The standard of accommodation is great for stag do's

Nous avons passé un court et bon séjour dans cet immeuble charmant de 4 appartements en plein cœur du Vieux Nice. Chaque appartement est équipé de la climatisation et du WiFi fibre, ce qui a rendu notre séjour confortable. Sabine nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de disponibilité, ce qui a tout de suite mis une belle ambiance. Les appartements sont bien aménagés. Il faut monter quelques marches pour accéder aux appartements, ce qui demande un peu de souffle, mais honnêtement, ce n’est pas vraiment un problème. L’emplacement est parfait, à deux pas de la Promenade des Anglais, des petits commerces, des bars et des boulangeries. ; Un grand merci à Gregory et Sabine. pour ce court séjour et pour votre flexibilité

Location location location. This residence is located in the heart of old town, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. It was nice to have separate units as we were 3 couples. The stairs to each unit are steep and non uniformed but expected with an older building. The overall apartment is small with tiny showers but the beds were comfortable and we were not in the rooms much. Overall, the stay was pleasant and again, the location could not be beat!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartments worked well for our group. The location is amazing Great communication as well.
