Quest Serviced Residences

Condition of the room was poor, not cleaned well. Appliances old. No towels upon arrival, had to ask staff for towels. Living room window could not be closed due to lack of handle to secure it, all road noise could be heard even being on the 23rd floor. Called maintenance at 9 pm after discovering the window was open. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes for them to fix. Hallway tiles were loose as you walked across them they shifted. Staff was great as the restaurant was.

Great deal. Check in was a bit confusing as it is not at the front desk, you need to go around the corner to the business centre to check in and out. Otherwise great space, super comfy bed and linen. Had to ask for more water, but they were quick to sort. Nice pool area, friendly staff.

Yes, the room is spotless and the staff are courteous. Breakfast is amazing.
