Newer hotel. Top end of the Motel 6 chain. Very clean, good location. Breakfast is grab and go but good selection of fruit, bars, muffins. No fitness center. Pet friendly. Great value.

Very good 2 night stay here. Beds are very comfortable. The only 2 drawbacks we had were the elevator not working, which normally is fine, but morning of checkout we had to take suitcases down the stairs; and no ice maker on the floor we were on. I would stay here again.

Fabulous hotel at a great rate! Very dog friendly with a walking path in front of the hotel, also providing cleanup supplies. This hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Motel 6 in Mankato was superb. The staff were amazing and friendly. The hotel was very clean and our room was very comfortable and spotless. The bed was comfortable, towels were nice and there was plenty of space in the room. We will be back! Thanks!

Cleanest hotel! Hallways well vacuumed, room spotless, easy to use walk-in shower. Would ask for another towel…but overall, the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. Would stay again!

Superb! This motel is fantastic. Not only was the room spotless, but so was the entire building. We were shocked to find that it’s been owned for 8 years and it still looks fresh and new! There clearly has been a lot of pride and effort gone into maintaining this property. Other “chain” motels/hotels could definitely learn a thing or two from this owner and his fantastic staff. Special thanks to Linda for her swift, friendly and helpful check in and area knowledge x Thanks for the super stay! ☺️

Fairly new very. No hot breakfast but a lot of muffins, energy bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs.They did have oatmeal. It’s not a vacation hotel. It’s a stop and spend the night and get back on the road. Our room was the basic minimum room no microwave or refrigerator no coffee pot.Just a place to spend the night. Comfortable bed, but the pillows are pretty thin. For the price and cleanliness, I would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean and front desk staff very nice and informative. If you want a sound proof hotel don't stay here. We heard everything above us and we had a room close to the lobby and you could here the phone ring.

The front desk said they take few days to refund security deposit I had to demand for sooner refund. That was ridiculous..meaning, I am ok to provide security deposit, I understand need for sec.dep., but why take longer to refund? Hotel should refund in 24 hrs, I after demanding they refunded durin checkout.

Hotels.com and Motel6 had some communication issues but the staff st the front desk was having issues with everyone’s reservations. She kept calling her manager for assistance. Her only response was for us to call hotels.com. She was undertrained and unable to resolve simple issues. She left us with no where to stay. We are thinking they overbooked and. gave away our rooms.

Check in was a breeze! Liz and Kesha were incredible. They called me prior to my arrival to ask a time for check in- very friendly on the phone and in person! Gave us a quick update on the stay and amenities. Breakfast was easy and delish. Vending machine in the lobby had variety of snacks! Best motel 6 by far. Place was immaculate from outside to in! We will be back

Top notch service! It was a sold out weekend due to graduation however we were able to check in early still! I reserved their meeting room for family & friends to gather for a graduation celebration & the staff was amazing! Offered to rearrange the room, gave us fridge space, cleaned up for us! Amazing cleaning staff & so friendly!

Not going to lie, at first i was hesitant about this hotel. However, its actually pretty perfect- just wish it had a pool/hot tub but what ya gonna do! It was the perfect location for us, with kwik trip right on the corner & restaurants on the other not too far. It was quiet & the staff are absolutely pleasant! Overall it was great!!!

A very eco friendly hotel. So much that you only get clean towels every 3 days, unless you request. How often are blankets washed? [I don't use them, but some folks might.] It appeared staff wasn't receptive to our ask. We did ask for service to our room on Saturday while we were away for the day. We were told we'd only receive towels and trash since we checked in Friday night. We didn't get any service while we were away. Breakfast offering was kind, but there was no milk or juice - only coffee. Okay stay.

There were good & bad to this property. I guess i have never had to pay extra to have a frig in my room? I couldn't open the window, even on the first floor? No clock in the room? Good things? Beds were good (pillows, not so much), very modern feel. I was able to pick my room location, that was nice! Also, a walk in shower was wonderful instead of the tub. There really was no breakfast besides granola bars & banana's. Still a ok place to stay.

There were good & bad to this property. I guess i have never had to pay extra to have a frig in my room? I couldn't open the window, even on the first floor? No clock in the room? Good things? Beds were good (pillows, not so much), very modern feel. I was able to pick my room location, that was nice! Also, a walk in shower was wonderful instead of the tub. There really was no breakfast besides granola bars & banana's. Still a ok place to stay.

Perhaps my best Motel 6 experience. Clean rooms and excellent staff. The breakfast is bareboned and grab and go. Jake, at the front desk is very helpful.

Fairly new very. No hot breakfast but a lot of muffins, energy bars, fresh fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs.They did have oatmeal. It’s not a vacation hotel. It’s a stop and spend the night and get back on the road. Our room was the basic minimum room no microwave or refrigerator no coffee pot.Just a place to spend the night. Comfortable bed, but the pillows are pretty thin. For the price and cleanliness, I would stay there again.

Great staff and wonderful room. Even though they didn’t advertise a breakfast, they had muffins, pastries, yogurt, and hot cereal to offer.

Power went out for 2 hours in the middle of the bight. Later awoken at 3:00 by drunk patrons. In the morning The only thing available to drink at the free breakfast was coffee, no water or juice.

Hotel was nicely updated, staff was friendly. Breakfast options were pre packaged items wirh fresh fruit. 24/7 coffee with flavored creamers available.

Very clean, efficient, and affordable. Great service. There is no pool/hot tub and would have liked more break fast food and beverage options. However the price OS right. Would recommend staying here.

The hotel is very clean. Love that the room is not carpeted, which I know camouflages a lot of yucky stuff! There is a light free breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins, pastries, breakfast bars, fruit). Staff were friendly including desk & housekeeping. Good location near shopping & just off of Hwy 14 & 22. Would stay here again!

I had a really pleasant stay at the Motel 6 Mankato. The hotel is very clean, and the staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their continental breakfast is pretty good. The only downside is that the queen-size beds felt much more like a full-size bed than a true queen. If you need extra stretching room, keep that in mind.
