Very, very helpful staff when I had a problem in the morning trying to pay. Sent me a new link and explained how to pay with a different card which worked instantly. I normally use this place as a stop off so I can get the boat back to Guernsey the following morning. Or get my train down south.. never experienced any problem with these guys, asking you’ll get. Top marks..

Une nuit en chambre 3p. Chambre propre et parfaitement équipée. L'hôtel est bien situé, non loin de la cité intra muros. Par contre, pas d'accueil lors de notre arrivée, (le bas de l'hôtel semblait être en travaux) (gestion par code et boîte à clé). La gestion est tout de même assuré par téléphone si besoin...

The place is fine. It's not really a hotel, more an old house turned into accommodation. We were travelling with bikes. Getting to the 2nd floor with a narrow, rather smelly stairwell was a challenge. Don't use the rainshower head on the shower as you will flood the place! The building is quiet but hot and when the window is open, its noisy. A plus is thats its a easy walk to old St-Malo and its close to all ammenities.
