Locappart Saint Louis Le Regrattier

We loved staying on Isle Saint Louis. The location is central to everything and we were able to walk to all the sights. It’s also a nice quiet location with good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The only negative is the stairs, but quite manageable and good to know about in advance. And the ceilings in the kitchen and bath are quite low…my husband who is 6’5” could barely fit! Overall a great spot that I would recommend.

The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and authentic! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The stairs were manageable. Unfortunately, the apartment was poorly maintained. Several of the listed appliances were inoperative ... and the property manager was aware of this before our arrival! Some he disclosed at check in; some he did not. There were other maintenance issues that had obviously been present for a long period of time. We requested a maintenance response but had none during our stay. I consider this misrepresentation and have so advised VRBO.

Renting was straightforward. Only difficulty was our flight was late and Christophe was unable to meet us. The onus was placed on us to notify him. However we provided arrival flight details which he could have accessed and adjusted his time to meet us. On meeting the next day he addressed some issues. Unfortunately the washing machine was broken which hampered our plans to travel “light”. Otherwise a great stay!

Isle St. Louis is de ideale plek om Parijs (verder) te ontdekken. Wij hebben alles lopend kunnen verkennen en derhalve kwamen we op plekken die je anders zou kunnen missen. Het appartement was heel netjes en de drie trappen deerden ons geheel niet. Het appartement was heel ruim, zeker voor Parijse maatstaven en alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden.

Apartment was everything we expected from the listing.
