Checked in late and didn’t set up room clean for next day-told no same day. Towels and garbage were to be done. Wasn’t. Had to go get towels and put trash in ice room. With five in room -it would have been nice to already have had sofa bed made up. Property was very nice and convenient. Would have appreciated more service.

Check-in was seamless, and our room was ready on time. There was a welcome reception with food and drinks on Wednesdays - great variety of food and drinks! Our room was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. We found the beds and linens to be comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff members were all so kind and helpful. We took the airport shuttle, which was great, with a short wait time.

Great stay. Loved it. Most of the staff was very helpful. There was one staff member that was rude and not very helpful. I feel that everyone else was great, so apart from the one older black lady, I cant remember her name, everything was awesome.

Staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. It took more than an hour to get towels, I called the reception 3 times and at the last time I called I was told that they were washing the towels, but I talked to an employee in the elevator and she immediately took towels to my room, which means the people at the front desk didn’t tell me the true. The same happened with bed sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets for the sofa bed that were in the room were dirty, so I had to call and they took almost until midnight and 3-4 calls fir them to send someone with the bed clothes. I didn’t see the same treatment with other people, but they were extremely rude with us.
