The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either.

Leider war es recht dreckig. Haustierhaare vom Vorbesitzer am Boden und auf Sofa, 2 grosse Spinnen (gab wohl kein Abstauben), im WC roch es sehr streng. Ich wollte eigentlich nicht hier eine Rezension abgeben, sondern habe das direkt gemeldet, damit sie sich verbessern können. Leider nie etwas gehört. Daher kann ich nur davon abraten, da es wohl kaum besser wird mit der Sauberkeit.

It was different than what was sold via pictures/description. Also no internet or real cleaning material to leave property as requested. It was also difficult to get the key code when we arrived. Other than that it was a good place and near a nice town/area.
