We booked a suite at the Rembrandt Suites adjoining the hotel. Huge with separate bedroom. Breakfast is at the hotel. It's adequate but not on par with other buffets at nearby hotels we have stayed at previously. It can be a zoo so I recommend getting there before 8.30. The suites pool is very quiet but always in shade. Hotel pool is far nicer - and has a bar with waiter service - but it can be hard to snag a spot. Hotel tuk tuk takes you to the end of Soi 18 . Heaps of transport options. BTS & MRT are a schlep in the hot humid weather. Bus at end of the street takes you anywhere. Air conditioned with mobile phone charging outlets. The subway and monorail are usually jam packed. EM Sphere is 5 minutes walk. Heaps of fantastic restaurants and a supermarket.

The location of the hotel is quite good on Sukhumvit Alley 20, a good spot on a road that is not too busy and quiet. The facility are decent and the rooms are quite big with very large beds. You can feel the passing of time for this hotel but it is still a decent choice for the price and location. Just 12 minutes walk from Terminal 21 Asoke and Sukhumvit station so a short walk away. My minor issue was that for my room the safe was not working at all. Cleaning was done daily to a decent standard. The swimming pool is a good size and not too busy. The gym is small but has anything you need for a workout. It also offer facilities to wash and dry your laundry that is a plus. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful and both check in and check out have been a breeze. I would definitively re consider this accommodation in few month when back in town.

Always a great stay at Rembrandt suites; hotel is s little worn but clean! Staff always helpful! Breakfast good and Tuk always ready to help out ! Great location- 10 min free m bts and mrt ! Shopping malls Emsphere, emporium and terminal 21 within 10 m walk 👍 great restaurants nearby ! All price ranges ! Sports bars within 5 m walk ! Plenty of massage shops nearby

The staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus was a bonus I did not like that the pool and gym didn't open until 9 am. My girlfriend likes to workout in the morning before going to work and returns later in the evening making the opening times inconvenient. Also pool towels were not provided which meant calling reception for fresh towels after each swim before we could take a shower.

This was hotel #10 of 12 during an almost 2 month long trip. I got the Executive Penthouse Suite on 34th Floor at an amazing market rate. They let my entire family stay without question or extra fees. The room easily fit 5 adults and 1 infant. The room is clean and massive, big bedrooms, balcony, big living room and kitchen area. 2 full marble bathrooms, and provided all toiletries. They also provided bowls, plates, forks and spoons. Room also has a microwave, and a washer/dryer combo for laundry. Location is good. Close to Terminal 21 Mall, BTS Train, 7-11, Emsphere Mall, Benchakitti Park, Soi 11, and Nana Plaza. Nice big Pool on 11th floor. Gym and Breakfast Buffet is in other building. We had Breakfast also included for 5 Adults! And it could be the best we had during the entire Trip. Tasty, with so much variety. Staff was friendly enough. Only Con was only 1 Elevator was working, so it was a wait. Pictures are about accurate. Overall great hotel and a great stay. Exceptional value for Bangkok, and overall. 10/10

The breakfast buffet was very good, the room very clean and quiet with a great view on the city, the complimentary water offered in the room came in glass bottles (very nice and very rare feature to see even in top tier hotels today) The value of the stay for the money spent was absolutely there, I would say 8 or 9 out of 10 and I will gladly come back again. I also enjoyed the sauna, the gym and the garden on the 11th floor. The staff was also very kind and friendly. Thank you!

Overall we had a nice stay. Yes, the hotel is very outdated but it’s very clean and centrally located. My son enjoyed the kids pool and the staff were nice. During my stay only ONE elevator was working for the entire hotel which meant lengthy wait times. Also our 1 bedroom suite had a kitchen but no utensils (other than 2 teaspoons) and just a few bowls and plates. The aircon in the bedroom is vey loud so I used earplugs to sleep.

The part of the hotel I stayed in was old, the room was huge and very poorly furnished. The shower was not cleaned properly with a ton of hair stuck in the drain. Badly in need of a revamp.

Location only and good staff. Otherwise we saw ants crawling , have videos, bulbs coming out of socket. No water pressure at high floors. WiFi poor. Bedsheets and towels worn out with strings coming out. Do not recommend and Not staying again .

Residences ligger ideelt i centrum af alting. Tæt på tog, metro og busser, hvis der er noget der ikke er i gå afstand. Det sagt, så er lejlighederne og bygningen slidt og lever ikke op til beskrivelsen. Poolen har 6-8 solstole, så glem alt om at benytte den. Man kan gp over på Rembrandt hotel, men situationen er ikke meget bedre der. Væggene er meget tynde, og vi blev holdt vågne mange nætter, fordi naboerne snakkede til langt ud på morgenen. Ideel beliggenhed. Slidt og MEGET lydt.

The location for The Rembrandt is excellent; an easily walkable midway between “Terminal 21” and “EmSphere” shopping malls. The staff really make the hotel great, from Din’s (a bellboy) smile as you enter or leave, the guy’s manning the omelette station at breakfast, to the extraordinarily helpful check-in staff. My room was kept clean by housekeeping, and I really can’t say enough about how pleasant the entire staff was during my 2 1/2 week stay. The negatives are that the building could use some modernization in areas (though upgrades are underway), and the beds are quite firm (which is a preference thing).

Customer Representative overlooked me and assisted other customer 3 times, did not appear to want to assisting with booking. Did not stay in a 1 bedroom as booked. Bedding was filthy/stained, hair in the sink, stained lamps and hallway/room smelled of mildew(pictures taken). I was offered a room change for my second night but would be inconvenienced having to wait until after 2pm. I was not available to change rooms, so I paid in full for subpar room, very displeased with my entire experience. I asked for a manager or supervisor and Ana said their is no one I can speak with. I would give a -10 rating.

Property condition is bad. Booking were confirmed for one bed room suite. Upon checking in, I received superior room and got upgraded to Deluxe room. Staff members tried to blame the system issues for the booking in fact one bed room was full. After a conversation with the manager of the property, I got one bed room suite but it was old amd not in a good condition. I don’t think I will go back to the property again as I do not enjoy their accommodation and hospitality.

The location for The Rembrandt is excellent; an easily walkable midway between “Terminal 21” and “EmSphere” shopping malls. The staff really make the hotel great, from Din’s (a bellboy) smile as you enter or leave, the guy’s manning the omelette station at breakfast, to the extraordinarily helpful check-in staff. My room was kept clean by housekeeping, and I really can’t say enough about how pleasant the entire staff was during my 2 1/2 week stay. The negatives are that the building could use some modernization in areas (though upgrades are underway), and the beds are quite firm (which is a preference thing).

The property was about 10 min walking distance from terminal 21 mall and metro station. There was some good dinning options around like a little coffee shop across the street. A group of taxi cab drivers would post across from the hotel and they were very friendly and reasonably priced. Even gave me a discount on a drive to pattaya. Would stay here again when back in the area.

Nice, big one bedroom apt. Has an 80’s vibe. Like being back in the good good days. All of the staff are great. Front desk ladies are very professional, and they’ve got a couple of very helpful, friendly doormen. Easy access to both Soi 20 and 18. I like this place.

We booked a suite at the Rembrandt Suites adjoining the hotel. Huge with separate bedroom. Breakfast is at the hotel. It's adequate but not on par with other buffets at nearby hotels we have stayed at previously. It can be a zoo so I recommend getting there before 8.30. The suites pool is very quiet but always in shade. Hotel pool is far nicer - and has a bar with waiter service - but it can be hard to snag a spot. Hotel tuk tuk takes you to the end of Soi 18 . Heaps of transport options. BTS & MRT are a schlep in the hot humid weather. Bus at end of the street takes you anywhere. Air conditioned with mobile phone charging outlets. The subway and monorail are usually jam packed. EM Sphere is 5 minutes walk. Heaps of fantastic restaurants and a supermarket.

I recently stayed at Rembrandt Residences Bangkok with my parents for five nights and had a very pleasant experience. While the hotel is a bit outdated, it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, we appreciated that it was much quieter than the adjoining Rembrandt Hotel, allowing for a more relaxed stay. Our suite was exceptionally spacious and clean, providing ample comfort. Breakfast, served in the Rembrandt Hotel building, was sumptuous with a wide variety of options, including Indian dishes that my parents particularly enjoyed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, promptly fixing a minor tap issue and providing extra towels upon request. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning with family.

We absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed here three times during our trip to Thailand and it is excellent value for money. To have two lovely pools, a rooftop bar with exquisite cocktails, an outstanding breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff was fantastic. It's really close to the Metro and sky train so getting around is very easy. They were more than happy for us to leave one of our bags there while we went to Chiang Main for a few days. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The staff are very nice. The breakfast was very good. But the rooms definitely need a renovation. Some of the wallpaper is very damaged and the furniture is getting on in years. Many stains on the upholstery.

Da vi ankommer til vores værelse er det første der møder os en kraftig lugt af cigaretrøg og stegt mad! Vi bliver vist til et nyt værelse efter klage og bliver så placeret på et ikke ryger værelse. Hotellets generelle stand er meget gammeldags, slidt og standarten er meget lav, til trods for hotellets høje rating. Morgenmaden var udover dårlig kvalitet, placeret i larmende og kaotiske omgivelser. En af aftenerne var der musik det spillede hele natten som kunne høres igennem ventilationen. Alt i alt en virkelig skuffende oplevelse

Outstanding customer service from reception. The 2 door men go above and beyond. I was in the suites and the room is polished clean yet needs renovation. Pool is pleasant and nice. The Mexican restaurant food was good the service was poor. Waiter forgot all kinds of stuff. Nice property an exceptional value.
