Budget motel thats clean and comfortable. Fell immediately asleep corner room 9 was extra large with a king and a double bed and a lot of extra floor space. Fridge, microwave, cable tv and park right outside your room. Close to PDX, pretty quiet altho on a hiway not a bad area and a 24 hour mcdonalds across the street. Will be back!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I like the privacy of the entrances of the rooms because you can sleep good at night knowing your vehicle is right outside and easier to keep an eye on. I would stay there again!!

I was in town for 2 nights and this hotel is a great value. I wanted a place I could park my car for free and navigate the area easily. This place has both at a very reasonable rate. It's a great spot for when you just need a place to sleep while you do portLand stuff. It was about 10 minutes drive to downtown or Problemdense park. It's pet friendly (with an extra fee) which is important for me. I'd stay again whenever I'm looking for a good value for a short trip.

This place has come a long way. The newly remodeled rooms have changed this place for the better! 100% better. The family that oversees the property is doing a wonderful job keeping things clean and looking great. They're very nice, polite and very accommodating. The rooms have decent towels, and is stocked with the necessary hotel room supplies. It's reasonably priced and the room sizes are surprisingly large. Parking works for the size and room amount on the property. This place is great!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I would like to avoid someone else from having the same sleepless night we did. I understand what you pay is what you get but I think EVERY room MUST be cleaned after being used regardless the price! We got two rooms; in one of them someone defecated and did not flush the toilet before leaving. The bed covers in both rooms looked dirty, there was hair and stains on the floor. I asked the person in the office to switch me rooms and to go look at the dirty rooms. He didn’t go look but he did switch one room only because they were booked (surprisingly). Not to exaggerate but it by far is the worst motel my family and I have stayed at. After such a wonderful day it was bummer to end the night the way we did. :’(

The bed had burn marks in the comforter, there were dirty paw print marks on the sheet and the sink felt extremely loose

The room was very clean and comfortable. I like the privacy of the entrances of the rooms because you can sleep good at night knowing your vehicle is right outside and easier to keep an eye on. I would stay there again!!

This is an incredibly solid value motel option. If you're OK staying at budget friendly motels I can't recommend it enough. For the price, it's top-of-the-line. I will say it's not in the nicest area and the room was a little dingy but overall clean, fairly updated, and the air conditioner was awesome! I travel a fair amount and stay at a range of nice to bad hotels, and I really was impressed by this one for the price. We had a nice day and despite the area, it was well lit and felt safe.

It was very clean inside! Hot water and a comfy bed.

Serious bedbug problems, didn't realize this till I woke up around 1am and recorded several scuttling about. The staff is sound asleep so what is a man to do? I layed my sleeping bag out on the desk and got some unbugged sleep. And now I'll have to quarantine my clothes and backpack 😓 pain in my ass, especially at 84$ a night. Motel 6 is cheaper and somehow...NO BUGS!

I walked in to snow on the inside of the door. The room was ice cold with the wall heater powered off. There was dry pee on the toilet seat and a large crusty white stain on a corner of the bed runner. In the morning, I woke up with little bug bites all over from dirty bedding.

I knew what i was getting into with the area of town this is in... But they made no effort in providing a comfortable, clean room. Of the two beds, both had what looked like boot prints on the pillow cases and sheets. One bed had a yellow stain on the fitted sheet and what looked like dried vomit on the top comforter. The other bed had a blood stain on the fitted sheet. So what little attempt I made at sleeping was done above the blankets.

Great hotel for the price its newly remodeked great rooms thay are big in size and its a nice place overall the owner or manafer is great and very nice man

Like the room it was large and the shower was clean and big, bed was very comfy and king size and nice floor there was nothing i disliked i was very satified being it was a motel there was no food we brought in our food e were from Seattle for the Vanport Jazz concert one night thank you!

The exterior resembled a seedy drive-in motel, especially since the area surrounding the back property was a vacant lot. The motel is conveniently located next to a TriMet bus stop and had several fast food chains across the street. At first appearance of my room, it looked clean and appointed with a bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a desk, a wall-mounted tv, microwave, small refrigerator, a bureau, and an open closet. The bathroom was clean with a toilet, shower, a sink, and a towel rack. The towels definitely need an upgrade - they were small, thin, scratchy, and full of lint. The bed was uncomfortable, and upon closer view, I found a bug on the pillow, so I decided not to sleep under the sheets. The clerk, however, did allow me to check-in early(around 10:30am) as there was a room available. Normal check-in was 3pm, so I was grateful for his kindness. Unfortunately, for the one night that I was there, there was a street takeover at the intersection at 3am, and I was awakened to loud screeching tires that went on for 45 minutes. Many police cars, with sirens blaring, proceeded to drive up and down the intersection breaking up the takeover for the next 15 minutes. Apparently, the reason the police took so long in stopping these "car enthusiasts" was a shortage of staff! So be warned, this can be an "unsafe" area, but more likely, just bad luck and timing, so good luck!

I was actually surprised with how decent it was. I was getting my truck worked on at kenworth, so I decided to stay there. My room looked newly updated and painted. Shower has nice tile. Comforter was a bit dirty. But. I take those off anyway. Sheets smelled good and looked clean. For the price and location. Not too bad.

The AC was broken, and when I told them they would not allow a room change. The room smelled like the top cover is never changed, and they just sprayed Axe body spray to cover it up. Very rude clerks who have no idea of laws here.

Rooms are a decent size, and even with 2 beds it felt rather roomy. Would stay again!

Room was clean and staff helpful and location convenient, but location was very noisy- heavy traffic late & early. Some questionable activity in parking lot around 3:00AM - people sitting/sleeping in cars who weren’t staying at motel. One walked around going door to door. When I reported to staff was told “they aren’t doing anything wrong “.

I'd say the worst part of my stay was the staff. I had booked a room for 4 people and they stocked the room with 2 towels. (Not great and very small ones anyway). The clerk also asked for my pin number for my credit card on check in (I didn't give it to him) he seemed annoyed he had to open the office door to have me type it in myself. The room was fairly clean. Everything worked. Nothing terrible. Room wasn't cleaned over a multi day stay.

We ultimately decided against checking into the hotel due to the absence of any front desk agent. While waiting, we couldn't help but feel that the vicinity had an unsettling and unsafe atmosphere. This, combined with the lack of staff presence, raised concerns for the well-being of my 7-year-old daughter and myself, prompting us to seek alternative accommodations.

I booked the hotel for three days, but I thought I booked it for four. On the fourth day, they called me and told me that my stuff was still in the room and I asked if I could extend my stay for one more day when I returned to the hotel to pay for the night They extorted extra money out of me in order to give me a key. Online I could book the hotel for $70 a night but they made me pay 100 in order to get back into my room. They knew I would pay it because all my stuff was still inside

Staff was great. The manager AD especially made our stay comfortable & made sure everything was good

Our stay at the Holiday Motel was fabulous... My fiance and I have been staying at several local hotels / motels in the area because of a house fire... The Holiday Motel was the best that we stayed at in the area. It was so clean and we look for that,.... Cleanliness is number 1 on our must have list for booking a room. And the manager, Ad, is very easy to talk to and very accommodating with our needs. We were only planning on staying one night, we've been there three nights so far.... We haven't left yet.

Staff was informative and courteous. Was able to get much needed rest

Hotel managers allowed me to Check-in early.Gave me an extra house when needed and was gracious on.Light check out which is appreciated will definitely recommend this hotel in the future

Clean enough and a great value, close to the airport. Needs a couple of lamps for reading.

It's alright. Especially if you don't mind essentially being in the ghetto

A good quiet stay

Room was clean. Area was very sketchy. Check-in was strange because the front office was behind plexiglass that was unsettling and made it hard to hear.

I liked the property, the room was big and very clean! What I think would improve the experience is if they had a place (maybe convert one of the rooms across from the office) into a breakfast area. Also not being able to go inside the office strain the morning to checkout interesting. Overall for a quick stay it was nice.
