Extremely Disappointing Service and Unwelcoming Staff I recently traveled to Korea with an international party. We initially booked two rooms for two nights and one room for my son's family. We had also already reserved four rooms for another two nights after a short trip outside the city. During our initial stay, we simply asked in the morning if we could store a single bag prior to heading out. Luggage storage between stays is standard hospitality practice, so we naturally intended to check out and leave the bag. Instead of assisting us, the staff confronted us aggressively, questioning why we hadn't notified them in advance. Their hostile attitude and rude language made us feel completely unwelcome. The interaction was so uncomfortable that we canceled our upcoming reservation on the spot and left. Even after leaving, the entire experience left a bitter taste for both myself and my guests. I travel frequently for business and personal matters, but neither I nor my party will ever return to this hotel.

1박으로 잠만 자는데 이용하기에 괜찮았다고 생각합니다. 방이 넓고 마루바닥인 게 마음에 들었고, 의류관리기 있어 좋았네요. 다만 화장실 냄새가 좀 났고, 불투명이지만 유리문에 실루엣이 다 보여서 여러명 투숙 시 좀 신경쓰이겠어요.
