Beautiful property offering a real immersive nature experience. The hosts were very welcoming and were available by text to help organize any activities. The property has some resident sloths that were amazing to watch during mealtime. I used the free kayaks and snorkeling gear- much appreciated. It's a short boat ride to Red Frog Beach and Bocas Town, so a convenient location that is more private and reserved.

Beautiful suite and friendly staff. The walk to town was difficult and not well maintained- I would not want to do it after dark. The food was good but very pricey ($25 USD for dinner of pasta with no veg or protein even for a child who received a smaller portion and of course no wine!) and disappointed there were no local food options. Otherwise very happy with the stay and the staff!

What a wonderful stay! The room was super clean and the area was beautiful. We had an interesting night walk where we learnt so much. The hosts were super kind and accommodating. Wish I was still there!

Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. For.the price difference treat yourself to an ocean view cabin, they are fantastic.
