Au marché des Capucins "Logement joliment meublé, agréable, bien situé (proche du centre ville) et calme. Le seul bémol reste les escaliers à l’intérieur du logement qui manquent un peu de stabilité"

Au marché des Capucins El alojamiento es tal cual en las fotos. Aunque es pequeño esta muy bien aprovechado el espacio y es acogedor. El punto negativo fue que era un tercero sin ascensor y que las escaleras de dentro del apartamento eran un poco inestables e incomodas. Por el resto todo genial! Esta al lado de un mercado ( menos de 5 minutos andando), el de los capucins, donde se puede dejar el coche por 18€/día. El anfitrión que nos acogió a la llegada muy amable, nos explico todo muy bien.

Vous devez mentionner qu'il y a 65 marches à monter pour arriver à l'appartement. L'escalier en calimaçon n'est pas sécuritaire. Très propre et à proximité du marché des capucins, ce qui est très pratique.

Au marché des Capucins great stay! the accommodation was lovely and close enough to everything! would highly recommend it and the restaurant down the road called La Tupina. My only thing would be it's up quite a lot of stairs if you struggle with stairs and the stairs in the flat are a little scary. overall a brilliant stay 5*

Au marché des Capucins "Gut für ein paar Tage in Bordeaux 🙂 Die Lage war gut, interessantes Viertel, zentral und um die Ecke ein Parkhaus. 🙁 Das Appartement befindet sich über 2 Ebenen im 3 ! Stock und mit schweren Koffern eine Herausforderung. Es gibt keinen lift und kostet Mühe, nach oben zu gelangen. In der Dusche viele staubflusen, ein schlechtes House keeping."

Au marché des Capucins Bordeaux is fantastisch ! De locatie van het pand ook in een kleurrijke buurt, echter zit je op de derde en hoogste verdieping, zonder uitweg ! Geen brandtrap of andere mogelijkheid om aan een eventuele brand te ontsnappen en zit je als een rat in de val mocht er brand uitbreken da's een belangrijk werkpunt maar waarschijnlijk geen verplichting in Frankrijk? in België zou dit ondenkbaar zijn en zeker niet met op het gelijkvloers een restaurant met houtskoolgrill ......

Au marché des Capucins "This a lovely little apartment. It is perfect for a single person or a couple, who are coming for a short stay to explore the city. The apartment is in a diverse and vibrant part of town, and a short 15/20 minute walk from the heart of the city. Check-in and out was smooth and the apartment was spotless. We would very happily stay here again. The skylight over the shower is corrugated plastic, which means you can hear any rain tapping loudly throughout the apartment. I did not mind this, but some guests might find the noise distracting! Also note that the shower is in the bedroom and toilet is only separated by a small sliding door. This might be a bit too cosy if it is just two friends staying together..."

Au marché des Capucins "J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien équipé, l’agence est très réactive et le tout correspondait bien à la description. 2 petits bémols cependant : le puit de lumière dans la chambre ne permettant pas d’être dans le noir complet, pour celles et ceux qui aiment se réveiller dans le noir, c’est donc impossible ; les toiles d’araignée au dessus de la douche. Il s’agit sans doute un couac qui sera réglé rapidement ! Merci en tout cas !"

Au marché des Capucins "🙂 Standard mieszkania adekwatny do ceny. Mi nie przeszkadzało ze trzeba wejść po schodach na 3 piętro. Pierwszego poranka w zlewie siedziała wielka stonoga. Faktycznie jest dużo pajęczyn pod prysznicem. Okolica jest cicha i w nocy jest cisza, ale mieszkanie jest blisko niezbyt bezpiecznej dzielnicy. Wieczorem kręciło się trochę dziwnych osób. Łóżko jest wygodne, pościel bardzo ciepła. Poduszki wygodne. Duży plus za kapsułki do prania i ekspresu do kawy. Wieczorem warto zamknąć okno od wc bo czuć zapachy z restauracji. 🙁 Można by poprawić czystość w lokalu."

Au marché des Capucins "the many positives out weighted the one or two negatives 🙂 very compact and cute with everything you’d wish for. everything worked with no issues and there was plenty of toilet roll, knives, forks, glasses etc. the bed was very comfy 🙁 the area above the shower looks like it has never been cleaned. two massive spiders make home up there it is full of cobwebs"

Au marché des Capucins L'appartement se trouve dans une rue calme et il est pratique de ne pas avoir de voisin au dessus mais le gros inconvénient, c'est lorsqu'il pleut fort, on entend très bien les gouttes tomber dans la chambre. Du coup, on a eu beaucoup de mal à dormir surtout qu'il a plu toutes les nuits pendant notre séjour. D'autre part, c'est mal isolé car il y avait des traces d'humidité sur les murs, je sentais même des gouttes tomber sur moi quand j'étais au niveau de la salle d'eau. L'appartement est très bien au 1er abord mais il a besoin de petits travaux d'amélioration. Pour une nuit, je pense qu'on ne ressent pas les désagréments surtout que la literie et le linge de lit sont plutôt agréables. Par contre, il n'est pas adapté aux enfants et aux personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des 3 étages sans ascenseur et à l'escalier dans l'appartement qui est assez raide. Le départ est pratique avec la boite á clé mais nous aurions prefere une arrivée autonome. Logement bien placé avec le tram à côté.

Au marché des Capucins "Visite bordelaise Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très fonctionnel, décoré avec goût et situé dans un quartier très vivant. Le logement situé au dernier étage est vraiment très bien équipé et très calme. Il ne manque absolument rien. Les photos reflètent bien la réalité. Nous avons été enchanté par cette location."

Au marché des Capucins L'appartement se trouve dans une rue calme et il est pratique de ne pas avoir de voisin au dessus mais le gros inconvénient, c'est lorsqu'il pleut fort, on entend très bien les gouttes tomber dans la chambre. Du coup, on a eu beaucoup de mal à dormir surtout qu'il a plu toutes les nuits pendant notre séjour. D'autre part, c'est mal isolé car il y avait des traces d'humidité sur les murs, je sentais même des gouttes tomber sur moi quand j'étais au niveau de la salle d'eau. L'appartement est très bien au 1er abord mais il a besoin de petits travaux d'amélioration. Pour une nuit, je pense qu'on ne ressent pas les désagréments surtout que la literie et le linge de lit sont plutôt agréables. Par contre, il n'est pas adapté aux enfants et aux personnes à mobilité réduite à cause des 3 étages sans ascenseur et à l'escalier dans l'appartement qui est assez raide. Le départ est pratique avec la boite á clé mais nous aurions prefere une arrivée autonome. Logement bien placé avec le tram à côté.

Au marché des Capucins "The flat was great value for money, it's in a fantastic part of the city, so close to the Marché des Capucins which is such an interesting place to visit (more than once). There are loads of food restaurants nearby and everything feels like a short walk away. If I were to point out anything that could be improved I would say that the spiral staircase isn't extremely stable so you have to be a bit careful going up and down those steps. Also, the bed isn't overly comfortable, after a week we were looking forward to getting back to our own bed. But on the whole it was really good value for money and I would still stay there again."

Au marché des Capucins The apartment is brilliant and just the right size for a couple looking to explore Bordeaux. The local area has a brilliant indoor market (and nearby artisan bakery 'Le Fournil des Capucins'), lots of shops, bars and brilliant restaurants(with one amazing one just below the apartment building). The river / tram is 10 mins walk away and the area is easy to navigate. Nicholas welcomed us and was friendly and kind, offering advice on where we could eat and drink locally. There is so much to do and see in Bordeaux and this apartment is perfectly located to see it all! We will be back!

Au marché des Capucins "Very helpful host. Lovely peaceful apartment. Loved that the bedroom area has windows and light from four directions and there is a nice view. Beautiful stairwell that looks very old. The area is a relatively easy walk into the main part of town. There is also a great little square of restaurants and cafes at the cathedral nearby (and great boulangerie). We would definitely recommend this apartment."

Au marché des Capucins El alojamiento es tal cual en las fotos. Aunque es pequeño esta muy bien aprovechado el espacio y es acogedor. El punto negativo fue que era un tercero sin ascensor y que las escaleras de dentro del apartamento eran un poco inestables e incomodas. Por el resto todo genial! Esta al lado de un mercado ( menos de 5 minutos andando), el de los capucins, donde se puede dejar el coche por 18€/día. El anfitrión que nos acogió a la llegada muy amable, nos explico todo muy bien.

Au marché des Capucins The location is excellent, it is easy to explore the city by foot. The public transport in Bordeaux is fantastic, both the bus and tram stops are close by. The apartment is well kitted out for both short and longer stays. Just to note there's quite a few steps to access the apartment. We do feel the apartment could do with a little TLC.

Au marché des Capucins "🙂 Nichts. 🙁 Alles hat uns nicht gefallen. Die Dusche war eine katastrophe. Es waren überall Löcher in den Wänden. Die Wendeltreppe war alles andere als stabil. Man hat die ganze Zeit obwohl alle Fenster immer zu waren gerochen wie Menschen Gras rauchen. Es sah aus wie in einem Ghetto man hatte Angst abends rauszugehen. Die Lage war zwar ok aber trotzdem."

Au marché des Capucins El alojamiento está muy bien como en las fotos , lo único reseñable son las escaleras pero es lo que pasa en un edificio antiguo, el barrio en mi opinión no es seguro para dejar el coche en la calle aunque he de decir que al coche no le pasó nada , si vuelvo a Burdeos repetiría lugar pero lo haría en avión no en coche.

J\'ai passé 3 semaines au sein du logement. J\'en ai été très satisfaite: bonne literie, équipement complet ( lave linge, lave vaisselle etc). Au marché des Capucins great stay! the accommodation was lovely and close enough to everything! would highly recommend it and the restaurant down the road called La Tupina. My only thing would be it's up quite a lot of stairs if you struggle with stairs and the stairs in the flat are a little scary. overall a brilliant stay 5*

If I were to point out anything that could be improved I would say that the spiral staircase isn't extremely stable so you have to be a bit careful going up and down those steps. Also, the bed isn't overly comfortable, after a week we were looking forward to getting back to our own bed. But on the whole it was really good value for money and I would still stay there again."
Au marché des Capucins "The flat was great value for money, it's in a fantastic part of the city, so close to the Marché des Capucins which is such an interesting place to visit (more than once). There are loads of food restaurants nearby and everything feels like a short walk away. Au marché des Capucins "Appartement fidèle à la description, situé à l\'arrière de l\'immeuble donc très au calme. Le tram est à quelques minutes à pied et le centre ville est accessible en 20 min à pied. Le quartier des capucins est cosmopolite avec quelques bonnes adresses de restaurants. Nous avons passé un bon séjour !"

Au marché des Capucins "This a lovely little apartment. It is perfect for a single person or a couple, who are coming for a short stay to explore the city. The apartment is in a diverse and vibrant part of town, and a short 15/20 minute walk from the heart of the city. Check-in and out was smooth and the apartment was spotless. We would very happily stay here again. The skylight over the shower is corrugated plastic, which means you can hear any rain tapping loudly throughout the apartment. I did not mind this, but some guests might find the noise distracting! Also note that the shower is in the bedroom and toilet is only separated by a small sliding door. This might be a bit too cosy if it is just two friends staying together..."
