Keine Parkplätze, da sich das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone befindet. Garage 500 Meter entfernt. Im Hotel alles auf minimalistisch getrimmt wegen Naturschutz.. Preise Leistungsverhältnis ist negativ - viel zu teuer wegen Weihnachtsmarkt -.

We had a lovely one noght stay at the Okko Hotel, the room was small but efficient. The service was wonderful and they even have a gym with a sauna on request. The only thing slightly putting us off was the somewhat see-through design toilet in the room, but was overall fine

- Safety issue is very severe!. Dirty socks was on the ceiling covering up fire detector, Beggars near by the hotel, Stolen car wheel cover at the parking lot where hotel told us to park. - Cleanliness is at poor level!. Spider webs in&out of the window and at the balcony, Dirty stains on the walls & ceiling, Wrinkled beddings. -Bathroom faucet was totally clogged, and water pressure was weak. - No parking lot in the hotel & hard to bring luggages to the hotel from the parking lot where the hotel told us to park, cause road was rocky. - No Manager during weekend! Managers don’t care what’s happening in the hotel, and responding is very slow & and takes forever.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Les hôtesses d’accueil étaient sympathiques et accueillantes. L’hôtel est bien situé, il est calme. Les chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Le repas et le petit-déjeuner sont de bonnes qualités et copieux.

Kinda strange. Owners made a big effort to creat a hip and cool hotel but screwed up some fundamentals. Shower have no water barriers so water gets all over floors. In first room the bathroom literally flooded because the floor pitch is wrong. In our second room it just splashed over most of the floor. Light switches were indecipherable. No pace to put luggage. Front desk said that they have no luggage racks and to put the luggage on the floor as the furniture is too small and weak to hold anything heavy. Floors are a cold rubberized material. A standard double is small with a bed that is not a queen. No fridge in room. No amenities.

Bien situé (tramway au pied du batiment), très bon service, buffet de petit-déjeuner complet, chambre propre et bien isolée. Mais ce qui aurait été mieux c'est que la salle de bain ait été aussi isolée... du reste de la chambre. 0 intimité. Visuelle ou sonore. Et non tous les couples ne partagent pas ce niveau d'intimité. C'était très gênant surtout pour utiliser les wc donc nous avons mis en place des stratégies pour que ca le soit bien moins. Dommage car le reste est très bien mais quel designer a eu cette idée saugrenue pour la salle de bain ? C'est ok pour un voayge solo mais pour un voyage en couple ou entre amis/es ca devient bizarre.

Very conveniently located. The tram stop just in front of the hotel, less than 5 minutes walk, made it easy for us to go to downtown Strasbourg, or wherever we planned for. The hotel front office and the dining room staff were most helpful and efficient.

3.5 stars-The hotel was decent overall—clean and welcoming—but not worth the price I paid per night. The city tax should be included in the booking fee to avoid surprises. While the bed and pillows were comfortable, the location was very convenient as the tram was easily accessible. The staff were friendly when present, though they weren’t always around.

Great location, contemporary design Had reservation for 3 rooms. Arrived 01:00am due to flight delays. On the 3rd room, we found out the hotel check-in a different guest. No problem, right? Well..... Hotel ended up providing a key for a room where a guest was already sleeping!! (Past 1 am!!). In My room, the plastic of the bed-head was deteriorated and pieces fall on the white sheets and pillows all the time. Not pleasant. Other tgan that, great potential but requires better management.

Le quartier bien que fonctionnel (un cinéma, un centre commercial) manque de charme. C'est un ensemble de grands immeubles. La présence d'une station tram très proche (lignes C et E) est très appréciable pour se rendre en centre ville et ne pas faire uniquement des trajets à pied. Nous avons garé notre voiture au grand parking UGC comme le suggère l'hôtel. L'hôtel est conçu comme un immeuble. Un petit hall permet de se rendre à l'accueil situé au 1er étage. La chambre au design moderne est agréable. Nous avons eu juste une nuit de sommeil gâchée par des moustiques particulièrement actifs. Durant notre séjour, nous avons croisé 8 ou 9 employés. Nous étions étonnés car, même si nous les apprécions sincèrement, ils étaient tous particulièrement jeunes comme si l'hôtel ne recrute principalement que des étudiants. Bien que sympathique, il est difficile d'avoir le même niveau de professionnalisme que des salariés expérimentés. En comparaison de l'hôtel Okko Nantes bien plus impliqué dans le service, cela génére du flottement. Dans l'après-midi, une personne a tapé à notre chambre avant de l'ouvrir alors que nous faisions une courte pause avant de s'annoncer "service" puis de repartir rapidement. Un avis donc mitigé pour ce séjour.

Modernes Hotel mit allem was man in einem Stadthotel braucht. Cool war der Club wo man gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Trotz vielen Restaurants und Pubs in der Nähe sehr ruhig. Die Strassenbahn in die Innenstadt hält direkt vor dem Hotel.

Les chambres sont heureusement très bien agencées car petite ! La tv est petite pour un 4*… L’hôtel est bien placé. La station de tram au pied de l’immeuble est pratique.

Hotel is close to a public parking and in walking distance to old town. Rooms are well isolated, so we could sleep well. Hotel is 10 years old, but except the varpets in the hallmattan in good shape. No need for Breakfast buffet as Café Paul is close and has good french pastries.

Malgré les chambres confortables et bien équipées , je suis déçu car il y a quelques années en arrière cet hotel proposait un apperetivo complet,aujourd’hui c’est très spartiate. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner qui est bien trop simple (pas de choix,viennoiseries industrielles, …) Les 4 étoiles de la concurrence font bien mieux.

Der Service ist sehr gut, das Frühstück gut und lecker. Abends haben wir Salate und Käse-Platten probiert - lecker und zum guten Preis. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Bettwäsche - ungebügelt, aber ok. Dagegen war im Bad einiges verkalkt, "in Ecken" noch schlimmer. Der Club mit Getränken und Plätzchen fanden wir ganz toll, das Angebot konnten wir sogar vor dem Check-In und nach dem Check-Out nutzen.

Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und immer bemüht zu helfen. Die Location ist auch sehr gut, da das Stadtzentrum schnell mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen ist. Die Lounge mit den inkludierten Getränken ist ein netter Bonus. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber leider ein wenig chaotisch zu den Stoßzeiten am Wochenende. Die charmanten Mitarbeiter sind aber sehr bemüht dies zu organisieren. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß für 2 Personen. Allerdings lässt das Badezimmer Setup nicht viel Privatsphäre daher sollte man das Zimmer nur teilen wenn man den/die Mitbewohner*in mag und gut kennt. Alles in allem ist das Hote

De modo geral foi boa, hotel novo e bem localizado. Não tem estacionamento mas tem bem próximo. Só tive um inconveniente com o banheiro que não deu vazão para água do banho e inundou todo o banheiro. Restante foi ok.

Johan and Riccardo working at the reception when I checked in were very respectful and accommodating and did everything right so this negative review is NOT their fault. The first problem was that during the night the ventilation went off and the room got very warm and sticky and I was unable to sleep. However, I was willing to look past this despite having rights as a paying customer. So it will be easy to understand my disappointment when I was then later being told by the female employeee at the reception who worked there until 11 pm that I was not allowed to wait in the lounge after having gone back to get my bag and missing my train and waiting for a reservation at another Hotel to go through because this Hotel had no more rooms available. After all, I have stayed at this Hotel several nights in the past and was not causing a nuisance to anyone. I was not even helping myself to water or coffee in the lounge at that time because I had bought my own. So telling me that I had to leave for NO reason in front of many other guests in the Lounge was just so unnecessarily rude that I will never stay at this Hotel again unless I receive an apology. It's how we are treated when things are not going perfectly, not how we are treated when we need no help that really matters and shows us if a Hotel is worth choosing in the future.
