The location is superb. It is above a supermarket but it was not noisy. The room (3 beds) we had is huge and comfortable with plenty furniture. We found the bed also comfortable and firm. Good size bathroom and shower. There is an equipped kitchen in the structure which we could use as we stayed longer than usual. However: they do not service your room, which I have never seen before. Thus we did not have fresh bedsheets nor towels. Toiletries were also in short supply. Also: the TV is pixellated and even though we reported it it was not fixed at the time.

We are both young and willing to sleep in a nice room at a good price- this place provided that! Great rate for what it is, you can hear a lot of what is going on outside the building and outside of the room but it didn’t bother us much. May bother some travelers! Staff was so so great and kind!!

Questa sarebbe stata la nostra seconda volta nell'alloggio, ma abbiamo avuto un grave problema familiare e non abbiamo potuto soggiornare. Non c'è stata alcuna comprensione o tentativo di trovare una soluzione diversa per non perdere i soldi. Siamo stati liquidati con una semplice 'non posso fare nulla'. La prima volta che siamo andati invece avevano dimenticato di mettere gli asciugamani in camera e mentre mio marito era sotto la doccia sono dovuta andare fuori dalla camera a prendere gli asciugamani da sola. Per il resto tutto bene. Un vero peccato la scarsissima comprensione, perché saremmo tornati altre volte, hanno perso dei clienti.

Esse é um pequeno albergue instalado em um apartamento de um edifício residencial. São apenas dois quartos com uma cozinha compartilhada e bem equipada. Ao lado tem um supermercado e fica a cinco quadras da estação de trem e outras seis quadras da principal avenida comercial de Terni. Localização bastante privilegiada. A comunicação foi eficiente por Zap, mas a fala em inglês é limitada. Boa relação custo-benefício.
