, but we checked out after one night of a planned two night stay and he did not refund the second night.

The front desk gentleman was fantastic. Got a room on the 2nd floor which is on the south side of the property and is level with the parking lot. We are on a 2 week camping trip and it was great to be able to park near the room. However the hotel is right on the highway and gets pretty noisy. Also there are a lot of people outside all hours of the night. Now we didnt have any issues but from a safety standpoint it concerned us. All told i believe the ownership is trying to make this a nice place to stay. The room was nice, the shower even better.

The room is ok, clealiness is sub par, but the biggest issue the noise from both the road and the clientele. Dope head galore, with people smoking right outside your door well into the dawn hours with constant coughing and spitting. We spent a very lomg night here and had to politely ask them to relocate in the late night and yell at them to relocate in the early morning hours. Steer clear if you value sleep and you're not totally deaf.

The property itself was better than expected with new renovations. HOWEVER, the DOOR LOCKS ARE NOT SECURE. The manager walked into my room after dark (he said "by mistake") after a brief knock. He did not acknowledge my response and let himself in with the master key when the door locks were engaged. I did not feel safe at this location and left immediately.

5 star review. Here's why. Our room was very clean and looked recently renovated. The room also showcased a very modern Look. Large mini Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee,tea creamer, sugar) 2 bottles of water sitting on long dresser table. There were even 4 live plants in the room. Body wash and conditioner dispensers mounted to shower wall. New plumbing fixtures and matching door/towel bar hardware. Xtra large California King Bed appeared to be brand new, very comfortable and pillows very firm and brand new as well. All towels and rags like new. Shower cap and sewing kit also included. Lots of dresses space for clothing. Twin size pull out bed/couch in sitting area adds to comfort of this large room. The standard rate for this room is less than $100 which is a great value. During checkin, the staff was extremely friendly. All the staff was friendly during the duration of our stay. 5 star rating for this hotel. It is obvious that they make customer comfort a priority. Well done!

The city of San Andreas is pretty drab so don't pull into this lot expecting it to look like the Hilton. The room itself however was very nice. It looked like they put a lot of effort into making it look nice. I would've given it a higher rating but the TV didn't work in my room.

The room was clean. But i waited 30 min at the window because there was no staff present at the property at all, called them and a man said he would have someone right out there after anoth 10 plus min a person arrived handed me a key and left didnt check my ID nothing. Window to our room did not lock and very sketchy people hanging around all night

The front desk gentleman was fantastic. Got a room on the 2nd floor which is on the south side of the property and is level with the parking lot. We are on a 2 week camping trip and it was great to be able to park near the room. However the hotel is right on the highway and gets pretty noisy. Also there are a lot of people outside all hours of the night. Now we didnt have any issues but from a safety standpoint it concerned us. All told i believe the ownership is trying to make this a nice place to stay. The room was nice, the shower even better.

Staff was kind and helpful. The owners provided complimentary snacks and bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Stephanie went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. The location was right off the highway so it was easy and convenient to get back on the road. I am a woman traveling solo for work and I felt perfectly safe here. Overall thumbs up. A very fair price and everything I needed for a quick but restful sleep before getting back on the road. Will come back and stay again.

This place Sierra Inn looled run downed. Felt unsafe, no Deadbolt locks on the doors , The has signs up at the office to check in call this number. Come to find out there are people at live there.

The city of San Andreas is pretty drab so don't pull into this lot expecting it to look like the Hilton. The room itself however was very nice. It looked like they put a lot of effort into making it look nice. I would've given it a higher rating but the TV didn't work in my room.

Totally fine. On a major highway but not terribly noisy. Could have used a few more amenities like tissue box and definitely still smelled like a smoking room.

Property was recently renovated. Very clean. Water pressure was awesome!!! The towels were actually softer than most. Had a micro and mini fridge ;) Beds were firm with 4 pillows each.. What??? You never see that. The heating worked so good we had to turn it off @ night... with 32 degree mornings. Both nights (Friday and Saturday were quite. Very close to town. Walked 1.5 blks to Goonies. Fish and chips are the choice. We are coming to this area 3 times a year for training and will choose this property every time.

Check-in was easy. The room, however, was upsetting but considering the low price and our last minute travel plans, we dealt with it. They did allow for my service dogs to stay so that's a plus. The room was full of flies, the bathroom ceiling had mold and a gaping hole, there was toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, the room smelled of cigarette (we asked for non-smoking), the smoke alarm was ripped out, there was dirty clothing and trash in the drawers, and the bed sheets had trash on them. We aren't big on complaining and had limited options so we stayed. I wouldn't suggest having kids stay here. It is next to a cute historic street for San Andreas and also some food options. Convenience stores nearby as well.

5 star review. Here's why. Our room was very clean and looked recently renovated. The room also showcased a very modern Look. Large mini Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee,tea creamer, sugar) 2 bottles of water sitting on long dresser table. There were even 4 live plants in the room. Body wash and conditioner dispensers mounted to shower wall. New plumbing fixtures and matching door/towel bar hardware. Xtra large California King Bed appeared to be brand new, very comfortable and pillows very firm and brand new as well. All towels and rags like new. Shower cap and sewing kit also included. Lots of dresses space for clothing. Twin size pull out bed/couch in sitting area adds to comfort of this large room. The standard rate for this room is less than $100 which is a great value. During checkin, the staff was extremely friendly. All the staff was friendly during the duration of our stay. 5 star rating for this hotel. It is obvious that they make customer comfort a priority. Well done!

It was not great from the outside just kinda basic. But the room was clean and all updated. Had coffee pot with flavored creamer and fridge. Shampoo conditioner and hair dryer. It was great for the price

I got to the Sierra Inn on a Thursday, had booked thru Monday morning. I had a change in plans, wanted to leave Sunday instead…. Guy at desk didn’t understand me due to a language barrier…. He barely spoke any English. I tried to make sure he understood, but I doubted it. When I went to leave Sunday morning, the guy said, “One more night”. I said that I had told him when I checked in, but he said something like “Refund with Expedia”. So, it looks like I paid for a night I didn’t use…. I don’t even use Expedia. Otherwise was the place was fine, except for the apparent all-night buffalo stampede in the unit above me.
