Staff is very friendly. Rooms are large. Great bar with patio. Very dog friendly - even gave us a bowl, bottle of water, treats and bandana for our pup! Love this place!

This hotel has pretty much everything you would need there. You could spend a weekend here and never need to leave the property. Plenty of dining options either in hotel or right next door. Nail salon and massage services too. Rooms are nice with plenty of room and staff was very friendly.

Super unique design. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would suggest a few more updated outlets and a nightstand on both sides of the bed.Bed wasn’t too comfortable but ok for a single night stay. I know people travel with comfort pets but it was a little odd to have a big smelly dog in the elevator with us. Parking was a pain when we got back from dinner off property. Staff was all really chill and welcoming.

No conditioner in shower, mini bar listed bottles on menu were unavailable and guest services didn’t even know they carried them. No fridge, no microwave, no garbage can just what looked like a linen basket but if I threw trash into it it would have dripped/leaked onto the floor. Hotel bar closed at 11pm.

What an amazing hotel. Staff was top notch and there was incredible dining by just walking across the property parking lot, or within the hotel. I would LOVE to stay here again and will recommend it to others in a heartbeat.

The property is conveniently located to the Keystone Fashion shopping area and is a reasonable drive to Butler University. The guest room was very clean and well maintained. There is ample parking (outdoor) as well as valet parking available. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor, Rize, is good and opens at 7:00 AM. There are many other dining options available in close proximity.

An amazing stay. The hotel is quite, conviently located. The "moodiness" of the rooms make them very relaxing. I love the industrial theme. There were a couple of minor cleaniness issues with hair on the bathroom vanity top and inside the coffee mugs. Parking a little tight on Friday during peek dining hours if self-parking and not using valet.

We booked this hotel for our anniversary because we had heard great things and Provision is one of our favorite spots to eat. Unfortunately we were underwhelmed with the overall experience. Aside from being aesthetically pleasing (the building & rooms are beautiful and very clean), the AC in our room was not working so it was very hot and the room was almost too quiet without having a working fan - to the point that we could hear every little thing in the hallway and surrounding rooms. Did not love the huge gap at the bottom of the door which also let a lot of noise in. Our room was directly next to the main door so we were woken up constantly from people going in and out. Lastly and probably most importantly, this hotel had the most uncomfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I’ve stayed at which was very surprising to us given that it’s supposed to be a more “luxury” hotel. Literally felt like I was sleeping on the hard ground with a lumpy rock for a pillow! We were looking forward to a relaxing night away and being able to sleep in but instead were dying to get back home to our own bed to make up for the sleep we lost! Otherwise, the location is great. Tons of great food options nearby! We had great experiences with Provision and Rize.

Everything about our stay was great except the mattress. Our mattress was so firm and uncomfortable that I could hardly walk all weekend. If all of the beds are this way, sadly there’s no way we will ever be able to stay again.

Very nice vibe. Check in was fast and employees were friendly. We liked the safety of the key card usage in the elevator. The place was a bit noisy though and the bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep on. Woke up pretty tired and sore. The hallway smelled a bit musty but the room smelled fresh and clean.

All and all our stay was very nice. It is a very unique hotel. Staff was great, and rooms wete very nice. Only draw back was for what was spent per night, the rooms did not have a mini fridge or microwave. So if your on an extended stay there is no way to keep anything cool or be able to heat anything.

Ironworks was incredible. the people working were all so professional and super friendly. The physical property was very nice, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The people were all very friendly and accommodating from the valet to front desk mgr, to housekeeping staff. The location is convenient and the surrounding area has several restaurants. We’ll definitely stay there again.

What an awesome first (but not last) stay at Ironworks! The staff were so helpful and kind, especially at check in when we received a complimentary free upgrade. The room was spacious and clean with beautiful decor. And so many towels! There was valet parking available for a very reasonable small fee and our car was always delivered before we even reached the ground floor. Plus, the hotel smells amazing!! I had to buy a candle with the hotel’s signature scent. I highly, highly recommend this unique hotel. Service was friendly and professional. We plan to try one of several onsite restaurants next time.

Housekeeping barged into room without knocking to see my wife undressed. HK then never came back to clean the room. When we later requested to have the room cleaned, we were told that HK was gone but that they could send up fresh towels and to put the dirty towels in the hall. When we returned from dinner four hours later the towels in the hallway were gone but there were no clean towels delivered. So we had to call the front desk again! While the hotel offered us a small discount, this is not the first time we have had shockingly poor service at IW. We get it’s not the Four Seasons but at the rates IW charges it should strive to be more than Motel Six.

Those ladies at the front desk are Amazing! Helped with restaurants and transportation to our entertainment that evening. Everyone was nice and helpful from holding doors open to helping with luggage. Best place I’ve stayed in Indianapolis.

Hotel was very unique and the surrounding area offered great dining and shopping opportunities. Great location just outside of downtown Indy. A day trip into the city is just a short drive away. Loved it!

There is ample parking (outdoor) as well as valet parking available. The breakfast restaurant on the ground floor, Rize, is good and opens at 7:00 AM. The bartender at Provision was awesome. She made my Negroni perfect, balanced and delicious. We had apps and deserts at the bar and was amazing. Def stay here again and dine at Provision is a must.

The Ironworks Hotel Indy is by far one of the best hotels in the area. I travel for business to Indianapolis quite often and always look forward to staying here. The restaurants on site, Provisions and Rize, are amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel!!

We had a great experience. This is one time when I can say that the hotel looked exactly as the pictures portrayer. The aesthetics were fantastic. It was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again if I am ever in the area. The breakfast at Rize was very good.

No conditioner in shower, mini bar listed bottles on menu were unavailable and guest services didn’t even know they carried them. No fridge, no microwave, no garbage can just what looked like a linen basket but if I threw trash into it it would have dripped/leaked onto the floor. Hotel bar closed at 11pm.

What an amazing hotel. Staff was top notch and there was incredible dining by just walking across the property parking lot, or within the hotel. I would LOVE to stay here again and will recommend it to others in a heartbeat.

Really interesting hotel! A bit on the expensive side but rooms, beds, bathrooms were very nice. My only complaints would be that the showers are separated from the bedroom by the new-fangled frosted glass (to prohibit business travelers from Shari g a room), our tv remote didn't work, and no ice on any floors - you need to ask at the check-in and then receive a small bag. The hotel is very close to the Monan Trail which we took advantage of for two days. There is a good selection of restaurants in and near the hotel.
