Great property, very clean and easy to find! Check-in process was quick and easy. This location is very walkable and on a beautiful street. One thing to note, this property is in the night-life area so the clubs are loud well into the night, but the property seems to have well insulated window's to help dim the noise. Just something to keep in mind, but still had an excellent stay here!

The apartment information says they have luggage storage, it didn't say with fee, so you would expect it's free, the luggage storage they can provide was a link to book for the service, it was quite costly, at the end I found storage at the metro which was reasonable price. But these were extra cost you need to bear in mind if you need to store your luggages. The apartment was cosy with air conditioning. It wasn't as new as the photos posted, the kitchen top and sink top wasn't very clean when arrive. But the agency was very responsive and helpful, they replied all questions quickly and provide all the information in the email the day before you arrive. It would be more helpful if they can send this email earlier. We were on 4th floor, we still need to use the ear plugs provided in order to fall asleep. The music and noises were up to 5am on one night. It wasn't very pleasant.

Communication was great! Apartment was close to great restaurants, shopping, and sights. Be warned, it is a party street (hint is in the name). Saturday night was very loud and did shake the room a little. We didn’t mind, I read the reviews and was aware. The apartment has blackout curtains and ear plugs.

I missed my first bus from Cascais to Porto so I did not get to my apt. Until around 11:30. I did notify them I was going to be late - no problem. Ana was there to greet me warmly and show me everything in my room. There was a kitchenette, dinette, dishes, silverware, glasses - everything I needed. My bed was super comfy and the bathroom had all I needed. The room was very clean. The location was great - about 3 blocks from Llello livaria, one of the oldest bookstores in the world that you must visit. Yes, I would most definitely stay there again.

Communication with FeelPorto was always excellent. They had a representative who met us at the apartment and made sure to check that our access link and code worked. She also gave us a quick tour of the unit. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. AC worked extremely well. The location is right in the nightlife part of Porto, and although we did hear noise around 4am, it was not a big deal. Keep in mind we were located on the 4th floor. You are within walking distance to almost everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended

Väldigt trevlig lägenhet. Dock får man inte vara ljuskänslig om man hyr lägenheten över en helg. Lägenheten ligger på en trevlig gata med mycket liv och rörelse. På fredag och lördagsnatten somnade man till ljudet av nattklubbsmusik.

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and amentities provided. The rating is mostly based on the location of the unit which is on a noisy street with bars, that is pretty busy during week days and weekends. It made entering in the front door code a little nerve-wracking, especially at peak hours when people are all over the street. The bar music is also fairly loud late at night. The location during the day is convenient near a lot of shops but the late night activity wouldn't be for everybody.

As others have mentioned, and I should have heeded those comments, these flats are virtually unsleepable from 11pm to 6am. They inform you it is the area, and the sound is one thing (they provide earplugs) but the vibrations in the floor and walls from the bass of the speakers from the nightclubs is ridiculous. I was there for 3 nights and maybe got 2 hours of sleep a night, I'm sure from pure exhaustion! Be warned!

The apt was comfortable and sufficient the street noise really wasn’t that bad. It’s muffled and we didn’t use earbuds. Meeting up to get a key is a pain though. We weren’t free to make stops along the way and it took quite a few conversations back and forth if you’re running late

Too many requests made of us at inappropriate times. At 11:30PM, FeelPorto demanded we pay the Tourist Tax. The issue is not the tax itself (it’s required by law), but insisting we paid it right now, at 11:30PM, when we had checked in at 3:00PM was inappropriate. I imagine it’s all remote workers, because they did not accept any phone calls (even when we were locked out of the apartment and had immense difficulty checking in—no one to help us). The apartment itself was fine, not overly clean or dirty. Excellent neighbourhood, right in the action. But definitely would not go through this company again.

Saturday night was very loud and did shake the room a little. We didn’t mind, I read the reviews and was aware. The apartment has blackout curtains and ear plugs.

I missed my first bus from Cascais to Porto so I did not get to my apt. Until around 11:30. I did notify them I was going to be late - no problem. Ana was there to greet me warmly and show me everything in my room. There was a kitchenette, dinette, dishes, silverware, glasses - everything I needed. My bed was super comfy and the bathroom had all I needed. The room was very clean. The location was great - about 3 blocks from Llello livaria, one of the oldest bookstores in the world that you must visit. Yes, I would most definitely stay there again.

Communication with FeelPorto was always excellent. They had a representative who met us at the apartment and made sure to check that our access link and code worked. She also gave us a quick tour of the unit. The apartment itself was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. AC worked extremely well. The location is right in the nightlife part of Porto, and although we did hear noise around 4am, it was not a big deal. Keep in mind we were located on the 4th floor. You are within walking distance to almost everything. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended

Hébergement très spacieux, moderne et très bien situé. Quelques minutes à pied de tous les sites d’intérêts. Les hôtes sont très réactifs, l’arrivée était fluide. Il a fallu demander l’avantage VIP Accès qui n’était pas présent dans la chambre (vin). Elle a cependant été livrée très rapidement dès le lendemain matin. Par ailleurs nous avions à disposition des madeleines, noix épluchées dans les sacs plastiques fermées avec un noeux. Un peu étrange car non scellé, nous n’y avons pas touché. Pour conclure, très bon séjour.

Como todos sabem o Hotel fica numa área muito central e na rua dos bares e etc, e sim tem bastante barulho a noite, após as 21:00 até umas 04:00. Porém isso não me incomodou porque era isso mesmo que eu queria, amei tudo, a atenção dos funcionários que mesmo não estando fisicamente no prédio, foram extramemente educados e atenciosos.

Como todos sabem o Hotel fica numa área muito central e na rua dos bares e etc, e sim tem bastante barulho a noite, após as 21:00 até umas 04:00. Väldigt trevlig lägenhet. Dock får man inte vara ljuskänslig om man hyr lägenheten över en helg. Lägenheten ligger på en trevlig gata med mycket liv och rörelse. På fredag och lördagsnatten somnade man till ljudet av nattklubbsmusik.

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and amentities provided. The rating is mostly based on the location of the unit which is on a noisy street with bars, that is pretty busy during week days and weekends. It made entering in the front door code a little nerve-wracking, especially at peak hours when people are all over the street. The bar music is also fairly loud late at night. The location during the day is convenient near a lot of shops but the late night activity wouldn't be for everybody.

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Le logement est agréable, propre, lumineux. À deux pas de nombreux sites et lieux magnifiques à visiter. Contrairement à ce que disent certains, le logement est bien isolé du bruit, nous n'avons rien entendu. Peut être étions nous du côté le moins bruyant, les fenêtres fermées le soir pas de soucis.

El servicio de todo el equipo es de primera pero el lugar es conflictivo a menos que seas un joven en tus veintes o treintas con ganas de fiesta.

I had a second story apartment that was clean and cozy. But I didn’t like that they don’t have a front desk. It’s nerve-racking to have to deal with overseas digital front desk to get your information a day or two before flying, not knowing if they are going to be reliable to give you your five digit code to be able to get into your apartment. There was an issue paying the city taxes, and I ended up paying cash and leaving it in the apartment during checkout. I took a photo of it while dealing with the digital front desk via WhatsApp. It’s a good thing that I paid for International cell phone service services because I felt comfortable using my own so that I could communicate with them. Being that it’s located centrally I didn’t realize that they are above a very busy street filled with bars that close at 6 AM. The hotel provides earplugs, but the vibrations of the music through my pillows still made it really hard to sleep. I don’t recommend this place if you are trying to get some good sleep on your vacation, but it was a nice apartment and it was clean with a convenient elevator in a very cute rooftop. Walking was easy to get to everywhere that I wanted to go.
