Comfort Suites Kyle

Our a/c was not working the first few hours of the night. It started to cool down about midnight. The manager told me it will cool down after the sun goes down... what? After finally falling asleep abput midnight... at 3:30AM our room walls shook from a HUGE bang outside our room. My husband & I jumped up, I looked out the peep hole but didn't see anything. I called the front desk to inform them. The lady said, "ok, sorry." I looked out our window that faced the front entrance to see 2 teenage boys running from the side entrance of the hotel in front of the entrance across the parking lot. I called back to tell then to call the police & look at the cameras. The lady again said, "ok, sorry." Not much sleep after that, so we got up at 6am to get ready for my nieces college graduation. In the elevator we chatted with other guests about the banging we experienced, they too heard it and we realized the 2 boys had gained access inside & were running the halls banging on the doors of the rooms then ran out. This is a safety concern & should be taken seriously. I don't think we will stay here again when we visit Kyle,Tx.

Lovely place to stay!

From check-in to check-out on our one night stay was nothing but fantastic. Staff was friendly, parking was easy and breakfast was good. Fruit was fresh, easy to make waffles and coffee stations around the corner. Fresh eggs and sausage patties too! Would recommend staying here and would stay here again if in the area.

Good location, next door to Target and iHop.
