Great property! When in Saratoga will only stay here from now on. Our valet, Gordon, deserves a shout out. Gordon was so attentive, friendly and went above and behind to make our experience exceptional! Adelphia-well done!

We had a wonderful time at the Adelphi. The staff was warm and welcoming. We were upgraded to a beautiful room, probably one of the nicest hotel rooms we have stayed in: comfortable beds, electronic shades and drapery, and a huge, beautiful bathroom. We requested extra bedding for the pull-out sofa, and the sheets were brought to us warmed! Also there are several cool common spaces including a game room and a "library" with a beautiful porch. We would 100% stay here again.

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

What a wonderful stay! The room was incredible (we stayed in the newly opened wing), the staff incredibly friendly, the food amazing (some of the best sushi we've ever had!). It's perfectly located and so very clean. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back!

We have stayed many times at the Adelphi as we are visiting to watch sports at Skidmore. The hotel has been under construction since ewe started going to Saratoga - We had two double beds- 4th floor- we have started in this room on the second and third floor as well. We have never noticed how hard the beds are- despite being told they were not new beds - very hard! The mini fridge got rid of the glass water bottles. And went with plastic Adelphi stickers water - please reconsider this- or at least allow a refillable water station in the hotel. Very visible was the dust on the ceiling in this room as well, I asked for them to clean it when we left at 11 am. However it was not taken care of when we returned later that evening. I did remind them at check out the next day, hoping that got cleaned. As you cannot open a window to allow fresh air in, making sure the room itself generates clean air should be a priority. There are new game and fitness rooms- we visited at 1045 am on a Saturday, the game room was a mess- all the night before glasses cans etc were at each table. Leaving little desire to revisit that room for my daughter and I this trip. The staff is always lovely, we enjoyed morriseys and the delicious sushi!! Lastly we alway have received free parking- I was told that's a hotels.com perk, this time there was no perk, paying $45 when we could street park was a tad frustrating

The rooms are elegant and spacious, the service is excellent, and the location is ideal — right in the heart of downtown Saratoga, so you can easily walk to shops, cafés, and it is very near to the racecourse. They’ve also done recent renovations that really elevate the guest experience — think stunning interiors, marble bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities that make your stay extra special. It’s honestly one of my favorite hotels in upstate New York for a weekend getaway or special occasion.

Loved our renovated rooms. Huge, luxurious guest room and bathroom, with heated floors and incredible toilet, lol. Everything is automated, from the lights to the drapes and privacy sign. Nice complimentary snacks. Receptionist was lovely.

We had expensive king suite with no view right next to a bar that played loud music until 11 PM. Other than that the location is fantastic, the staff were great and the bed was very comfortable.

The Adelphi is a lovely hotel, modern and updated, yet maintaining a quaint and historic feel. The room was beautiful and well appointed and so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and provided every amenity. Excellent location, walkable to all shops and restaurants in Saratoga Springs.

An iconic property in a one-of-a-kind location. Ashley, the staff person who greeted us was so friendly and helpful from the jump. We were in town for a wedding at the Hall of Springs and it added so much to the festivities. Our room was perfect. Another staff person took a lovely photo of my husband and I near the staircase. It was such fun to sit in the lobby and people watch. Though we have been to the bar and Salt and Char many times, we will definitely be back for an overnight.

Had an excellent stay here. Location is perfect and the rooms are immaculate. What took it over the top was the stellar service. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping/room service staff were attentive and helpful! Can't recommend it enough. Hotel upgraded us to a suite which was immaculate. Complimentary valet is also great.

There was a nice letter in the room that mentioned they try to accommodate late check outs, when I asked at the front desk for an hour later check out, the front desk person let out a sigh and said they can accommodate as a one time only exception. If it's such a big deal, please don't make a point of it in the room letter.

The bell staff are hands down our favorite, they greet you daily and make you feel at home. Also the front desk sent a cake up for my husbands birthday and I thought that was super thoughtful.

The food was a 3 out of 10 the hotel front desk could have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs. The restaurant told us that we had 1hr to eat someone else was coming to our table. We change rooms because the handle didn’t work not happy. They could have offered a room upgrade. Or something. I spent an hour trying to figure it out.

What a wonderful stay! The room was incredible (we stayed in the newly opened wing), the staff incredibly friendly, the food amazing (some of the best sushi we've ever had!). It's perfectly located and so very clean. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back!

If you're planning on staying in Saratoga, this is the place. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and located in the middle of the downtown corridor. Shops, dining, plenty of things to do within walking distance.

The Adelphi Hotel was a beautiful, upscale hotel centrally located in downtown Saratoga Springs. Staff was friendly, attentive and very helpful prior and during our stay.

This property was beautiful! It was very clean, the bed is comfortable and the room was goegeous! The area is perfect for walking around to restaurants, bars and shops.

The Adelphi is a lovely hotel, modern and updated, yet maintaining a quaint and historic feel. The room was beautiful and well appointed and so comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and provided every amenity. Excellent location, walkable to all shops and restaurants in Saratoga Springs.

Adelphi used to be one of my favorite hotels. Now the only reason i would consider staying here is because of the location. The price has become ridiculous at $1k per night. You would expect a 5* experience for that kind of money. Under staffed and overworked employees can keep up with demand. Breakfast was over cooked , slow to come out and really worse than buffet food. Drinks are half the size as other places. Rooms while they look beautiful, are broken down and in need of repair. The hotel looks beautiful but staying there did not come close to meeting expectations or provide a similar experience to past stays

Beautiful boutique hotel in middle of downtown. Always wanted to stay here and finally was able to get in outside of racing season. Lively bar and delicious sushi for lunch. Oh, and the toilet is a dream. Was Valentine’s Day and the soaking tub made for a very romantic experience.

This is my second stay at the Adelphi and it was lovely. The staff are ready to provide anything you need. The restaurants are excellent. A great breakfast. Loved it!

The food was a 3 out of 10 the hotel front desk could have been more helpful and accommodating to our needs. The restaurant told us that we had 1hr to eat someone else was coming to our table. We change rooms because the handle didn’t work not happy. They could have offered a room upgrade. Or something. I spent an hour trying to figure it out.

Wow, what a wonderful stay at the Adelphi Hotel! We reserved a King Luxe Room last minute as our reservation at another hotel was cancelled. The room was beautiful with top of the line amenities - heated bathroom floor, Toto Toilet, and automatic drapes and lights. The thoughtful complimentary treats was an unexpected surprise - chocolate chip cookies with sea salt left on a small plate by the bed, beverages in the mini fridge including Prosecco and local beer, and Saratoga chips. There were only a few downsides to our stay. We had a patio view, which highlighted patio furniture and a gas tank, so not really a stunning view. Also the dogs in an apartment across the patio was especially hilarious, since we thought they were statues at first! Wasn’t really crazy about the in your face sales pitch for their luxury condos. And while the room was beautiful and rather clean, there was a huge spiderweb on the chandelier, which if you are a property boasting about cleanliness and hospitality, I would not be remiss to grab a ceiling fan duster and clean up that chandelier. Now onto the in room dining. Dinner was great. We had the lobster dumplings, wedge salad and grilled chicken sandwich. It’s a shame that for a hotel that wants to serve your every need there was no kids menu. Not many kid friendly option on the menu either so we had to improvise with the chicken sandwich. Breakfast was lack luster. Buttermilk pancakes were eh. Apple oatmeal - you should take that off the menu.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! We stayed to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. Nikita at the front desk was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stay here—you won’t be disappointed!

I thought the hotel was great in that the staff couldn’t be any nicer. The room was immaculate. The only problem I had was that we were told that there was a fourth floor lounge we could go to and every day it was closed. And it was great to have heated towel racks, heated floor kin the bathroom but they were never on and no instructions how to use them. Otherwise, it was great.
