Excellent location, great coffee shop next door plus others and restaurants nearby. Great to have a safe parking space at the property. Well appointed and very comfortable. If you have mobility issues, which we didn't, it is on the third floor with no lift.

This place was the perfect stay with a touch of modern and New Gold. Very spacious plenty of closet room. The shower was amazing and nice to have a washer and dryer. We really hated to leave it was like home.

Lovely historic property but with all the modern conveniences. We were so comfortable in the large space. It is noisy on Liberty street which is a main thoroughfare but it did not keep us up. Great coffee shop right next store and we were in a great location to walk to what we wanted to. We ended up not getting a rental car for our stay but the parking for our unit was just behind the property.

Loved it! Be aware that if you have difficulty with steps this is not the rental for you. The steps to the third floor are steep. Excellent location as well. Back gate can be difficult to operate. Very charming property.

The Bird Baldwin house was a great place to stay to visit Savannah. Easy to find and park, easy entrance. Walkable to the entire historic area. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you need for your stay. There are stairs to get to the apartment so not for everyone.

We had a great time in Savannah GA. The property was centrally located walkable to most of the major historic sights. Dinning options were close walking, short bus or drive. The property was clean, comfortable and the staff professional. Thank you for the great experience.

The property was in beautiful shape and immaculate. The location was good as far as being able to walk just about everywhere in the historic district. The only negative we found, and unfortunately this was a big negative, the street noise was terrible especially at night which made sleeping very difficult. Next time we will look for a different location for that reason. Otherwise it was a lovely, but noisy place.

I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Savannah since my daughter is a student at SCAD. This has been my favorite by far!! The location is great and the parking is a huge plus! The space is clean, well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The only negatives are that it is a bit noisy on Liberty St and the water pressure in the shower is miserable.

It was nice they had coffee but they didn't have any sugar, a few packets wouldn't cost them much and would be a nice detail. Other than that the place was great. Perfect location to visit Savannah. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the shower water pressure is super low, so low I almost felt like calling to complain...but it was borderline, so we just made do with super slow showers. The apartment is beautiful, perfectly located and huge, the bed mattress is just so so, but everything else is great. They had coffee for their coffee maker but no sugar, a few sugar packages would have been nice and would have cost very little.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, plenty of supplies. It was in a great location. The downside was , it was on the third floor with no elevator. We're in our 70's. The other thing was the traffic noise at night. The bedroom is on the street side. We had a problem the first night with a yapping dog and was told when I called that nothing could be done, but the dog got quit about a minute after I hung up.

We really enjoyed this location plus the perk of a parking space which is hard to find in Savannah. The apartment was much more spacious than we even anticipated and the bathroom was up-to-date. Our only concern was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Otherwise everything looks lovely and it was a great location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute, clean and well maintained. Everything you could need is included, with self-controlled thermostat, small kitchen, laundry, on-site parking and outdoor seating. It's in a convenient location in the historic district and next to a coffee shop. There are many nice parks in walking distance where I ate my dinner everyday. The only issue I had was a small amount of street noise at bedtime and early morning. They do provide a white noise machine, which I neglected to use.

The location is perfect; easy to walk everywhere downtown and in the historic district. It's close to the river and Forsyth Park; essentially located right in between. It was like staying in a home away from home. I love the historic elements of the property and the convenience of a parking spot on site. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The place is huge (which you can't appreciate in the photos and is not spelled out in the description), lots of space and in great condition. Super clean.Only two drawbacks: The water pressure in the shower is borderline unacceptable...we decided not to complain as we thought there wouldn't be much they can't do about it, but it takes a long time to shower with so little water. It was nice they had coffee but they didn't have any sugar, a few packets wouldn't cost them much and would be a nice detail. Other than that the place was great. Perfect location to visit Savannah. They were also very responsive with any questions.

We had a great time in Savannah GA. The property was centrally located walkable to most of the major historic sights. Dinning options were close walking, short bus or drive. The property was clean, comfortable and the staff professional. Thank you for the great experience.

Beautiful historic home, in a great location. Walking distance to everything Savannah offers. Home is beautifully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. We took the Old Trolly tour around town, did a fun Creepy Crawl pub tour and had Brunch on The Georgia Queen. Great restaurants and roof top bars. Wonderful time!

The location of this property was perfect! We parked our car when we got there on Friday and didn't use it until we left on Monday with the exception of driving to Tybee Island on Sunday evening. Overall great location, great property!

Suggestion for slight improvement, power wash the stair railings so you can use them while ascending decending the stairs. From the 3rd floor, it made it challenging. The hand rails were really dirty from being weathered.

The house was beautiful and immaculate. We didn’t rent a car, but it was very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is a little bit of road noise, but not too much. Definitely recommend!

Beautifully furnished in old Southern style. Huge bedroom, living room and bathroom. Kitchen just right. Designated parking was big perk. Location excellent. Safe. Street noise (cars) is real so bring earplugs. Coffee shop next door. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
