Dirty , old,smelly hotel .in the worst part of town.nowhere to park unless you want your car broken into on the street.I refused to stay there an they would not refund my money.do yourself a favour and stay away from this place and this area.I will be filing a complaint with Expedia and with my visa .this place is grossly misseepresented.I will post a update when this is resolved.unhappy traveller .

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, WLAN war vorhanden (ungeschützt). Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Leider gibt's Parkplätze nur in umliegenden Parkhäusern (ca. 300 m Fußweg). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Von dieser Unterkunft ist abzuraten. Der Zugang zum Lift im Erdgeschoss ist blockiert. Sämtliche Teppiche in den Fluren sind mit unappetitlichen Flecken bedeckt ( sieht aus wie am Morgen nach einem feuchtfröhlichen 18. Geburtstag). In dem Zimmer ist ein unangenehmer Geruch. Die Fenster lassen sich nur auf Kosten des Lärms von der vielbefahrenen Straße öffnen. Die Renovierung, insbesondere des Badezimmers wurde ohne jede Fachkenntnisse durchgeführt und entsprechend ist der Zustand. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Auch gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Das angegebene Parkhaus bietet keine Stellplätze für Motorräder. Nur dank eines netten Parkwächters könnten wir auf seinem Privatplatz parken. Das Frühstück war mit Aufbackbrötchen, Plastikkäse und Filterkaffee aus der Pumpkanne unterer Standard. Das Zimmer und die Betten waren sauber.

We picked the hotel because of its excellent location across from the train station. At first we we highly irritated by the malfunctioning elevator and shabby entrance, but then found the rooms to be lovely, modern and clean and also enjoyed the breakfast in the breakfast area the next morning. The second impression is so much better than the first.

Bij het station. Ontbijt redelijk. Alleen is de kamer ongeschikt bij warm weer.

Rechnung mit Firmenname war ein Problem. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten.

Ease to transportation is amazing! Right across from the train station. The breakfasts were very good and staff was very friendly. No onsite parking. There is a parking garage 1/4 mile down the road. We had no issues with the walk and actually enjoyed them to get to the car. When you first see the building you appreciate the history. However there were people sitting and smoking on the step to get in and they didn’t move when we tried to get in with our bags. The carpet is stained in the main hall by the reception area and really set a bad first impression. However the rooms are very clean. We arrived and there is a night club on the main level that was under our room. It went until 5am. When you shut the windows it does help reduce the noise. But there is no ac. So you need to pick and choose do you want to be cool or listen to the club on the weekend. Thankful this wasn’t our first night in Germany. I can’t imagine having jet lag being up for 25 hours then not being able to sleep at all that first night. If you’re looking for a quick over mightier with access to amazing transportation this is the place. If your stay is longer then I would look for a quieter street (we enjoyed the open windows) or a place with AC.

Zelfs voor 1 nacht niet prima, kamer zeer warm, geen airco, raam moeten openzetten, maar omdat het aan een zeer drukke weg ligt, heel veel geluid naar binnen. Badkamer stond onder water, doordat douchekop niet vastgezet kon worden. Zeer verouderde kamer en badkamer. Het enige goede, was het bed.

No parking for handicap

Svært lav standard. Men var billig. Hadde en seng å sove på, men rommet var veldig skittent.

Auf keinen Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Bettwanzen!!! Die Bilder im Internet sind wahrscheinlich noch von der Eröffnung, so sieht es auf jeden Fall nicht mehr aus. Fangen wir an mit der Ankunft. Keine vorhandenen Parkplätze am Hotel. Umgebung voll mit Bars und Clubs. Sehr laut am Tag, wie in der Nacht. Check in ging schnell und Prima. Der Fahrstuhl ist sehr alt und eng. Der Teppich im gesamten Flur des Hotels ist in die Jahre gekommen und eklig. Überall Flecken drauf, ich gehe mal davon aus, dass es Flecken jeglicher Art sind. Im Zimmer angekommen hatten wir anfangs nach dem Gang durch den Flur einen positiven Eindruck. Der hat dann allerdings getäuscht. Im Bett und im Bad lagen vereinzelt Haare. Die Decke, sowie die Wände waren von Schimmel betroffen, die Bodenleisten waren im Bad teils aufgeplatzt. Hygiene & Sauberkeit 👎 ACHTUNG!!! Und nun das schlimmste. Am Abend nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit kamen hinter dem Bett kleine Krabbeltiere hervor. Wir stellen fest, dass es Bettwanzen waren. EKLIG!!! Und das nicht grade wenige. An der Rezeption sagte man uns, dass wir die ersten sind, die so etwas melden. Das glaube ich allerdings nicht, da in dem Zimmer eines Familienmitglieds bereits zerdrückte Bettwanzen an der Wand waren. Unsere Zimmer wurden im System geblockt, um es zu reinigen. Naja ich denke, dass da eine Reinigung von einzelnen Zimmern nicht mehr viel hilft. Hotel direkt problemlos verlassen und uns an Expedia gewendet. Nun warten wir auf eine Rückmeldung.

Hotel ist sehr heruntergekommen und Schimmel im bad. Eigentlich müsste Hotels.com mir die Nacht Rabattieren oder einen Gutschein ausstellen.

L’accueil n’était pas très professionnel par deux hommes qui ne semblent vraisemblablement pas du métier...très froids et pas accueillants. La propreté des chambres laisse à désirer..

Wenn ich null Sterne vergeben könnte, ich würde es machen. Expedia sollte das Hotel aus der Liste löschen!! Auf dem Kopfkissen waren Haare, das Zimmer dreckig, Rauchmelder sind demontiert (!!!) und Bettwanzen habe ich auch noch mitgebracht. Pfui. Die Rezeption ist vor 12 Uhr nicht besetzt. Bei Fragen soll man sich an das Küchenpersonal wenden. Die würden gerne weiterhelfen. Leider sprechen die aber kein Deutsch „nur ukrainisch, ich nix verstehen“ war die Antwort. Die Angabe vom Hotel an Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch. Die Parkplatzsituation ist schrecklich. Als Frau alleine am Hauptbahnhof herumlaufen. Nein danke. Bin direkt wieder gefahren. Der Gesamtzustand ist sehr heruntergekommen. In dem Haus muss dringend was passieren!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber

The entrance was strange, there are many oddly set up doors that you must squeeze through with your luggage while you try to find reception. The stairwell and hallways were dirty, with stained carpet and general updates needed. The room itself was bright with high ceilings and big windows. Would have almost made up for the bad first impression - but unfortunately it was not clean. The floors showed many visible spots and dirt, definitely in need of a mop. The bathroom was also not well cleaned and the towels were stained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and seemed clean. However, the hotel is surrounded by very loud bars and we were subjected to extremely loud music well into the night. I slept with headphones on in order to help block out the noise. At some point in the night I awoke to guests in the hotel shouting and slamming doors. As the hotel is not staffed through the night, there was no one to report this to, and the disturbance continued for about an hour. In the morning, the cleaning staff burst into the room without knocking or saying anything, and didn’t apologise when they saw the room was still occupied. Breakfast was ok, but I lost my appetite when I had to sort through several dirty or greasy plates in order to find a clean one.

Die Flure waren unfassbar verschmutzt, es hat extrem unangenehm gerochen. Das Fenster im Zimmer hat sich nicht schließen lassen, es wurden Bettwanzen gesichtet. Daraufhin sofort die Unterkunft verlassen.

Hotel hat es nicht Interessiert das mein Mitarbeiter Nachts das Zimmer verlassen musste da er von Ungeziefer vermutlich Bettwanzen aufgeweckt wurde. Unglaublich!!!

Wir waren auf die Durchreise und haben nur für eine Nacht gebucht. Wir wollten uns erholen und konnten das nicht. Es war sehr laut und konnte gar nicht schlafen da direkt da unten zwei Diskotheken angeblich waren die einfach Musik bis oben end dreht haben, so dass man sogar in den dritten Stock alles mitbekommen hat was unten abgeht. Zum erholen ist das sehr schlecht für eine günstige Variante, um einfach einen drauf zu machen ist das okay, wenn man keine Ansprüche hat

Das Personal wahr sehr freundlich und versuchte das besste zu machen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gross. Doch der lärm führte dazu das ich keine Nacht mehr als 3h am stück schlaffen konnte. Frühstück wahr ganz OK. Zimmer reinigung wahr nach trinkgeld immer sehr Sauber. Die Gänge wahren eckelhaft. Es hätte undefinierbare Flecken. Es hatt im Treppenhaus immer gestunken. Es könnte ein schönes Hotel sein,wen es jemand wirklich kümmern würde

Leider lag unser Zimmer über einer Diskothek, aus der laute Musik kam. Zimmer sauber, zweckmäßig und für eine Nacht gut. Frühstück war gut.

Room was ok. In need of some refurbishment. There is also the constant sound of water running in the pipes. Opposite the Train station and in an old building. An excellent location for travel around. A very good breakfast and later checkout.

La chambre est très spacieuse avec une jolie vue sur le parc. La salle de bain est grande avec une douche très agréable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.

Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück

Der erste Eindruck war schon nicht gut, da Teppichböden total verdreckt waren im ganzen Hotel. Zimmer waren ok. Personal konnte kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Beim Frühstück saßen die Mitarbeiter neben uns und haben mit den Gästen zusammen gegessen. Zwischendurch räumten sie ab und füllten das Buffet auf.Hygiene gleich null. Die Mitarbeiter hatten enge Radlerhosen an, Badelatschen und Schlabbershirts. Aufzug mit bedingter Funktion. Kein Besuch wert.

Al hacer el check in pidieron el total del pago en efectivo, no traía efectivo y me hicieron ir a un cajero a retirar dinero para pagarlo y el día del check out me hicieron el cargo en mi tarjeta de crédito. Al parecer el hotel no notificó a Expedia que el pago ya se había realizado en efectivo y Expedia me volvió a hacer el cargo. Ahora tengo que tramitar un reembolso y me están pidiendo pasaporte y una cuenta bancaria. Me metieron en un problema por mala comunicación entre el hotel y Expedia. Ya hoy di de baja mi tarjeta y mi cuenta con Uds. no vuelvo a reservar a través de Expedia.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und das Personal im Frühstücksraum sehr freundlich. Ansonsten alles in allem hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt.

Nie wieder! Das Wort hygienische Standards ist hier offenbar ein Fremdwort. Sehr, sehr enttäuschend. Die Personalplanung ist mir völlig unverständlich: Eine Person übernimmt gleichzeitig Housekeeping, Service und Küche, während zwei Herren an der Rezeption den ganzen Morgen miteinander plaudern.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h porte fermée, alors que sur le site il était indiqué que nous pouvions arrivé jusque 23h. Nous sommes resté 30mn devant la porte de l’hôtel, heureusement qu’une cliente allemande est arrivé pour contacter l’établissement afin qu’il nous laisse rentré dans l’hôtel pour lequel nous avions réglé quelques jours avant. Après 10h de voiture, nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit, en effet des bars se trouvant sous notre fenêtre bruit, police jusque 5h du matin. Nous avons trouvé le service et le reste décevant. Nous étions livré à nous meme.

Of course I really appreciate the personality of the staff. Especially Aaliah taking Care of breakfast, Madi giving me all the information I need in reception and for Example Rita Riffel helps me getting Letter kuverts without window in Sunday outside. (Give me Tip where incan buy) All of 'em in a very friendly Professional Art of communication. I'll be back! 😉

Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis, gutes Frühstück. Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, daher etwas lauter Nachts. Zimmer waren sauber, insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Badezimmer war ok, Sauberkeit im Zimmer in Ordnung, Boden nicht so sauber, der Müll vom Vorgänger lag noch im Mülleimer. Frühstück lecker! Zum Schlafen: Hotel liegt an Hauptverkehrsachse, Fenster top, hört man fast nix. Mitten in der Nacht ab 3:00 startete ein Klopfen einer Pumpe/Kompressor/... Ab dem Zeitpunkt war an Schlafen nicht mehr zu denken. Legte sich nach 20..30min wieder, 2 Stunden später ging es wieder los. Betroffenes Zimmer im 3.Stock. Gerne hätten wir es an der Rezeption gesagt, diese ist jedoch von 12:00 - 20:00 besetzt und wir waren da bereits abgereist.

La chambre est très propre : le ménage se fait au quotidien. Les serviettes, les couettes, les coussins sont très propres. La literie est très confortable. La chambre est spacieuse (grand lit- grand placard) avec des espaces bureau, detente, Tv. La chambre est très bien isolée au vue de l'emplacement très animé le week end. La réception est simple et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Il manque juste de l'eau plate. Le personnel est très serviable, agréable, malgré qu'on ne parle pas l'allemand. Je recommande.
