I was completely disappointed with my stay. From check-in where I paid an extra fee for a late check out where they tried to charge me again after I had paid online. Where I requested through your text portal that we needed extra pillows and never got a response until hours after I checked out of the hotel however, I was able to get the two extra pillows and towels from one of the housekeepers. The rooms were horrible horrifying walls full of scuffs, dirty walls almost every item in the room had scuffs or broken pieces if I was able to check out and find another hotel elsewhere, I would’ve done it. I was completely disappointed. I know many times people leave horrible experiences online, but I will be posting on yelp.com. All the pictures that I took in the hotel parts of the hotels in my room.

Put simply would not stay there again. Staff did not seem interested in helping, on arrival there no talk about any amenities including breakfast which should have been included but we decided we did not want to eat there. There was a significant smell of cannabis inside the hotel corridor to our room - I bought a air freshener to try and hide the smell. The bathroom floor was dirty and the hand soap was inside the shower area, so you had to step indoe the shower each time you wanted to wash hands. It ran out after the first day - so depite the room being prepared for us, no one filled the soap. The heating and cooling unit was very noisy and despite there being a TV in the room, the remote control did not work and when you could manually turn the TV on and find a station, a majority was unwatchable.

The elevator was dirty. The hotel spilled bad. Although I had a no smoking room, it spilled like someone had smoked in the room earlier/and or later. The inside of the refrigerator wasn’t clean. There are no charging areas if you don’t have a plug. I am very disappointed…
