May 2022, I’m not sure where to start. No AC in master and no WiFi - owner fixed within an hour. Lost power and had to scramble to find breaker box to flip breakers in the dark. Washing machine leaked water everywhere so we only got to use it once. Shower had broken/leaky valve so there was no water pressure. NO blankets on the beds, NO paper towels or napkins, and very few utensils. Bathroom smelled like burping sewage for awhile. Second bathroom (just a toilet) in a tiny room on outside hot patio. Exposed electrical outlet and outlet in loft coming out of wall (not up to code?). Owner told me to stop being so “dramatic” when I complained about power outage in unit and she REFUSED refund when we wanted to move to hotel because of so many problems. VRBO’s in 14 countries and this was the first nightmare. WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE. Sorry for being so dramatic.
