They are trying and they are nice but the place needs a good deal of work.

I was not pleased with my experience at all. The man at the office had a poor attitude as soon as we walked into the office. I was immediately treated more like a burden or annoyance he had to come out of his living quarters to deal with. The room was okay at best. The bed wasn’t too comfortable, the water pressure is very low. There was no office chair and when I asked for one, it took until that evening to get a chair even though I explained I work at my computer and need one. They should not even advertise breakfast. It is so minimum it isn’t worth going for unless you want coffee or have a kid who wants cereal. One of the days I came down 20 minutes past 7am and they didn’t even have the doors open. Every interaction with the people who run the hotel seemed as though it was a bother. I’m in this town, planning on staying for a couple of months in hotels, and it took me this one trip to decide to move to another hotel. Best decision I made. If you need to lay your head down for a night at a reasonable price, I could recommend this hotel. If you’re staying for any longer, I’d recommend looking into the other options in town.

Café da manhã é fraco. Apenas uma garrafa térmica de café e alguns cookies. Limpeza do quarto ruim. Cheiro de coisa velha. Propriedade, no geral, mal cuidada.

The place was very run down. Needs all new paint job in and out, along with all new doors & windows. The faucet needed to be tightened, very loose. The coffee maker in the room was not clean & there was no decafe coffee. The continental breakfast was not even worth going to. The AC units were very old & did not keep the room cold.
