This property has been a happy surprise. Currently the best one I’ve stayed at from Expedia. The stream around the property is breathtaking and there’s plenty of places to sit and have great conversations. Loved my stay and can’t wait to come again.

Magnolia Resort WOW! This trip was beyond my expectations. I went through a total healing experience. I Started my trip with Magnolia Quantum Spa I walked out there brand new. Now this resort caters to tranquility, quietness and its landscaping water streams and resort itself is PRICELESS. I can’t wait to go back.

This place was absolutely beautiful, the cottages are super nice and cozy. The stream is so scenic and can be heard from from the cottages which is very relaxing. The only negative was that the office was closed ALL weekend, which meant that we couldn’t use any of the board games or anything that they are supposed to have or buy firewood or buy anything from the gift shop, which we wanted to since it was our anniversary trip. But, that being said, we will definitely be coming here again, just with our own games and firewood.

Rooms were spacious. Pool was nice. Was there for a couples night and could not be more pleased. The Blue Heron Room was the best. Room included a fireplace, microwave and coffee maker. Have the ability to book either suites or cottages. Was not very busy so it felt more than intimate for June. I don't think it was handicap accessible though.

Great place to stay in the woods. Sadly I didn't have a chance to try the pizza cause it is only open Thursday-Sunday but maybe next time. The lady that works in the office is very polite.

I enjoyed my stay, the stream is beautiful, the staff is helpful and polite. I didn’t like that there were guests who were playing music extremely loud and being way too rowdy for what I expected would be a place for a tranquil stay. The other thing was the toiler from the inside was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

We had a pleasant experience. The cottage was clean and had all the necessities. Peaceful location in a lovely area with a nice stream that runs through it. Was unaware the cottage did not have a television. I'm sure all those who seek to disconnect will be grateful for that. For all others they do have wifi services if you want or need.

The inside of Laurel Cabin was dusty and somewhat dirty. The dishes were dirty and cracked. The paper products were cheap. There was a small snowstorm while we were there and the walks were not cleared until a day later. Overall, the place was not well cared for.

We stayed at Magnolia Streamside Resort and it was truly beautiful. The house was spotless with warm wood interiors and two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was good and we didn’t cook much but everything we needed was there. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by magnolia trees and clear mountain spring . We would only wish to stay longer. This resort is a true gem .If you’re looking for a magical rejuvenating and relaxing gateway,look no further!

My room was very clean, the heater worked. Front office seemed never to be open, but that could be due to the time of year (November). Very quiet. WiFi available and working. I would have liked to have had Kleenex and a wider tea selection, but there was tea and coffee, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, etc No ironing board and no iron. Could have used more hangars. Overall it was very comfortable- the bed and pillows were just right . The surrounding property is very pretty and it would be a perfect venue for an event such as a wedding or party.

This place was amazing. We book the Moss cottage. it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, equiped kitchen with all supplies you needed. I really liked the jacuzzi, the king bed. The cottage was very clean, and we just entered it smelled fresh!! I loved !! I went with my parents, sister and niece. We enjoyed having a great time around the fireplace. The whole place was a such a piece of heaven. We connected with mother nature. I definitely will go back again. Thank you so much.

One of the best experiences. The wood cabin Moss is a must. Up to 10 people and 3 bed rooms, 1 king with private bathroom and jacuzzi on the second floor, 2 bedrooms downstairs with one bathroom downstairs. It has two sofa-bed. It has a full kitchen with everything you need. Fridge and microwave available. It has a propaine chimney but it's fantastic. Does the job without the odor of woof burned. Has outdoor tables and BBQ. We went on winter so it was covered of snow, but it has a fantastic views. Highly recommended for family time and disconnect from the daily rutine. It has wi-fi and NO tv with the purpose of playing cards or boardgames. Worth every penny !!!!!

The property was beautiful, the cabin had everything my sister and I needed. Our balcony at the Laurel cabin overlooked a roaring stream that was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back.

We had such a beautiful stay! We stayed in the Tree Top Suite. We felt like we were at a home away from home. My only concern with booking in the summer season is that I only saw one air conditioner in the wall of the main living space (kitchen, living room) None of the rooms seemed to have air conditioning which may be uncomfortable in the hotter months. Other then that we LOVED Magnolia Streamside Resort. We will book again!

Overall, we had a great experience staying at the cabin. It was great to disconnect from the city and this was the place to do so. The only things I would improve is update the kitchen, doors and mattresses make really big noises and uncomfortable sleeping on them. We stayed at the Brook cabin and we were looking for some privacy but the swamp and the grounds were accessed by overall guests by the property so when we were doing a bbq or sitting down with family, people would just show up, just a small detail but important. If you need a few days to getaway, this is the place.

I enjoyed my stay, the stream is beautiful, the staff is helpful and polite. I didn’t like that there were guests who were playing music extremely loud and being way too rowdy for what I expected would be a place for a tranquil stay. The other thing was the toiler from the inside was extremely dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.

The inside of Laurel Cabin was dusty and somewhat dirty. The dishes were dirty and cracked. The paper products were cheap. There was a small snowstorm while we were there and the walks were not cleared until a day later. Overall, the place was not well cared for.

This place was absolutely beautiful, the cottages are super nice and cozy. The stream is so scenic and can be heard from from the cottages which is very relaxing. The only negative was that the office was closed ALL weekend, which meant that we couldn’t use any of the board games or anything that they are supposed to have or buy firewood or buy anything from the gift shop, which we wanted to since it was our anniversary trip. But, that being said, we will definitely be coming here again, just with our own games and firewood.

Great place to stay in the woods. Sadly I didn't have a chance to try the pizza cause it is only open Thursday-Sunday but maybe next time. The lady that works in the office is very polite.

The property was beautiful, the cabin had everything my sister and I needed. Our balcony at the Laurel cabin overlooked a roaring stream that was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be going back.

My room was very clean, the heater worked. Front office seemed never to be open, but that could be due to the time of year (November). Very quiet. WiFi available and working. I would have liked to have had Kleenex and a wider tea selection, but there was tea and coffee, microwave, fridge, hair dryer, etc No ironing board and no iron. Could have used more hangars. Overall it was very comfortable- the bed and pillows were just right . The surrounding property is very pretty and it would be a perfect venue for an event such as a wedding or party.

We stayed at Magnolia Streamside Resort and it was truly beautiful. The house was spotless with warm wood interiors and two comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was good and we didn’t cook much but everything we needed was there. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by magnolia trees and clear mountain spring . We would only wish to stay longer. This resort is a true gem .If you’re looking for a magical rejuvenating and relaxing gateway,look no further!

Cannot rave about this place enough. The only thing I marked down was the amenities because the restaurant wasn't open, which was a real shame because I'd have loved to eat there but I do understand it's not open every day and we stayed on a Tuesday night. The hotel itself is stunning. I wish I had longer there, there is a stream running through and a hammock hanging over it. I did attempt it but have little grace so didn't go too well 😂 but it's beautiful to sit and have a drink in the evening or cuppa in the morning. The room was rustic looking but still had everything you need and was spacious. The bed was sooo comfortable I couldn't wake up! I was in Blue Heron I think it was called. We arrived after the office closed so they left all the information out for us. In the morning I went to say hello at reception and chatted for ages, they were so nice and friendly. P.S. visit the Pourhouse in town if you can!
