Don't hesitate to book this property. The view is amazing, the apartment is comfortable (except the beds are very hard) and the restaurant just above the property Bacco is spectacular. If you're staying off season make sure you book a car. We couldn't imagine staying there without a vehicle. The bus service - while good - is much less off season. Having said that, I found driving those roads really a lot of fun, but challenging. The roads are small and winding. I mean REALLY small and winding. But I enjoy a challenge and this was fun to drive. We went to Amalfi and Ravello and spent a whole day just in the apartment (actually on the patio) just enjoying the view and the beauty that you're surrounded by. There are a couple of markets close, one within walking distance, but one a bit further down that we found much better. They had a deli counter and we bought cheeses and meat and lovely marinated eggplant and olives to feast on while we were there. You'll love this place. Other than the hard beds there isn't much to NOT like!

Lovely apartment with private balcony overlooking the sea. Easy access to hiking and Amalfi markets. We went in December so had no trouble parking at the church down the hill. High season you'd want a very small car and permission from owner to park in the small space at the property. Loved our stay and the hosts were very kind and helpful.

Bare minimal effort on comfort level, cleanliness and provisions. Towels were scratchy, beds were not comfortable, watered down shower gel, no shampoo, half a roll of toilet paper; provisions would be fine if stated in listing. No privacy as bedroom and bathroom doors were glass, could watch our friends showering and using the toilet. Parking was dicey on a very narrow side of road, definitely not on site as listing describes. Host was friendly and baked us a welcome pie.

Everything as advertised. Perfect 10 out of 10. Beautiful view, comfortable and cozy for four. Host could net have been better. Easy to get too, NO STEPS, with bus stop right in front of the proberty making it very easy to travel all up and down the entire Amalfi Coast.

We had no problems finding the place. We arrived there a little early and was greeted with open arms. The veiw is stunning. other than getting around with the roads are quite narrow. If we go back, we would stay here again.

Het verblijf was prima uitgerust zodat we meerdere dagen na een lange uitstap in de woning eten konden klaarmaken.Op wandelafstand waren er restraurants en 2 winkeltjes.De eigenaars van de charmante woning ontvingen ons met open armen en stonden altijd paraat om met raad en daad te helpen.Het uitzicht van op het terras is gewoonweg adembenemend. Een huurwagen parkeren kan op amper 400 m.Een absolute aanrader.

Great stay, owners are incredibly kind and helpful. Only small inconvenience is that there was only one keycard to enter the house which also controlled the power so it was tricky coordinating with people who were coming and going at different times.

Casa Bellavista was beyond our expectations. We had the best trip of our lives. The only thing better than the Villa was the owner and host. She was beyond what we expected. She was waiting for us when we arrived and went with us to the local grocery store. She introduced us to the the lady the owned the store. She was everything you would expect from an Italian Grandmother. And I say that lovingly. Soooo sweet and she had everything in her little store. The villa was impeccable! Everything was waiting for us to include "the best coffer ever" pastries, all the kitchen equipment needed to prepare any type of meal. The view was spectacular! Everything was A. We will definitely return in the not to distant future. Johnny & Alice

The property was beautiful with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and comfortable. We discovered a wonderful hiking trail nearby that they should use as a selling point. Hosts are wonderful and very reponsive. Had no hot water on the lastt morning Not sure why but we are certain they would have responded, with time. Finally, the bus is critical. The best thing about this apartment is the patio and the view. The bus stop in front of the building is convenient when you leave to go visit an area but it is a hectic process to catch a bus back from Amalfi. Buses are so packed you have to fight for a spot, no order whatsoever to get on the bus! We had no hot water the first night we were there!! You would think this would be top of the list when you expect to have guests! There are two bathrooms but one of the showers did not even work. Good thing it was in the smaller bathroom. The bedrooms have an angled ceiling on one side so you need to remember to duck in order not to bang your head against the ceiling as I did!! The apartment definetely needs refreshing, the larger bathroom tub is not appealing. It looks dirty although it is just stained but still... So, all in all, the stay was OK but not the best and in fact the most expensive. I would not stay here again for the reasons mentioned above but is still a good option once you know what to expect.

I wanted to be able to leave a good review, but it would be unconscionable for me to do so. Yes, the views are very nice... the apartment has two bedrooms with two bathrooms. But it is also in need of a lot of updating... the place was not properly cleaned... there was mold all over the shower in the second bathroom, and showers were very difficult to take because there is only a shower head coming from the ceiling, the shower is small and if you are a woman who doesn't want to wash her hair every day, it is hard... but it was the "tired"ness of the place that most displeased us. Inside the kitchen cabinets, there was dirt, the floor of the kitchen has tiles that have broken parts which look like big stains... there were over 12 dining room chairs when we arrived (we were only 3 people) that were placed around as if they were left there to be stored... when we arrived on a very windy and cold day, the place was freezing... the two bedrooms and the living room each have their own wall heaters, as do the two bathrooms, but the windown and doors are so poorly insulated, you can literally feel the wind in the house! We were grateful to the owners who left us a bottle of prosecco on New Year's Eve and a souvenir before we left... but we only ate home 2 nights out of the 9 we stayed there, because some of the cooking utensils were old (the big frying pen was scraped very badly) and everything had to be washed before we used them because we found some some of the drawers dirty

We enjoyed the location and the view. The apartment could use some updating. Bathrooms, shower head broken, hot water unreliable. Freezer needed defrosting and food was left in the freezer. The owner was very generous in driving us to the amalfi.

We were two couples travelling through Italy. We stayed here for four nights and it was perfrct for us and for what our plans were in this location! We could not arrive until later in the evening and the hosts were so flexible and gracious, adjusting their schedule to accommodate ours. She had made the most tasty lemon treats for us on our arrival too! The apartment was clean and very well kept with the most beautiful view from the large deck. This was a perfect place for two couples with the bedroom and bathrooms private on each end, separated by a comfy living area. Although the apartment is fabulous in every way, it is a bit out of the way, having to drive many windy roads to get anywhere.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in with our host Antonia, we fell in love with Casa Bellavista and the Amalfi Coast. From the tiled patio, the expansive views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and coastline brought feelings of peace and calm to each of us. The apartment is clean, modern, and nicely appointed. It,s excellent location in Furore allowed us to easily shop, use the bus, and explore up and down the coast away from the congestion of Amalfi. Antonia,s mother and father were kind and gracious to us throughout the stay taking us to his shop in Conca dei Marini, where we bought local wine, limoncello, and other products. Her mother had a lemon cake waiting in the fridge for us and came up and made dinner for us on our last night with fresh fish and pasta using her homemade tomato sauce. Overall, Casa Bellavista is a five star stay with a five star family. We hope we can return someday.

The property is pleasant and comfortable with wonderful views over the sea. We arrived a little early but Andrea welcomed us with open arms, showed us round and explained about things to do in the area. In the evening there was a knock at the door and it was Andrea and Guiliana with some Italian pastries for us. Mario came to see us over the weekend and gave us some useful tips about visiting Pompeii, Positano and Capri and even ran us down into Amalfi to catch the ferries, as the bus had not stopped for us on one day. We had an issue with our hire car and Andrea and Mario were as helpful as anyone could be in getting things sorted for us, including driving me back to Naples airport to pick up another car. The hot water was a little hit and miss at times, but turning it off and trying again resolved the problem every time.

Casa Bellavista in Furore is a wonderful place to stay when in the Amalfi coast area, and Giuliana is one of the most caring and thoughtful hosts. Furore is between Positano and Amalfi, and Casa Bellavista is several hundred feet above the sea; the view from the terrace is amazing and peaceful. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms...very nice for just two people, and great for two couples or a small family to stay at. It has charming decorations and big chairs and couch in the living area. When we arrived (via rental car and drive from Rome), Google maps did not accurately identify the location. We called Giuliana, and within a couple minutes we had an escort (Andrea) show up in his car and guide us the final way; great customer service! To top that off, when showing us around the apartment, she had a bottle of homemade red wine for us! And a couple days during our stay, we returned from our events to find slices from a lemon cake plus fresh-picked lemons (one day) and some cream-filled pastries (another day). Little touches like these made the stay that much more friendly. And, as could happen with any home, there was an issue with gas service resulting in loss of hot water and the kitchen stove being unavailable. Giuliana and her team handled it very well, and we were back in service shortly. It was also good timing because the service restoration occurred while we were out and about during the day. We would both recommend a stay at Casa Bellavista when you are on the Amalfi coast!

Furore is between Positano and Amalfi, and Casa Bellavista is several hundred feet above the sea; the view from the terrace is amazing and peaceful. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms...very nice for just two people, and great for two couples or a small family to stay at. It has charming decorations and big chairs and couch in the living area. When we arrived (via rental car and drive from Rome), Google maps did not accurately identify the location. We called Giuliana, and within a couple minutes we had an escort (Andrea) show up in his car and guide us the final way; great customer service! To top that off, when showing us around the apartment, she had a bottle of homemade red wine for us! And a couple days during our stay, we returned from our events to find slices from a lemon cake plus fresh-picked lemons (one day) and some cream-filled pastries (another day). Little touches like these made the stay that much more friendly. And, as could happen with any home, there was an issue with gas service resulting in loss of hot water and the kitchen stove being unavailable. Giuliana and her team handled it very well, and we were back in service shortly. It was also good timing because the service restoration occurred while we were out and about during the day. We would both recommend a stay at Casa Bellavista when you are on the Amalfi coast!

On top of the place being absolutely beautiful, the owners of the property were so kind and accommodating. The space was cozy and spacious, very clean, had everything you could possibly need - and the view was incredible! I will never forget having a coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. Amazing snd so peaceful!

The best thing about this apartment is the patio and the view. The bus stop in front of the building is convenient when you leave to go visit an area but it is a hectic process to catch a bus back from Amalfi. Buses are so packed you have to fight for a spot, no order whatsoever to get on the bus! We had no hot water the first night we were there!! You would think this would be top of the list when you expect to have guests! There are two bathrooms but one of the showers did not even work. Good thing it was in the smaller bathroom. The bedrooms have an angled ceiling on one side so you need to remember to duck in order not to bang your head against the ceiling as I did!! The apartment definetely needs refreshing, the larger bathroom tub is not appealing. It looks dirty although it is just stained but still... So, all in all, the stay was OK but not the best and in fact the most expensive. I would not stay here again for the reasons mentioned above but is still a good option once you know what to expect.

We loved the apartment. It’s in a perfect location for touring the Amalfi coast and all the beauty is visible from every window and the gorgeous patio. The family is cordial and extremely welcoming. We had a fabulous stay and will go back.

We were two couples travelling through Italy. We stayed here for four nights and it was perfrct for us and for what our plans were in this location! We could not arrive until later in the evening and the hosts were so flexible and gracious, adjusting their schedule to accommodate ours. She had made the most tasty lemon treats for us on our arrival too! The apartment was clean and very well kept with the most beautiful view from the large deck. This was a perfect place for two couples with the bedroom and bathrooms private on each end, separated by a comfy living area. Although the apartment is fabulous in every way, it is a bit out of the way, having to drive many windy roads to get anywhere.

Casa Bellavista is incredibly beautiful. We had plenty of space as they have two bedrooms and two baths. The patio is stunning. The hosts greeted us with a house manual and a home baked cake which she had her own amalfi lemons and cherries in- delish. The part we wish we knew is the bus system is difficult. Even early in the morning they are packed. On the way home is worse from amalfi because everyone cuts in line and pushes you. We were taken aback by this, and the host did pick us up the following day which was very kind and worked better. We got ourselves to amalfi by bus and it’s certainly the cheapest way to do so. There is a little restaurant that is good that you can walk to with a great corner store. I will say the walk is short but can be stressful as there aren’t sidewalks and it’s very narrow. The apartment is great if you plan to just be away from the tourists and drink wine on the patio. It’s very relaxing but I felt that I wanted easier access to so many things that were difficult to get to by bus. The Furore beach is a 36 minute walk or a bus with a half hour walk, but sadly that didn’t feel like an option for us. If you plan to drive, you will feel less isolated but we wouldn’t rent a car personally. It was very nice to come home to such a local and authentic place to enjoy this expansive view. We loved hearing the church bells on the hill and sat out for every sunset until the lights of the 360 degree view twinkled. Thank you for a nice stay.

We stayed for 5 nights and this place had the most gorgeous views. The bus stops right in front of the apartment for convenience. When we checked in Giuliana and Andrea met us and showed us around the apartment.They also gave us some delicious Italian pastries. Their son Mario picked us up one night in Amalfi to bring us back to the apartment and on another day an Uncle gave us a ride to Amalfi. Giuliana also cooked a delicious meal for us one night. Overall it was a great stay but the only negative was that the mattresses on the beds really need to be replaced as they are extremely hard and uncomfortable. This would definitely be a 5 star rating but because of the beds I gave it a 4 star

We had a wonderful six days that went by too fast. The unit was exactly like advertised. Antonia was our main point of contact because she spoke English. When we checked in she explained everything and gave us suggestions on using the bus aanderud where to go. They even had some wonderful lemon pastries waitin for us

Truly a super host. Antonia was very welcome and waited for us until 11:30pm as we had to trek 9 hours by car from Bologna to the Amalfi coast. She was then kind enough to offer us rides which we accepted to the gorgeous views of Sentiero Degli Dei (The Path of the Gods) hiking trail. The apartment was amazing and we had the best time. Would definitely come back and we hope to.

We enjoyed everything about our 3 day stay. First off, the hosts were fantastic and very hospitable. Had pastries and water waiting for us on arrival. The place itself matches the description. Very clean and spacious for the two of us but would be just fine with 4. We were completely rained out one day and were able to rest and relax comfortably all day Had everything we needed. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had and were very helpful if any. Actually drove us to Amalfi on our departure to make sure we did not miss our early morning Ferry to Salerno. That was awesome. The view from the back patio is fabulous. You are perched 1500 feet up on the side of the mountain. Can see for miles on a clear day. Could spend the whole day out their sipping on wine and gazing around. There is a small market a couple minutes walk that is very convenient (great wine selection and nice people) and right beside is New Luca’s restaurant which is a real gem. The hostess is a sweet-heart. Fantastic food. Never disappointed. Could eat there every night. The bus system/schedule is pretty interesting and a bit of a challenge when first getting there. Be sure to get your bus tickets from the local market down the road. You’ll save a couple Euros every time vs Amalfi Tabacci’s. FYI - Amalfi is a white-knuckle bus ride taking about 25 minutes. In closing, if you don’t like this place, sorry to say, there is probably something wrong with you! 😂

This is a beautiful property with an incredible view. Antonia was an amazing host and even drove us to Amalfi one day when we were stuck. She gave us a lovely welcoming gift of lemon cakes as well as a leaving gift. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable and one bedroom even had a walk out to the balcony. My only advice to anyone staying here is to pre-book taxis rides or book drivers unless you are comfortable with the bus to Amalfi and other coastal towns. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing experience, and nice to be away from the crowds of the other towns. Highly recommend! Thank you Antonia!

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in with our host Antonia, we fell in love with Casa Bellavista and the Amalfi Coast. From the tiled patio, the expansive views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and coastline brought feelings of peace and calm to each of us. The apartment is clean, modern, and nicely appointed. It,s excellent location in Furore allowed us to easily shop, use the bus, and explore up and down the coast away from the congestion of Amalfi. Antonia,s mother and father were kind and gracious to us throughout the stay taking us to his shop in Conca dei Marini, where we bought local wine, limoncello, and other products. Her mother had a lemon cake waiting in the fridge for us and came up and made dinner for us on our last night with fresh fish and pasta using her homemade tomato sauce. Overall, Casa Bellavista is a five star stay with a five star family. We hope we can return someday.

I would give 6 stars if I could! Guiliana, Andrea, and Mario went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great time in the area. The rooms were excellent, views were spectacular, and service was amazing. Mario always answered any questions we had immediately and gave excellent recommendations. Andrea drove us to and from Amalfi and helped us deal with any problems we ran into very smoothly. When we were at the Amalfi Coast, there was a fire, which meant one of the roads to Amalfi was closed. However, Andrea helped us get around that by driving us to the closed section of the road, walking past it, and then using his second car to drive us down to Amalfi. We would not have had such a great time without their help. Overall, an amazing experience and would 101% recommend it to anyone considering staying here.

Sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Resterant und Geschäft in der Nähe. Ider Weg der Götter ist von hier zu Fuß erreichbar. Freundliche Gastgeber, unkompliziert zum einchecken. Wenn das Wetter schlecht ist im April, wird es etwas kühl in der Wohnung. Kann ich durchaus empfehlen.

We found that this apartment was just what we needed to take a break from an otherwise hectic schedule of Italy. We spent a very relaxing 3 nights here, with one day trip into the town of Amalfi (which is a 20 minute bus ride and conveniently stops right outside the apartment), it was €1.40 each way. There is a mini-mart and restaurant a few minutes walk down the road which was convenient. I cannot say enough good things about the host and her family, they welcomed us like family, and we truly did feel like we were at home...just with much better (gorgeous) views! Don't miss the chance to book this gem!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bellavista. The apartment is in a wonderful quiet location within easy reach for visiting nearby Amalfi and the beautiful coast. The terrace was lovely and the views jaw dropping. Coffee on the terrace in December! The apartment was perfect and our hosts Giuliana & her husband couldn't be more helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Casa BELLAVISTA was a great place to stay. Renting a car would be easy, we were away from the crowds in Amalfi. We took the bus most of the time. Cute little store for essentials and Luca is a great restaurant-all walking distance. Our hostess also helped us book a cooking class in Agerola, that was fun too!!

Cute little store for essentials and Luca is a great restaurant-all walking distance. Our hostess also helped us book a cooking class in Agerola, that was fun too!!

This has a wonderful location to explore the Amalfi coast. There is a market just down the road and the bus stop is right out front. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful during our stay.

Casa Bellavista is incredibly beautiful. We had plenty of space as they have two bedrooms and two baths. The patio is stunning. The hosts greeted us with a house manual and a home baked cake which she had her own amalfi lemons and cherries in- delish. The part we wish we knew is the bus system is difficult. Even early in the morning they are packed. On the way home is worse from amalfi because everyone cuts in line and pushes you. We were taken aback by this, and the host did pick us up the following day which was very kind and worked better. We got ourselves to amalfi by bus and it’s certainly the cheapest way to do so. There is a little restaurant that is good that you can walk to with a great corner store. I will say the walk is short but can be stressful as there aren’t sidewalks and it’s very narrow. The apartment is great if you plan to just be away from the tourists and drink wine on the patio. It’s very relaxing but I felt that I wanted easier access to so many things that were difficult to get to by bus. The Furore beach is a 36 minute walk or a bus with a half hour walk, but sadly that didn’t feel like an option for us. If you plan to drive, you will feel less isolated but we wouldn’t rent a car personally. It was very nice to come home to such a local and authentic place to enjoy this expansive view. We loved hearing the church bells on the hill and sat out for every sunset until the lights of the 360 degree view twinkled. Thank you for a nice stay.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment we checked in with our host Antonia, we fell in love with Casa Bellavista and the Amalfi Coast. From the tiled patio, the expansive views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and coastline brought feelings of peace and calm to each of us. The apartment is clean, modern, and nicely appointed. It,s excellent location in Furore allowed us to easily shop, use the bus, and explore up and down the coast away from the congestion of Amalfi. Antonia,s mother and father were kind and gracious to us throughout the stay taking us to his shop in Conca dei Marini, where we bought local wine, limoncello, and other products. Her mother had a lemon cake waiting in the fridge for us and came up and made dinner for us on our last night with fresh fish and pasta using her homemade tomato sauce. Overall, Casa Bellavista is a five star stay with a five star family. We hope we can return someday.

Don't hesitate to book this property. The view is amazing, the apartment is comfortable (except the beds are very hard) and the restaurant just above the property Bacco is spectacular. If you're staying off season make sure you book a car. We couldn't imagine staying there without a vehicle. The bus service - while good - is much less off season. Having said that, I found driving those roads really a lot of fun, but challenging. The roads are small and winding. I mean REALLY small and winding. But I enjoy a challenge and this was fun to drive. We went to Amalfi and Ravello and spent a whole day just in the apartment (actually on the patio) just enjoying the view and the beauty that you're surrounded by. There are a couple of markets close, one within walking distance, but one a bit further down that we found much better. They had a deli counter and we bought cheeses and meat and lovely marinated eggplant and olives to feast on while we were there. You'll love this place. Other than the hard beds there isn't much to NOT like!

Casa Bellavista in Furore is a wonderful place to stay when in the Amalfi coast area, and Giuliana is one of the most caring and thoughtful hosts. Furore is between Positano and Amalfi, and Casa Bellavista is several hundred feet above the sea; the view from the terrace is amazing and peaceful. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms...very nice for just two people, and great for two couples or a small family to stay at. It has charming decorations and big chairs and couch in the living area. When we arrived (via rental car and drive from Rome), Google maps did not accurately identify the location. We called Giuliana, and within a couple minutes we had an escort (Andrea) show up in his car and guide us the final way; great customer service! To top that off, when showing us around the apartment, she had a bottle of homemade red wine for us! And a couple days during our stay, we returned from our events to find slices from a lemon cake plus fresh-picked lemons (one day) and some cream-filled pastries (another day). Little touches like these made the stay that much more friendly. And, as could happen with any home, there was an issue with gas service resulting in loss of hot water and the kitchen stove being unavailable. Giuliana and her team handled it very well, and we were back in service shortly. It was also good timing because the service restoration occurred while we were out and about during the day. We would both recommend a stay at Casa Bellavista when you are on the Amalfi coast!

Andrea and Giuliana were the perfect hosts. Upon arrival Andrea greeted us with a heavenly bottle of wine and explained everything about the apartment. They also brought us some heavenly cookies and homemade donuts throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, etc. There is a quaint shop called Luca’s that we visited almost daily and had to purchase extra dish washing soap and paper supplies. The views were incredible, even in January. My only regret is we weren’t able to hike the Path of Gods so we will have to plan another trip! Thank you Andrea and Giuliana for everything.

The property was wonderful. The pictures online of the view do not do it justice. Had a wonderful time and the homemade lemon cake was such a charming touch and great with our morning coffee. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be by the coast.

Casa BELLAVISTA was a great place to stay. Renting a car would be easy, we were away from the crowds in Amalfi. We took the bus most of the time. Cute little store for essentials and Luca is a great restaurant-all walking distance. Our hostess also helped us book a cooking class in Agerola, that was fun too!!

We enjoyed everything about our 3 day stay. First off, the hosts were fantastic and very hospitable. Had pastries and water waiting for us on arrival. The place itself matches the description. Very clean and spacious for the two of us but would be just fine with 4. We were completely rained out one day and were able to rest and relax comfortably all day Had everything we needed. The hosts were available to answer any questions we had and were very helpful if any. Actually drove us to Amalfi on our departure to make sure we did not miss our early morning Ferry to Salerno. That was awesome. The view from the back patio is fabulous. You are perched 1500 feet up on the side of the mountain. Can see for miles on a clear day. Could spend the whole day out their sipping on wine and gazing around. There is a small market a couple minutes walk that is very convenient (great wine selection and nice people) and right beside is New Luca’s restaurant which is a real gem. The hostess is a sweet-heart. Fantastic food. Never disappointed. Could eat there every night. The bus system/schedule is pretty interesting and a bit of a challenge when first getting there. Be sure to get your bus tickets from the local market down the road. You’ll save a couple Euros every time vs Amalfi Tabacci’s. FYI - Amalfi is a white-knuckle bus ride taking about 25 minutes. In closing, if you don’t like this place, sorry to say, there is probably something wrong with you! 😂

This is a beautiful property with an incredible view. Antonia was an amazing host and even drove us to Amalfi one day when we were stuck. She gave us a lovely welcoming gift of lemon cakes as well as a leaving gift. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable and one bedroom even had a walk out to the balcony. My only advice to anyone staying here is to pre-book taxis rides or book drivers unless you are comfortable with the bus to Amalfi and other coastal towns. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing experience, and nice to be away from the crowds of the other towns. Highly recommend! Thank you Antonia!

We stayed for 5 nights and this place had the most gorgeous views. The bus stops right in front of the apartment for convenience. When we checked in Giuliana and Andrea met us and showed us around the apartment.They also gave us some delicious Italian pastries. Their son Mario picked us up one night in Amalfi to bring us back to the apartment and on another day an Uncle gave us a ride to Amalfi. Giuliana also cooked a delicious meal for us one night. Overall it was a great stay but the only negative was that the mattresses on the beds really need to be replaced as they are extremely hard and uncomfortable. This would definitely be a 5 star rating but because of the beds I gave it a 4 star

Great location. The view from the back patio is amazing! It is a long twisty drive if you arrive by car but we were immediately greeted by the host. We were given bus and ferry schedules, great restaurant advice and some wonderful pastries as a welcome gift. The bus stop is right outside the door which is very handy to get to Amalfi but can get crowded. If you should miss the bus taxi fares can be rather pricey. We were given a ride to the port one morning to catch the ferry to Capri which was so helpful and appreciated. The house is well equipped and there is a small grocery a short walk away. We even made breakfast one morning. I would definitely return again!

A really nice accommodation, with great view. Perfect for a stay with 4 persons, equipped with all conveniences. It is perfectly situated and serves as a good base for exploring the beautiful Amalfi Coast. We used a rental car for this, but be aware of the busy traffic on narrow, winding roads. Parking in nearby towns is pricey and can be avoided by using public transport (the bus stops in front of the accommodation). The host is really friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

As the buses back from Amalfi were often full, and a bus fight to get on, and there’s nowhere to park a car there. Driving is not for the faint hearted. Having said that we did drive to Sorrento and Ravello. No large supermarkets, suggest you do a big shop in Lidl either on outskirts of Naples or Castelmarre on the way, before heading over the hill.

We did not get to meet Giuliana until our final day, but her daughter, Antonia, filled in her for mother and was exceptionally helpful, even giving us a lift to the trailhead. She took lots of time to show us everything about the house, the parking, etc., and gave us a great deal of information about the Amalfi Coast.

Everything was perfect! Antonia was amazing to work with. She gave us a greeting and a farewell gift, which were extremely lovely. The property was centrally located for traveling to Sorrento, Capri, Naples, Pompeii, Amalfi, and Positano. The house was well equipped with everything you could want. The view was absolutely breathtaking. fabulous place to stay!
