Accueil très chaleureux de Manuela et de son mari (qui restent disponibles pendant le séjour si besoin), un appartement des plus agréable et très spacieux, idéal pour une famille de 5 personnes. Très bien situé avec le metro, la gare à proximité, et de nombreux commerces dont un petit supermarché très bien achalandé. Un gardien à l'entrée de l'immeuble est également un petit plus, il nous a fourni certaines informations très gentiment. La meilleure des pizzeria en bas! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, sehr zentral gelegen, kurze Wege in die historische Altstadt und zur Metro. Das Haus hat einen sympathischen Consierge (Hausmeister), dadurch hat man auf jeden Fall ein sicheres Gefühl im Haus! Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und groß, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße, aber der Lärm ist erträglich ... Wenn man mit dem Pkw kommt: Die Tiefgarage am nahen Piazza Garibaldi (Hauptbahnhof) kostet 18 € pro Tag, sicherer Parkplatz, da viele Autovermieter hier ihre Stellplätze haben ;-) Klare Empfehlung - wir würden wiederkommen! Grazie Valentina & Manuela!

A wonderful apartment/house in Naples! Really felt at home at Umberto House - separate large lounge room and 2 spacious bedrooms, air conditioning in each room. Close to metro and in the centre of Naples within 15 minutes walk to Spanish Quarter and train station with direct train to Pompeii. 10c to use the antiquated lift to fifth floor during the day - free when doorman not working including weekends!

Wir waren zu viert Anfang April 2023 für 11 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung mitten in Neapel. Nachdem wir eine sehr gute Beschreibung für den Weg vom Flughafen zu der Wohnung bekommen haben, wurden wir sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen. Jeder sollte 10Ct dabei haben, um die Koffer mit dem Aufzug in den 5. Stock fahren zu können. Die Wohnung entspricht dem, was man erwartet: Die Beschreibung im Inserat trifft es sehr gut. Auch die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, wir hätten uns aber noch über ein paar Weingläser und scharfe Messer gefreut. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Startpunkt für diverse Ausflüge, sie liegt zwischen Bahnhof, Hafen und Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung von Manuela und Valentina nur sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr schön, das es solche Unterkünfte gibt, die eher nach Wohnung als Ferienwohnung aussehen. Vielen Dank.

Wir wurden persönlich in der Wohnung empfangen. Sie liegt im 5. Stock, 10ct für den Aufzug braucht man nur, wenn der nette Portier da ist. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr beeindruckend, mit hohen Decken, farbigen Wämde und teilweise alten Möbeln sowie zahlreichen Bildern, wodurch ein ganz besonderer Charme entsteht, und sehr groß. Selbstversorgung ist problemlos bei gut eingerichteter Küche (ein paar Weingläser wären schön 😀) und einem kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe möglich. Entscheidend war für uns auch die Lage: in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, zur Metro und fußläufig ins Centro antico. Dafür muss man allerdings die laute Hauptstraße in Kauf nehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder kommen!

Bigger than pictures, great place for families, huge living room, kitchen and bedrooms. Great communication with host, easy to find. 10 cent euro only needed for elevator when doorman is in, otherwise works without inserting coin. Grocery stores not far away and good pizza across the street. We would definitely rent again. Thank you

The apartment is gorgeous and well-appointed and stocked. Couldn't ask for a better set-up. Landlord communication is excellent. Note that you need 10cent Euro pieces for the elevator. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Appartement spacieux et trés propre, proche du centre historique de Naples (5mn à pied), à 2 pas du métro et 10mn à pied de la gare centrale.Tout était à disposition et la communication avec l'hôte parfaite.Bonus: se situe à 2 pas de la fameuse pizzeria "Antiqua pizzeria da Michele"

Manuela offered to help with the nightmare airline's lost baggage system and without her help, I'm not sure if we would have received it. The apartment was sparkling clean and we enjoyed our 3 week stay. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 dans l’appartement. Il est très spacieux , très bien équipé , super propre . La climatisation est indispensable en plein mois d’août, il fait très chaud et difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit .. l’appartement est très bien situé , à 5 minutes de la gare pour rejoindre Pompéi/ Vésuve , à 5 minutes du métro Duomo et surtout de l’excellente pizzeria Michèle ( testée et approuvée 👍)
Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 dans l’appartement. Il est très spacieux , très bien équipé , super propre . La climatisation est indispensable en plein mois d’août, il fait très chaud et difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit .. l’appartement est très bien situé , à 5 minutes de la gare pour rejoindre Pompéi/ Vésuve , à 5 minutes du métro Duomo et surtout de l’excellente pizzeria Michèle ( testée et approuvée 👍)

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. It was conveniently located near the train station which made travel and transportation easy. Host was easy to communicate with. I have nothing to complain about. The noise of the city is to be expected if you know anything about this area; it is a nonstop bustling city and it will be noisy; it’s part of the charm of Naples. It’s not the fault of the apartment or host. Just keep that in mind and bring some earplugs to sleep if you need absolute quiet.

We loved the apartment! It was clean, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked well including the air conditioning -which was good because the weather was hot! The apartment is well placed for exploring Naples by foot and many great restaurants nearby. Also, an easy walk to the metro, train station and ferry terminals and a taxi stand right across the street.

The apartment is great and is in the perfect area. With floor to ceiling windows, you can get a great view from every room. The hosts were very communicative every step of the way and welcoming from the start. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Naples.

We found a beautifully presented apartment right near the historic old centre of Napoli within easy walking distance of the central train station. There was plenty of room for our family of five. It was a little noisy at nighttime but we knew that would be the case and weren’t overly disturbed. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and we only wished we could have stayed longer. Would be nice if a dishwasher could be installed because hand washing everything can be a pain with a bigger group.

The apartment is stunning and beautifully fitted out. With 2 bedrooms, a lounge, bathroom and separate kitchen it felt more like a house. It’s within easy walking distance of many restaurants, the metro and supermarket and many of the beautiful sights of Naples. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable at Manuela’s apartment and highly recommend it. The Alibus which goes directly to Naples airport is close by as is Napoli Centrale station. We would definitely stay there again.

We spent a prolonged weekend in this beautiful apartment and liked it very much. It is a spacious, full of day light apartment, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. It is located on a big street, within walking distance from the train station, historical center and the harbour. The metro station is just 5 min on foot. The apartment has everything one might need - the kitchen was fully equipped, with a nice supply of condiments. There were soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy to sit after the long day. We liked everything about the apartment. There is a great famous pizzeria just opposite to the apartment, lots of pastry shops and some small grocery shops around to buy food for breakfast. The apartment is located on the top floor, but we never used the elevator as we had to burn all the calories we consumed in this tasty city. We would love to be back some time to explore more Naples. Thanks a lot, Manuela and Valentina!

Such a beautiful apartment! Spacious with all the right touches. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Close to transit, metro and train station. We loved our time here. Grocery stores within walking distance and great restaurants nearby. We didnt have small children with us, but we could see it is child-friendly.

Accueil très chaleureux de Manuela et de son mari (qui restent disponibles pendant le séjour si besoin), un appartement des plus agréable et très spacieux, idéal pour une famille de 5 personnes. Très bien situé avec le metro, la gare à proximité, et de nombreux commerces dont un petit supermarché très bien achalandé. Un gardien à l'entrée de l'immeuble est également un petit plus, il nous a fourni certaines informations très gentiment. La meilleure des pizzeria en bas! Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement.

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. It was conveniently located near the train station which made travel and transportation easy. Host was easy to communicate with. I have nothing to complain about. The noise of the city is to be expected if you know anything about this area; it is a nonstop bustling city and it will be noisy; it’s part of the charm of Naples. It’s not the fault of the apartment or host. Just keep that in mind and bring some earplugs to sleep if you need absolute quiet.

Wir waren zu viert Anfang April 2023 für 11 Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung mitten in Neapel. Nachdem wir eine sehr gute Beschreibung für den Weg vom Flughafen zu der Wohnung bekommen haben, wurden wir sehr herzlich und persönlich empfangen. Jeder sollte 10Ct dabei haben, um die Koffer mit dem Aufzug in den 5. Stock fahren zu können. Die Wohnung entspricht dem, was man erwartet: Die Beschreibung im Inserat trifft es sehr gut. Auch die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, wir hätten uns aber noch über ein paar Weingläser und scharfe Messer gefreut. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr guter Startpunkt für diverse Ausflüge, sie liegt zwischen Bahnhof, Hafen und Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung von Manuela und Valentina nur sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr schön, das es solche Unterkünfte gibt, die eher nach Wohnung als Ferienwohnung aussehen. Vielen Dank.

This is a wonderful place if you are in Naples with family, girls trip or just solo. Felt very safe and location is perfect for the traveler that want to stay in and cook or just wal to a local pizzeria. Owner was great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

The apartment is gorgeous and well-appointed and stocked. Couldn't ask for a better set-up. Landlord communication is excellent. Note that you need 10cent Euro pieces for the elevator. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Superbe appartement, tel que sur les photos d’annonce ! Bel accueil des propriétaires, Elles sont aussi très réactif particulièrement lors ce que nous avons eu besoin de réserver un taxi pour aéroport, l’aide de Manuela fut très appréciée. Grazie mille !!! Bel emplacement que ce soit pour aller au port ou à la gare et plusieurs commerces très intéressant à proximité dont le vin et fromage juste en bas. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement seul petit bémol si y en ai un c’est qu’il est sur une rue très passante donc des bouchons d’oreilles sont de rigueur mais ça vaut le coup.

Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 dans l’appartement. Il est très spacieux , très bien équipé , super propre . La climatisation est indispensable en plein mois d’août, il fait très chaud et difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit .. l’appartement est très bien situé , à 5 minutes de la gare pour rejoindre Pompéi/ Vésuve , à 5 minutes du métro Duomo et surtout de l’excellente pizzeria Michèle ( testée et approuvée 👍)
Nous avons passé 5 jours à 4 dans l’appartement. Il est très spacieux , très bien équipé , super propre . La climatisation est indispensable en plein mois d’août, il fait très chaud et difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit .. l’appartement est très bien situé , à 5 minutes de la gare pour rejoindre Pompéi/ Vésuve , à 5 minutes du métro Duomo et surtout de l’excellente pizzeria Michèle ( testée et approuvée 👍)

A wonderful apartment/house in Naples! Really felt at home at Umberto House - separate large lounge room and 2 spacious bedrooms, air conditioning in each room. Close to metro and in the centre of Naples within 15 minutes walk to Spanish Quarter and train station with direct train to Pompeii. 10c to use the antiquated lift to fifth floor during the day - free when doorman not working including weekends!

Localisation parfaite, 5 minutes à pied de la gare, du port , du centre historique, du métro... Location spacieuse décorée avec goût. Certes un peu bruyant la nuit avec la circulation, mais ce fut très agréable de pouvoir observer les napolitains dans les rues du matin au soir, vaquant à leurs occupations... Un très bon séjour, et des propriétaires disponibles pour aider. Merci pour votre accueil !

We loved the apartment! It was clean, stylish, spacious, and comfortable. Everything worked well including the air conditioning -which was good because the weather was hot! The apartment is well placed for exploring Naples by foot and many great restaurants nearby. Also, an easy walk to the metro, train station and ferry terminals and a taxi stand right across the street.

We spent a prolonged weekend in this beautiful apartment and liked it very much. It is a spacious, full of day light apartment, very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. It is located on a big street, within walking distance from the train station, historical center and the harbour. The metro station is just 5 min on foot. The apartment has everything one might need - the kitchen was fully equipped, with a nice supply of condiments. There were soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy to sit after the long day. We liked everything about the apartment. There is a great famous pizzeria just opposite to the apartment, lots of pastry shops and some small grocery shops around to buy food for breakfast. The apartment is located on the top floor, but we never used the elevator as we had to burn all the calories we consumed in this tasty city. We would love to be back some time to explore more Naples. Thanks a lot, Manuela and Valentina!
