Beautifully furnished and decorated good sized twin room with tea/coffee making facilities, tv, wet-walled en-suite toilet and shower cubicle All areas spotlessly clean and new looking internally. Outside areas had seating and relaxation areas but only stayed one night and didn’t use them. Limited off-road free parking (3-4 spaces). Very close to the train station (2 minute stroll), in a residential area. Set breakfast time, which was a touch early for me (8.30-9am Saturday) and 10am check out. Fine if you want an early start but I could’ve personally done with it all put back an hour.

Lovely stay in this beautiful and comfortable B&B. Owner was present for our welcome and very organized with set up and building entry and parking . Breakfast was very enjoyable and yummy . Would visit Dumfries and the B&B again in the future if given a chance for sure . Centrally located to downtown area with great dining options . Thanks

We stayed in the Annex and it was beautiful and private. It was updated, bright and clean. However the bed and couch desperately need to be replaced. The couch was broken and hitting the floor and the bed was old and springy. Also, we got great recommendations for dinner, but once we decided to go eat we were informed by every single restaurant that we needed a reservation. That would have been good to note ahead of time since that seems to be well known in downtown Dumfries. I would still highly recommend this place.

We stayed in the Annex and it was beautiful and private. It was updated, bright and clean. However the bed and couch desperately need to be replaced. The couch was broken and hitting the floor and the bed was old and springy. Also, we got great recommendations for dinner, but once we decided to go eat we were informed by every single restaurant that we needed a reservation. That would have been good to note ahead of time since that seems to be well known in downtown Dumfries. I would still highly recommend this place.
