Chesa Alvra - Celerina

Chesa Alvra is located in a quiet and convenient position in Celerina, just a few minutes' walk from the railway station and the Celerina-Marguns ski lifts. The railway station is approximately 300 metres away, the ski lifts approximately 400 metres away and the bus stop approximately 600 metres away. In the vicinity you will also find the Volg supermarket, approximately 600 metres away, whilst St. Moritz is approximately 4 km away. The apartment, approximately 80 square metres, is arranged over two levels, is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and can accommodate up to 6 people. Living area On the ground floor of the apartment is the living area, consisting of a bright living room with dining area, ideal for spending relaxing moments after a day in the mountains. From the living room you can access the balcony, from which you can enjoy views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen is separate and well equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine compatible with standard capsules are also available, which are not provided. The sleeping area is spread over both levels of the apartment. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both furnished with bunk beds, for a total of four beds. In one of the two bedrooms there is a ladder to access the upper bed, whilst in the other access to the upper bed is via a chest of drawers that serves as a step and therefore requires a certain amount of agility. On the same floor there is a complete bathroom with bath, bidet and WC. The third bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a double bed. The bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, complete with bath, bidet and WC. The layout of the rooms allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with a functional division of spaces across the two levels of the apartment. Services and amenities The apartment has Wi-Fi internet connection, television with satellite TV, hairdryer, central heating and balcony. The apartment does NOT have a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests also have access to a garage within the property, suitable for one vehicle only, with a maximum height of 180 cm. It is advisable to check the dimensions of your vehicle in advance in relation to the available space. Parking is not permitted in the condominium areas and, should your car not fit within the garage dimensions, you will need to use the paid public car parks.
