Infant under 1 year old. Stay for free if using existing bedding. Baby cot/crib may be requested directly from the property.Guests 1 years and older are considered as adults. Must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.

[Regarding Breakfast Included Plans]
Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. The breakfast is provided as a set menu, and you can choose either a Japanese or Western-style meal.
[Regarding Eco Cleaning]
As part of our new environmentally friendly initiatives, for guests staying multiple nights, we provide "eco cleaning" (which includes towel and bath mat replacement and garbage collection only) instead of full room cleaning.

In accordance with public health office guidance, a full cleaning will be conducted once every four days for hygiene purposes.

■ One set of towels (bath and face towels per night) is provided free of charge.
■ If you would like to request an additional full cleaning, please inform the front desk by 23:59 the day before.
Full cleaning includes room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and sheet replacement.
The additional full cleaning fee is 800 yen per time, payable on site.
[Regarding Pets Not Allowed]
■ Our hotel does not allow guests to stay with pets, regardless of the type or size of the animal. Bringing pets onto the premises (including inside vehicles) is also not permitted.
■ If guests under the age of 18 are staying without a guardian, a parental consent form or accompaniment by a guardian is required.
Please submit the parental consent form at the front desk upon check-in.
