This Unit is falsely advertised on Expedia and Hotels.com as having an ocean view. Expedia advertises the condo as "all units are ocenview". The owners, Panhandle Getaways, claim that they aren't responsible for Expedia and Hotels.com advertising and will not refund. Expedia giving the run around about a refund. Parking and check in is also a disaster.

The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. Mattress was extremely soft. Location is very convenient with beach access across the street & Walmart a very short driving distance away. Parking garage meant car was in shade, but directional signs on the garage are needed. Several dead ends meant a ridiculous number of cars were having to reverse and turn around when no spots were available. The building, pool, and elevators were clean, and IF I could get a balcony, I would stay there again. It was nice accommodations and worth the price.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch.

I had NO idea this was a condo and across the street from the beach ! The room was pretty small but fine for my daughter and myself. The tile floor had sand on it as well as the carpet runner. It was pretty dirty and full of sand. Not sure if it was due to the festival….. but the young drivers going up and down the strip sound like they are wanna be race car drivers. It was extremely loud til well past midnight

Overall it was a very nice place. We were comfortable and LOVED our view. The pool/spa area was very nice and the location was nice and convenient. Overall cleanliness was just ok. The pullout bed sheets were stained and used soap bars were left in the shower so that was off putting. It was also very difficult to get in touch with the staff. I called and left messages with no returned calls and sent two emails with no replies. The cleaning staff that we would run into were very friendly. Even with some of the issues we had we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

This was one of the best days that I’ve ever had in Panama City Beach Florida the room was clean everything seem to be excellent there the only problem I had was the chairs on the balcony they seemed a little weak so I didn’t use them which I like to sit on the balcony I’m at 250+ men and I was not going to break them so I stayed away from them but I think they need to be updated for a larger person but it was great if I come again I would love to stay in that unit again if I come again I would love to stay in that unit again I only used two glasses in the bathroom in the bed it was an excellent location everything was perfect thank you very much for letting me stay in your unit

My experience with Orgins at Seahaven was really positive. Beach access was easy, which made my 9 year old extremely happy. The condo was nice and well maintained. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. My only negative was the water pressure to shower, but I guess that is to be expected with the number of people and water usage throughout the facility.

I loved that the suite was nicely furnished. Cooking utensils. Loved the 70 inch living room tv on the wall with kitchen tv and bedroom tv. Very spacious. Loved the balcony view.

Our reservation was canceled the night before were to arrive. Something about not enough time to have the condo ready. Well if that’s the case then don’t make it available to book. Our daughters were very disappointed and we couldn’t find anywhere reasonable for those same dates so our trip was canceled.

The pullout bed sheets were stained and used soap bars were left in the shower so that was off putting. It was also very difficult to get in touch with the staff. I called and left messages with no returned calls and sent two emails with no replies. The cleaning staff that we would run into were very friendly. Even with some of the issues we had we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Overall it was a very nice place. We were comfortable and LOVED our view. The pool/spa area was very nice and the location was nice and convenient. Overall cleanliness was just ok. The studio condo we stayed in was basically a king room with a kitchen sink. The facility was safe and secure- but we weren't given an entry code to one of the doors. Luckily, customer service hotline was able to help, but it was exasperating. I was devastated on arrival to realize that there WAS NO PRIVATE BALCONY for this room as advertised, and sitting on the balcony and feeling sea breezes was what I was looking forward to the most. Mattress was extremely soft. Location is very convenient with beach access across the street & Walmart a very short driving distance away. Parking garage meant car was in shade, but directional signs on the garage are needed. Several dead ends meant a ridiculous number of cars were having to reverse and turn around when no spots were available. The building, pool, and elevators were clean, and IF I could get a balcony, I would stay there again. It was nice accommodations and worth the price.

Great location to beach and restaurants. Pier Park drivable. Liked pool, but not covered in sun all day on spring break. Condo was super cute and roomier than expected. Even though it said it slept four, which included a pullout couch in the living room, we actually could have slept six since there was a set of bunk beds in the living area. It would have been a tighter fit with six, but we had four and were happy not to have to pull out the couch.

The ladies thats checked us in welcomed us and explained things and was very nice. The room i could not have asked for a better location. Same floor as the pool with a beautiful view. We did find a pin needle on the kitchen floor. Thankfully no one stepped on it, especially. My grand child

My room did not have a stove even though I was told it had a 2 burner stove in it.when we got there,the gentleman directing the traffic, told me to show him my unit number and told there is not such a unit number, that I need to call the phone number listed for clarification, finally got it all straight. And accommodation for parking vehicles with a trailer is very, very limited

The room was not very clean. Chairs at the table were dirty and stained. The sheets on the bed were thin and cheap, the sheets for the sofa bed did not fit at all. The shower curtain was faded/bleached. The shower liner was too long. There was a strange odor as you entered the room and it was just overall not a good stay. We don’t recommend this condo.
