The WiFi did not work. Only coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. No toiletries . The elevator smelled bad. There was no one at the desk most of the time. The room was clean and quiet.

We were expecting the beds to be better not that comfortable and pillows were too soft...The microwave didn't work so they moved us to room that had a working one....pool was closed no breakfast no ice machine in the building and no coffee makers in room...will not stay there again...we were not impressed at all

When I booked the room I was not advised that this was an extended stay hotel with specific desk check in hours. I arrived at 7 pm and there was no one there to check me in. A sign said to call 500 from house phone it rang the phone on the front desk where there was no one. Luckily a guest knew one of the staff that was staying on the premises. Otherwise what? If you book, make sure you make the specific check in window. The room has towels, soap and shampoo. 2 plastic cups. No other amenities. No ice machine. No wifi. The room was clean, but not sparkling.

Property close to where I needed to be… bathroom could have been cleaned a little better..noise of doors slamming and smells of people cooking in there rooms.. I guess should have expected it.. they are efficiency rooms.. no hair dryer or coffee maker on my room..

Very clean place with friendly and helpful staff. Internet was unfortunately slow only about 2 MBPS download speed and only free for one device but everything else was great.

The place advertised a pool but didnt have one. Also it was a non smoking hotel.which was a major reason on my choice. The hallways and room stunk of cigarettes and pot. Room eminentlies were very low quality but comfortable. Staff was hard to find and desk was unattended most of the time

check in time is 3pm, but my room not ready. asked for first floor, but not ready, ended up on second floor. Partialy disabled, and room was far away. Room was semi dirty, mirror in bathroom was terrible. No coffee in room, or lobby. Wifi was limited to one email and slow. I guess you get what you pay for. Lobby vacant after 8pm and does not open until 9 am next day.

The room was dirty. The tub was nasty ( needs to be replaced) the shower was not properly secured in the wall, behind the toilet was dirty, the counter in the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the microwave was dirty. The bed was terrible ( it was a full side roller way bed 🛌 sitting up extremely high on iron). I took pictures of the room. I will never recommend any one to stay there. The hallways was smelled like wet animals and weed. I’ve never been so disappointed ( especially for the amount of money that’s charged).

This property should present itself correctly on the internet. It is used as apartment living for people working temporarily in the area. We needed a room for one night on a road trip. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come check us in (we should have left then), we went up to our room. The hallway odor was horrible, our key didn't work (so I had to go back down for her to reset it) and our room was very dirty. A strong smell of urine, a tiny roach in the sink, crumbs and lint all over the floor and hair in the tub and in our sheets. The front desk had closed for the night (10:00 pm) and no one was there so we had no recourse. This is not a hotel for a one night stop along the way and their attention to cleanliness needs to be made a priority!

I didn’t stay. Soon as we checked in and went into the room, we saw a medium size roach on the stove. Another came out the wall by the table, one crawling on the floor and another in the windowsill. We immediately went back down stairs and told the lady at the front desk with our belongings (the only reason it’s getting 2 stars) if I could it would be 0. They were understanding and texted the GM Korenna who was rude from the start. I asked politely could I get a refund and we just go stay somewhere else since the ladies said that they were booked. Korenna immediately said “no” to the refund and to move us to a different from. Which somehow came available, which was room 212, I was iffy about it and told them we didn’t want to stay that close to 214 (original room) cause that room may have roaches as well. Korenna continues texting Amy, and told her to go check 214 to see if there was roaches because she’s not giving us no refund. So they went and they seen the roaches, I even showed video proof of the roaches in 3 different areas in the room. Again Korenna being rude saying she’s not going to refund us so I said, we can go check room 212 out and if it’s good we will just stay because Korenna was being a jack ass, even the 3 ladies said the same thing…that the hotel was in the wrong because they had roaches. So my friend go upstairs and check out 212 and it’s good to go so we said we will stay since Korenna didn’t want them to give us a refund.

The hotel was filthy and one of our 3 rooms wasn’t even clean and ready at 11:30 at night. With the amount of money I spent, I would expect a refund of some kind from this hotel. My room had feces in the toilet, toenail clippings on the floor, it was disgusting and we were stuck, as we got in so late at night. There was only 1 lady working there and she was worn out. It was crazy.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. We received an unfriendly welcome upon arrival. The hotel looks good from the outside & the lobby. The elevator had no ventilation. It was stuffy and had an awful odor! There were dead bugs on the floor under the bed. We woke up the next morning we discovered roaches crawling on the walls on the counter. When I want to complain about the roaches, the front desk did nothing. I want my money back and I will never stay there again!

The lady that checked me in was very nice and tried to be accommodating but, when we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, it smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, the bathroom sink was clogged and there was a few roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area.

was very stingy with towels & washclothes, my partner and i asked for 2 new towels and in replacement we got 2 bath mats which barely did anything.. towels were rough as well.. The lights in the corner of the room kept switching on & off and my partner had to get up in the middle of the night to switch it off numerous of times.. there was also a stove top in our room though it did not come with any pots & pans which seemed very odd to me ? what’s the point ? overall i’ll give my experience a 7.5

The room was dark. One light bulb was missing in the ceiling. The lamp was missing a light bulb. I didn’t use the refrigerator but I opened it and the bottom right drawer was dirty, made me question what else was forgotten when the room was “cleaned”. Someone else’s key was still left behind in the room as well. I just needed to sleep so I did and left at 4:30am.

Upon check in no one was at the front desk and I had to call using a phone in the lobby a few times before the attendant came to the front. He explained that there was a staff shortage which I completely understand. That interaction isn\'t what caused me to score the staff the way I did. Upon check out this morning around 7:30-7:40ish after vacating the room my Wife went to the front desk to let the staff know we\'re leaving. There she called on the phone to speak to someone and was berated for not knowing that we should have left the room keys in the room upon leaving. Which I was never told while checking in and that the female she speaking with "didn\'t have time to come check us out". Completely unprofessional. The room appeared clean but had a musty smell to it, I assumed from someone\'s cooking my wife thought it could be a leak somewhere. After we thought on it more we felt as though it smelled like a terrible body odor. Luckily for us we only had to hold out for a few hours and left as soon as we could.

My stay was pretty good, get there early for check-in if you can. Late check-in is a bit of a hassle if you don't make arrangements for late check-in beforehand. The room was great and the beds are very comfortable.

The gentleman at check-in was great and the room looked good until we stepped inside. The room reeked of moth balls. We opened the window a bit to see if it helped but it didn’t. The smell was coming from the brown, fuzzy blankets. After leaving the window cracked for an hour, we needed to close it even though the smell was still there and turn on the heat. The immediate smell was burning hair dryer. So we shut off the heat. We’d been there less than 2 hrs and had to leave. We were told there were no other rooms but between the intense smell of moth balls permeating the room and then the burning smell from the heater, it wasn’t a safe room to stay in.

Waited 45mins to see the front person and got the room key but couldn't open the room. They said the other guest occupied my room. I had to book the other hotel over 12am. Cannot believe...that's terrible... The front said the manager's name is Stephanie

This stay did not feel so much like checking into a hotel but more like spending a few nights with your tweaker cousin because you had no other options. At check in I had to sign 2 pages that basically boiled down to no smoking in or around the building (normal) and if you have any friends come over you had to check them in and out. That was the odd one since I've never had to sign that sort of form and I stay at hotels 30+ weekends a year. Had to spend around 30 minutes in the room cleaning because all the surfaces were brown and sticky. It's like they only changed the sheets and cleaned the sinks. Though they seemed to have a strict no smoking policy my neighbor started smoking pot around 10pm till midnight (when the front desk people left) would take a nap for a few hours and start smoking again at 4:30am. Since calling the emergency number would incur a charge I chose to speak with the front desk person. Though they were supposed to be available from 8am to 10pm I never saw anyone manning the front desk after checking in even when the window was open and waiting for over a half hour. Also, the AC did not work, and the toilet had a slow leek so it would bark (yes it made a sound like a small dog barking) and run for 30 seconds. It would then shut off for 30 second then start aging. So, the toilet barked every minute and there was no one to fix it. Never staying again. On the upside the bed was quite comfortable.

This property was literally the WORST we have ever stayed in. They charge for Wi-Fi. They don’t have a front desk person. The manager walked in the room after a quick knock not once but TWICE. The elevator is faulty and you get charged if you need a room key. The whole place reeks of weed. The shower is AWLFUL, with mold behind the shower head barely hanging in the wall. Do yourself a favor and stay LITERALLY anywhere else.

After booking my 8-day, 7-night stay, I spoke with the manager before checkout time on my last day. I paid and booked an additional night, then left to go to work. Upon my return that same afternoon, I was informed that my “paid” stay, with the paperwork already signed, was no longer available. They had booked it with another guest shortly before giving me the key for the other room. As a single mother of two children who were also with me, this was a very disappointing situation. The manager didn’t seem concerned or worried about leaving me in the position I was in due to her incompetence.

The woman that works the night shift is loud , unprofessional, I believe rachet would best fit her. She not only got other guest to come with her to my door to address a problem but she also asked me to return used non working keys to her then proceeded to take a smoke break when Iwas clearly standing there waiting to give these gets to her. She yelled at me at my doorway about the issue , which I add had nothing to do with me. Never once did she get a word of input from me.

We have booked many hotels and my wife has never had a problem checking in first, and I meet with her in our room, later. When she went to check in, she had the reservation #, when it was booked, where we booked it, ability to open app. to show the booking, State ID, even a marriage certificate (because we were moving into the area and happened to have the box in the car) Our shared credit card was used for the booking, and a plethora of other ID. Yet, when she arrived with my daughter and dogs, the female manager said she could not let her check in because I was not there. I was driving a moving truck a few hours behind them. Now my wife who is disabled, was told to sit in her car and wait until the next shift arrived and maybe he'd be more accommodating (about 45 min.). So my wife went to her car, called me and I called the hotel directly, willing to take a pic of my license, and tell them it's a shared card. They still would not allow her to check in. The male manager actually asked her "what do you think you're pulling her?" My wife was dumbfounded - she was accused of doing something shady. He was very offensive to her. Finally, the manager relented - after a considerable amount of time and my wife not letallow her to check in, and I showed up about an hour or so later. Suddenly the manager is apologizing to me - not to my wife that was treated like a criminal.

I didn’t stay. Soon as we checked in and went into the room, we saw a medium size roach on the stove. Another came out the wall by the table, one crawling on the floor and another in the windowsill. We immediately went back down stairs and told the lady at the front desk with our belongings (the only reason it’s getting 2 stars) if I could it would be 0. They were understanding and texted the GM Korenna who was rude from the start. I asked politely could I get a refund and we just go stay somewhere else since the ladies said that they were booked. Korenna immediately said “no” to the refund and to move us to a different from. Which somehow came available, which was room 212, I was iffy about it and told them we didn’t want to stay that close to 214 (original room) cause that room may have roaches as well. Korenna continues texting Amy, and told her to go check 214 to see if there was roaches because she’s not giving us no refund. So they went and they seen the roaches, I even showed video proof of the roaches in 3 different areas in the room. Again Korenna being rude saying she’s not going to refund us so I said, we can go check room 212 out and if it’s good we will just stay because Korenna was being a jack ass, even the 3 ladies said the same thing…that the hotel was in the wrong because they had roaches. So my friend go upstairs and check out 212 and it’s good to go so we said we will stay since Korenna didn’t want them to give us a refund.

Upon check in no one was at the front desk and I had to call using a phone in the lobby a few times before the attendant came to the front. He explained that there was a staff shortage which I completely understand. That interaction isn\'t what caused me to score the staff the way I did. Upon check out this morning around 7:30-7:40ish after vacating the room my Wife went to the front desk to let the staff know we\'re leaving. There she called on the phone to speak to someone and was berated for not knowing that we should have left the room keys in the room upon leaving. Which I was never told while checking in and that the female she speaking with "didn\'t have time to come check us out". Completely unprofessional. The room appeared clean but had a musty smell to it, I assumed from someone\'s cooking my wife thought it could be a leak somewhere. After we thought on it more we felt as though it smelled like a terrible body odor. Luckily for us we only had to hold out for a few hours and left as soon as we could.

the staff were very unhelpful. I had a problem with the AC/heating and the staff response was if the A/C is not working then you'll have to check out. She wouldn't come to the room to try and fix the problem. She also said that the maintenance man has gone home and won't be back until Monday. Staff supplied no Wi-Fi service and also informed me that there is no room service and no towels will be provided. The plus was the price of the room.

We helped move our son to Pooler, Ga. Needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. Great room that was very clean, comfortable & quiet. I felt safe and secure. We all got a good night's rest.

This place was cheap and convenient to 95 while traveling. The floors in our room were gross. There is no one at front desk overnight and security is lacking. Small groups of workers hanging around parking lot drinking after work. Close to some shops and restaurants, within walking distance. But others are over a mile.

We would definitely use this hotel again. It was clean, pet friendly, and they gave us a room close to the entrance door, so it made it easy for us to take our dogs out. It was at a great location where there were plenty of restaurants/stores nearby.

The WiFi did not work. Only coffee in the lobby. No coffee maker in the room. No toiletries . The elevator smelled bad. There was no one at the desk most of the time. The room was clean and quiet.

Great location! Went to check in and sign on building says no smoking within 35' of building yet employee was standing out front smoking. When we entered the lobby smelled like weed. Rang for someone to check us in and he was definitely high. Walked thru side door to go to room and employee at side door smoking and inside smelled of weed. Sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. No hand towels just 2 wash clothes/2 towels. No hair dryer no coffee pot. Thank goodness we brought our own coffee pot. Woke up the next morning and 3 police cars were in front of the main doors. 1 had its lights on. Later in the day a police officer sped around the corner of the bldg in his patrol car. Won't stay here again or recommend.

We were expecting the beds to be better not that comfortable and pillows were too soft...The microwave didn't work so they moved us to room that had a working one....pool was closed no breakfast no ice machine in the building and no coffee makers in room...will not stay there again...we were not impressed at all

When I booked the room I was not advised that this was an extended stay hotel with specific desk check in hours. I arrived at 7 pm and there was no one there to check me in. A sign said to call 500 from house phone it rang the phone on the front desk where there was no one. Luckily a guest knew one of the staff that was staying on the premises. Otherwise what? If you book, make sure you make the specific check in window. The room has towels, soap and shampoo. 2 plastic cups. No other amenities. No ice machine. No wifi. The room was clean, but not sparkling.

check in time is 3pm, but my room not ready. asked for first floor, but not ready, ended up on second floor. Partialy disabled, and room was far away. Room was semi dirty, mirror in bathroom was terrible. No coffee in room, or lobby. Wifi was limited to one email and slow. I guess you get what you pay for. Lobby vacant after 8pm and does not open until 9 am next day.

Chambre avec cuisine sans aucune vaisselle ou cafetière. Aucune mention que nous devons ACHETER une cafetière. Celle de la réception est hors fonction. Wifi ne fonctionne pas, personne a la réception et le numéro de l’assistance ne réponds pas. Plus jamais dans un WoodSpring

My main issue at this location is the cleanliness. The hallways smelled like rotten garbage. Even in the areas where it was less, you could still smell a whiff of it. It didn't seem like anyone was actually taking the trash out. There was a trashcan right next to the elevator that literally made us gag when we walked by. And, for our whole stay it was the same garbage sitting in it. Also, the floors in the room made my socks dirty after a minute or two. The rest of the room and the bed itself seemed clean enough, though - which is why we didn't just leave. (We did wipe down the counters, etc. with cleaning wipes though so that also helped). We did enjoy the actual location of the hotel. It's right next to dollar tree and Chik-fil-a and it's near a lot of local shops. And, it was convenient for what we needed. The staff was pretty good - although there was a phone at the front for visitors to use that says call a certain number (can't remember) if no one is at the front and you need something. I used it because it was time to check out and we had been waiting a little bit. When I dialed the number, it rang the phone that was literally right there at the desk... where no one was... Honestly, I'm not sure if it alerted staff elsewhere but it did make us chuckle. When someone did show up, they were nice and friendly and the actual checkout was really fast. I would give this property another chance - but, I hope that next time will be cleaner.
My main issue at this location is the cleanliness. The hallways smelled like rotten garbage. Even in the areas where it was less, you could still smell a whiff of it. It didn't seem like anyone was actually taking the trash out. There was a trashcan right next to the elevator that literally made us gag when we walked by. And, for our whole stay it was the same garbage sitting in it. Also, the floors in the room made my socks dirty after a minute or two. The rest of the room and the bed itself seemed clean enough, though - which is why we didn't just leave. (We did wipe down the counters, etc. with cleaning wipes though so that also helped).
