Place was clean, well kept, and affordable for what we needed. However, emptying the dehumidifiers multiple times per day was annoying, and despite communicating with the owner about it beforehand, they were not comfortable with us charging our EV at the home, creating challenges to keep the car charged.

Exceptional property, absolutely adorable and spotless. Had all the amenities of a hotel plus all the extras, fully supplied kitchen, laundry, fresh towels and toiletries. Country setting was beautiful especially with all the fall colors.

This is a great setup with fantastic hosts. Kitchen has plenty to be able to cook if you want. Washer/Dryer. Jean and Steve were great to speak with, and gave us a recommendation for a spot to hit on our one day stay. If you need something, just ask the hosts. The yard is beautiful and quaint. Could see spending a few days here easily.

Extremely nice apartment. Well stocked kitchen with pots/pans/dishes, etc. Great outdoor space - deck and BBQ and large grass play area. Comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were great. About 30 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park where we went for a tournament. We have an electric vehicle and it was difficult to find charging in the area as it is not available at this property (110 plug). (Chargepoint is in Cooperstown) Regardless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property. Our dogs loved it too! Grocery close by in Richfield Springs. Super easy check-in and check-out. Thanks Jean.

The apartment was just perfect for me and my dog! The yard was lovely, large expanses of lawn and pretty planting areas. The apartment was nicely equipped with everything I needed. It’s on a quiet road with no noise other than birds feeding at the many feeders.Glimmerglass Festival is about 20 minutes away (I saw Sondheim’s “Sunday in the Park with George”). Beautiful Glimmerglass State Park on Lake Otsego is also close, likewise Cooperstown.It’s a beautiful area of Upstate New York and hope to come back.

This was the perfect place after a day at Cooperstown. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to get a couple of loads of laundry done after being in the road for over a week. I highly recommend this place!

This was a very cute basement apartment on a gorgeous propery set back from the road. It was very clean and cozy with lovely decor. The sofa and chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed from sheets, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. The owners were very quick to respond with any pre-arroval question I had (we had no issues during our stay). It is about 15-20 min from Cooperstown. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night, but would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
This was a very cute basement apartment on a gorgeous propery set back from the road. It was very clean and cozy with lovely decor. The sofa and chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed from sheets, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. The owners were very quick to respond with any pre-arroval question I had (we had no issues during our stay). It is about 15-20 min from Cooperstown. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night, but would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

In general we enjoyed our stay but there were a few issues that keep it from getting five stars: 1) Lighting needs improvement. It's quite dim, especially in the living area, bathroom, and kitchen. There are under-cabinet lights in the kitchen but they seem to have a mind of their own and we couldn't find a way to have them stay on. The bathroom needs a light over the sink. 2) There is a noticeable musty smell, as is common with basement space; there are dehumidifiers running so this might improve with time. 3) The kitchen is well-equipped but some of the useful items you can see on the top shelf and there's no ladder, so unless you're very tall you won't be able to reach them. 4) There's only one bathroom and it's quite small; there's no counter space. The shower door opens out, so when you take a shower and then open the shower door the water from the door creates a puddle on the floor.

We had a lovely stay here! This was our second time staying, as we’d had such a good experience here previously. It’s a beautiful quiet spot, close to cooperstown. It was very clean and comfortable, and super easy to check in.

The place was IMMACULATE. The owner was there to greet us and even put the electric heater on before we got there to make sure the place was warm. Very cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended. Great job.

Excellent place - super clean and comfortable with every amenity possible. Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice quality, and soaps and shampoos provided. We stayed there once before, and we enjoyed it greatly so we returned. It’s about a 25 minute pleasant drive to Cooperstown from there. It was close enough that we drove back and forth to shower and change for dinner after the day’s activities.a few times..

Immaculately clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay after long days at the baseball field. A bit farther away from Dreams Park than some other options, but worth it for the peace, quiet, and cleanliness.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was there was only one bathroom, which we knew when we made our reservation. An additional half bath would have been ideal. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Jean for the hospitality - we would definately stay again!

4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown.

The hosts were great. Jean communicated great with me on how to get there especially because of the seasonal road situation. The place is very nice and cozy the property is nice and kudos for allowing pets for sure. Would certainly go back if needed

Stayed here with my family and dogs and it exceeded expectations in every way. The interior is more pleasant and light than the pictures suggest, and the outside property is just as verdant as it looks. Didn't spend a ton of time in the home because we were mostly at the Cooperstown Dreams Park all day for baseball. But when we were at Coolis' Corner, it felt like we were in our own home. Check-in, check-out, and dealing with our dogs were all super easy.

Even though it was a 30 minute drive to the Dream Park, we enjoyed leaving the crowds in Cooperstown. The drive every day was a beautiful one. The rental met and exceeded all our needs, and was exactly as described. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything was great. The property is the perfect distance from Glimmerglass and it’s near a grocery store. We also found a lovely place to eat - the Kettle and Rose in Cherry Valley.

We had a nice weekend stay at Coolis Corner. It’s a lovely, comfortable apartment and it was spotlessly clean. We appreciated having a nice place to stay with our dog. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even though the weather wasn’t the best - so peaceful and quiet and lots of birds to see at the feeders. I read on the porch for an hour and not a single car went by. It took us about 25 minutes to drive to Cooperstown. We would stay there again.

The property is nice and very clean! The property owners are friendly and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and things to do in the area. The property is located outside of town and is a very peaceful place to stay. We stayed here while my son was playing in Cooperstown which is about 30 minutes away and is a nice drive. I would definitely stay again if I am back in the area!

Appreciated Jean reaching out when we got delayed on our arrival to the area and checking in. Property was clean and accommodated 3 adults very comfortably. Thanks for a great stay. Would recommend to others for affordable alternative and proximity to Cooperstown.

The apartment was just perfect for me and my dog! The yard was lovely, large expanses of lawn and pretty planting areas. The apartment was nicely equipped with everything I needed. It’s on a quiet road with no noise other than birds feeding at the many feeders.Glimmerglass Festival is about 20 minutes away (I saw Sondheim’s “Sunday in the Park with George”). Beautiful Glimmerglass State Park on Lake Otsego is also close, likewise Cooperstown.It’s a beautiful area of Upstate New York and hope to come back.

This was a very cute basement apartment on a gorgeous propery set back from the road. It was very clean and cozy with lovely decor. The sofa and chairs in the living room were very comfortable. The apartment had everything you needed from sheets, towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. The owners were very quick to respond with any pre-arroval question I had (we had no issues during our stay). It is about 15-20 min from Cooperstown. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night, but would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Excellent place - super clean and comfortable with every amenity possible. Beds are comfortable, bedding is nice quality, and soaps and shampoos provided. We stayed there once before, and we enjoyed it greatly so we returned. It’s about a 25 minute pleasant drive to Cooperstown from there. It was close enough that we drove back and forth to shower and change for dinner after the day’s activities.a few times..

Immaculately clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay after long days at the baseball field. A bit farther away from Dreams Park than some other options, but worth it for the peace, quiet, and cleanliness.

Convenient location and easy communication with the owner. Parking is easy. Wifi strong. The unit was a challenge to heat using the electric fire and a space heater. There are plenty of blankets provided.The kitchen could use a few more basics - such as sugar for coffee. overall, very good!
