Nice Centre-Luxe-Terrasse

Bel appartement très lumineux et confortable avec sa très belle terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Lorenzo et ses messages avant et lors de notre arrivée et tout était bien programmé.

This really is a beautiful property, great value. Spacious balcony with plenty shade when sunny. Very close to tram line from airport, and about 20 minute leisurely wander to Promenade des Anglais. Simply could not find any fault with the apartment. The three is found it perfect. More people than that, however, may find it a little tight on the sofas. The host representative, however, was far too intrusive with the number of sms messages sent, asking the same questions which had already been answered (leaving time, rubbish disposal, etc). If these were not answered within 30 minutes, a follow up would be sent from Lorenzo. Whilst Lorenzo was very efficient in the initial greeting in explaining the operation of all aspects of the apartment, he has to understand that the people renting the apartment are on holiday, and may not want to be bothered with numerous texts. Anyhow, with that pebble out of my shoe, it was a great apartment which we would strongly recommend to a small group (3 of us).

This is a great location near enough to the busy streets but in a very quiet neighborhood. The terrace views are unbeatable. Lorenzo is the best concierge and very professional and helpful.

The appartment is conviently located in near the old town of Nice. The balconies offer a great view over the city in all directions. The appartment is fully equiped and offeres sufficient room for 3-4 people. The airco in the bedrooms is sufficient to cool the entire empartment, which was very welcome during this hot summer. The concierge, Lorenzo, is very friendly and helpfull.

Lovely flat with great communication. Would stay again.
