Property was good. Pool was freezing though. Person at check in told me I could not move from a double to a single king because I booked with Expedia. Not acceptable to me. Plenty of rooms were available.

We were in town for a marching band event. Many parents paid double or triple what we paid. The hotel is less than 10 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium. Large, cleam room. Large refrigerator and microwave. Everything in the room works. Very nice shower. Good breakfast. A lot of restaurants are nearby; we walked to dinner. Both the gym and the pool were open. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to stay here again.

Very convenient location, very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, great amenities for an extended stay. Parking lot is very small and does not fit the size of the hotel accommodations.

We loved the location, the staff, the impecable cleanliness and the amenities. It feels like a home away from home, so comfortable. Also breakfast until 10 is unique and they keep it stocked right up umtil 10. Great hotel! Pool is warm and clean too.

Great hotel, clean, breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. The kitchens in the room were convenient for quick snacks when traveling. The only complaint was that there were a couple large rowdy groups of kids unmonitored in the pool and had no respect for other people with young children.

I would not stay again because of the difficulty of accessing the gym, I am an early riser and the room key does not open the gym 24/7, I had to ask a staff member to open it for me every morning, very inconvenient.

Pros: location is close to I-65, so you get where you want to go, quick. Lots of restaurants, in various price ranges. Grocery store across the street. Traffic lights everywhere, so as congested as the area can be, you're still out of the side streets quick. Very near St. Francis Hospital and the Greenwood Airport. Wonderfully dog friendly! Breakfast is standard hotel fare and set up to move quick, lots of comfortable seating. They keep the coffee, decaf and hot water flowing all day. Elevators quick and smell great. Pool, excellent, but usually occupied by lots of children on the weekends. Exercise room, perfect. Cons: Just a little lazy when keeping the main floor clean. Excusable considering most of it was salt from the snow in the parking lot. Also, the staff at the Front Desk seemed to enjoy their cell phones A LOT. However, any request i made was handled professionally and quickly, with a smile. I'm looking forward to staying there again!

This was our first time staying at a Home2 location. Overall the experience was very good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodation. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The only suggestion I would make as a customer is that the room carpets are professionally cleaned more often. The carpet in our room (419) was very sticky in some places like pop had been spilled on it and not cleaned up properly.

We've stayed at this hotel many times over the years and have received good service. Checkin went well, however our room was not the cleanest. There was hair found in our bed when we turned back the sheets, sheets were wrinkled like someone had previously slept in the bed, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. When we told the front desk all that was said was the manager would be notified.

We brought our 9 lb Yorkie with us during our stay at the hotel. The entire time, she was finding bits of food under the couch, the bed, the dishwasher, the air conditioner…we were constantly having to monitor her. I gave the hotel a low rating on cleanliness for that reason.

After checking in and entering the room, I could see the blind was broken from the door, and it turned out to be stuck open. The room phone didn’t work so I returned to the lobby to report both issues. The MOD offered to move me to another room, but after checking the computer said he’d come up and fix the blind. By this time it’s after 9pm, I’d driven 9 hours, and told the manager I didn’t want to wait around for an hour. An hour later someone showed up who was able to close it but not fix it. In the meantime I discovered the safe wasn’t working (probably a battery issue) and there was a flickering ceiling light. I’ve stayed here at least a dozen times when I come to Indy to visit my grandbaby and have never had a problem. This is flat-out inattentiveness and deferred maintenance. I’m going to look for someplace else next visit. Oh, and no apology or offer of compensation.

The rooms were clean and large. There was basic kitchen supplies - plates, cups, silverware, food containers, etc. Even a dishwasher. Large counter space/table to work or eat at. Staff were friendly.

Most of the stay was fine, however we were upset when we realized that there was no blackout shade for the window, just a sheer shade that let a lot of outside light into the room. It looked like the hardware for an additional shade was there but that it was missing. We had already unpacked and settled into the room at that point. Also, the "pocket-style" bathroom door was difficult to close all the way. And once I got it closed, it was even more difficult to open. It left little privacy while using the bathroom. However, because of the other amenities and the convenience of the area, we would likely stay here again.

The guy who checked us in was so kind and helpful. He helped us find a room that worked best for why we were staying. We were near an entrance which was noisy at times but overall it was a good room. The room is spacious and was clean. The beds are a little too firm for what I like. Overall I would stay here again.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and comfortable. There is construction, which is of course not their fault. But it’s there. We had 2 little issues. 1) one of the queen beds needs a new mattress. When laying you can feel the springs. The other bed did not have that issue. The other than that I noticed was the carpet got damp due to condensation from the AC. We kept the room around 69/70 and it was damp. Might need to get that looked at. But that was just our room (room 307) everything else was wonderful!

The room accommodations was missed up. We reserved two Queen beds for two adult men and they changed the room to one king and a pull out sofa bed with out contacting us. We had just drove 12 hours to-get there for a family funeral. Once arrived and checking in they spring the room change on us

The check in and check out staff were very friendly. She remember us from Friday checking in to Monday checking out. The gentleman who was “working “ Saturday morning couldn’t be bothered to look up from his phone. Lady he was working with was running around cleaning and helping people. Don’t know what happened to his training but he totally missed the mark.

The staff was attentive. Polite. Helpful. The first room smelled like mens cologne had been dropped on carpet. They switched us immediately to an upgraded room. We had breakfast and it was sooo nice. Staff so attentive. We will stay here every time we come to Indiana. And because the place was so nice, I will look into staying at Home2Suites in other areas.

Had everything we needed for grabbing food in the area, as well as a bright, clean hotel with friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Would stay again if ever passing through the area again.

Staff and facility is always perfect. We stay here often. Lots of shopping in the area, Costco across street, Kroger next door, car wash next door, many restaurants close by, large shopping center 3 blocks away(wife loves that).

Staff and facility is always perfect. We stay here often. Lots of shopping in the area, Costco across street, Kroger next door, car wash next door, many restaurants close by, large shopping center 3 blocks away(wife loves that).

This hotel is located right off I-65. It is close to restaurants and shopping. It is in great condition. Our room was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. We did not use the indoor pool or fitness room but both looked great. The hotel is convenient to the interstate and the Kroger next door made it handy to pick up drinks and snacks.

Excellent overall experience. Every restaurant and shopping option you can think of within a few minutes drive. We were there for the race and it was a simple 30 minute commute from the track. About the same distance to the airport.

Very convenient location, very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, great amenities for an extended stay. Parking lot is very small and does not fit the size of the hotel accommodations.

The property is close enough to Indy yet not in it. It is near a ron of places to eat. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet until the weekends when, both times we have been there, there was a group of teens staying there who are always loud. For the most part the rooms are quiet - no heading toilet flush and water going down the pipes. We would stay again for sure if we are ever in the area.

This is a nice, modern hotel. It is clearly very new and largely clean. The bed was comfortable. Doors are comically heavy and bad for small and/or disabled folks. Even worse in combination with the lightweight, small carts! I should've looked more closely, but I was sad the in-room kitchen had no stovetop. I was surprised to see this in a "full" kitchen with dishes and a dishwasher. I also found breakfast inadequate. Options were limited and the area was tiny and extremely crowded. It would create a "traffic jam" even with only 6-8 people in line, let alone a full weekend crowd. The most substantial option were breakfast sandwiches inappropriate for vegetarians, and while they're pre-made they have someone standing in the back that has to serve you. I guess it's supposed to feel fancy? It was mostly just inconvenient. While their use of reusable dishes may have been somewhat eco-friendly, it made it awkward to bring breakfast upstairs, which I like to do especially in the age of COVID (I have elderly/disabled parents) as I did not want to take their downstairs dishes. It appeared that even the self-serve laundry was an extra cost, which was somewhat offensive when paying almost $200/night for a room. I would have used it, were it free. The location is the best part. Greenwood is safe, quiet, and close to downtown Indy. This hotel is in the middle of a BUNCH of restaurants, shops, and a MASSIVE Kroger right next door. Very walkable. ...However, it was not worth the price!!

We really enjoyed our stay, but our bathroom door was in need of repair it would not close correctly and appeared to be off its track. The breakfast area was not our favorite either it's to close to the table and if there's a few people around your running into each other. Food was ok at best with not many choices.

This was our first time to stay at a Home2. It will not be our last. I honestly can't think of any constructive remarks. OK here is one: the omelets were dried out most days. Perhaps if they were to offer scrambled eggs instead then I wouldn't have anything negative to say. 🙂

I try not to complain, but I feel I need to share my concerns about my recent stay. Unfortunately, the pillows had an old, musty/moldy smell, and the carpet felt damp, almost as though it had just been cleaned and had not yet had enough time to dry. I also noticed hair that had clearly been left behind from a previous guest. What is especially disappointing is that this is now the second hotel I’ve stayed at within the past two weeks, in two different states, where I’ve encountered hair from previous guests left behind on the bathroom floor or around the sink. I understand that things can occasionally be missed, but finding the same issue repeatedly makes me question the consistency of the housekeeping standards. I actually like the Home2 Suites brand and have chosen it because I’ve come to expect a certain level of cleanliness and quality. However, after these experiences, I’m concerned that this may be a problem across multiple locations. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and look into the housekeeping standards and quality-control process. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and finding evidence of previous guests in the room is very disappointing. I’m not looking to simply complain—I’m sharing this because I like the brand and would like to feel confident continuing to stay at Home2 Suites in the future. Additionally, as requested I was able to get another room by the front desk representative.
