Clean and tidy apartment with all necessities, located about 10 minutes with tram from the city center. Tram located a few minutes walk away, departures every 4-5 min. Bus stop outside the door with departures every 12-15 min.

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Our host was so wonderful and very accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was in order, clean and well equipped for our needs. Valerie met us at the apartment and walked us through everything. We highly recommend this property. My husband and I are already talking about visiting Nice again.

This place was fabulous! The communication with the host was wonderful, she is such a kind person! The apartment was spotless and bigger than the photos reveal. Sitting and having your breakfast on the deck is such a treat. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Also, the tram station and grocery stores are one minute walk away. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The view from the balcony is amazing, the location is great with the beach, bakery, grocery and sights within walking distance. The apartment is well stocked. Would advise to clean grout in shower and have beach towels. Overall amazing three days!

We had the perfect stay in this spotlessly clean apartment right on the sea front, only 2mins walk to the tram stop. Valérie was there to welcome us upon arrival and had put a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us to enjoy. Well stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine and capsules included, we felt spoilt! Very easy to visit all the beautiful places along the coast from here using public transport. In all a highly recommended property hosted by a lovely lady! Thank you.

We absolutely adored this wonderful flat on the Promenade des Anglais! We loved the location, loved all the amenities, and LOVED the view of the ocean and old Nice from our balcony! The sunlight on the water was magical, as were the lights of the city at night. It was great that it had a heat pump. The temperature was always comfortable. The automated balcony awning, and blackout blinds were helpful as well. The owner couldn't have been kinder. Very responsive, and offered exceptionally helpful advice. It was great to have a couple of shops right around the corner to pick up food items, and Tram Line 2 was also just around the corner. The flat was as clean as a whistle, and had everything we needed in terms of bedding, towels, kitchen items, umbrellas, and beach chairs, etc. We were there for a 6-day stay and after we had explored Nice, we used it as a jumping off point for St Jean Cap Ferrat, Menton, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, and Eze. How wonderful it was to come home after a day of sightseeing to our own comfortable home away from home! There was a half-marathon on the Sunday morning of our stay! Great to see the whole thing from our balcony. And towards the end of our stay, we had the most beautiful full rainbow over the ocean. If we are so lucky to visit France again, we would be delighted to stay in this lovely flat again!

There is a nice little kitchen with coffee maker, kitchen and small refrigerator. It was about a 35 minute walk on the boardwalk to old town but trams and trains are available for those who don’t enjoy walking. We loved the beautiful views from the terrace and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this beautiful property!

6th floor, fabulous views from the bed and balcony. Spacious apartment. Everything we needed. Tram nearby. Supermarket around the corner. Waterfront across the road. Nice walk to town. Not far from airport. Exactly what I’d hoped it would be. We kid stay there again.

This stay was perfect. The flat is beautiful, much larger than a hotel room would be, everything works great and is in a very nice location. Located right on the water and right next to the Tram, we were able to go into the Old Town in Nice easily everyday while being out of the busy part at all times. The view is unbeatable and our host made the check-in/out process so easy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

This property had everything we needed plus the most beautiful view of the Mediterranean and Nice! Close to trams and bus for convenience without a car! Our hostess met us upon our arrival and was very helpful and welcoming!

My husband and I were delighted with the location and the apartment. The view was amazing, the AC was cold and the beach and bike paths are tremendous. The people were nice and the friut, croissants and pastries added to the French flavor! Valerie made EVERYTHING perfect! Thank you again Valerie!

The place is great but the owners make the difference. Valerie is soooo helpful with suggestions and assistance communicating when necessary. There are a lot of places for rent but not many come with owners like these. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I loved the views from this apartment in Nice. Check in is easy; using the tram is easy. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood and grocery stores a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are easy to reach and very helpful. It's a wonderful stay for the price. The views are spectacular. The building is a little worn, but the apartment itself is nice. We did not spend a lot of time in the room. It makes a super base for exploring the area.

We loved our stay on the Promenade des Anglais! A few miles from the busy downtown, but the tram and bus are so easy to use. You feel like you are right downtown but can go back to the apartment and its beach to get away from the crowds too. The apartment is beautiful. Valerie is helpful and easy to reach. Nice is the perfect home base for touring the Côte d’Azur!

We had a great 10 days here. The studio apartment is ideally positioned for the beach and for travelling around by bus and tram. Good local shops include a traditional fresh pasta one. Valerie was the perfect host.

This apartment in Nice is truly a perfect place to experience the city. You have an unbeatable ocean view with a 5 minute walk to a public beach and you are located right next to the airport and a tram line that goes straight downtown. It was a perfect way to experience all the city has to offer.
